This is my favorite wireless headset on the market. Has similar build quality and sound quality to the wired HyperX Cloud IIs. The software is optional and I don't recommend downloading it unless you want to configure the buttons or something. The software really does suck. Other than that this is a great headset.

Bought these because they are the only set with wireless charging. The sound is great, mic is nice, and easy to setup. It goes great with my build since I have a built-in wireless charger on my PC case. When I'm done using it or when it needs charging, I just set it on top of my computer case and it charges itself. How awesome is that?

Good sound. Great range and battery life.
I have to write more to get this acceptable. I would not recommend Best Buys' review system. It's overly complex and has a lot of unnecessary bs to let you submit a review.

Best wireless headset unless you have TMJ problems

Both the headphone and microphone audio was good, the wireless range was fantastic, and the controls are thoughtfully designed. The headset is very sturdy, too.
The one personal downside that caused me to return the headset is that it's heavy and the rubbery cups press firmly around your ears. I have a recurring problem with my TMJ where pressure for long periods of time (like wearing the wrong headset for hours of video calls) causes aches and muscle twitches. I was hoping that this headset's over-the-ear cups would take some pressure off compared to my previous on-ear headset, but in the end, I returned this for a wired headset to avoid the weight of batteries and circuitry.
If you don't have that issue, though, I'd absolutely recommend this headset.

This is a comfortable headset with solid sound quality, and it’s very easy to use. My only complaint is there is no onboard memory in the headset, so you cannot save EQ settings to the headset for use on PS5.

I got these headphone and they arrived in 5 days. I would say that’s good. Packaging was good, nothing damaged. The headset is really comfortable and the sound quality is great. The force might need work but it isn’t noticeable. Overall amazing wireless headset.

Excellent headset for gaming / discord. The headset has a wonderful battery life and great sound quality. Overall build is very well and compared to other more expensive gaming headsets, the performance is much better with more ease of use.

This is my second pair of Hyper X headphones, I gifted my son the old pair (they still work flawlessly) in exchange for the wireless ones. These hold a charge really well, and have amazing sound quality. the Bluetooth works all across the house.

Love the sound and not having to deal with cords, I added the wireless charger which is nice to be able to just set them down instead of looking for the charging cable. I do not use the microphone so I cannot speak for the quality of that.

I have had this head set for a while and have no problems with it. They work great for my mouse pad that offers wireless charging. Pretty simple to charge the ear cups rotate so they can lay flat to charge. Good sound quality.

I’ve used Astro A40s for a long time so I was really used to that crisp high quality Audio they produce. I decided to change over to these cause I got really tired of having to mess with the wires and I wanted to clean up my setup. When I put them on and started a game, it was a little weird at first. The Audio didn’t sound just a good and I felt like I made a bad purchase, but as I kept using them I noticed that the sound stage on these headsets are actually amazing! Tracking footsteps is soooo much more easy! just so you guys keep in mind that they don’t sound bad or amazing just okay, but the sound stage is very very good! Overall I would recommend to anyone who wants to go wireless!

They are a bit hot on your head after a while
And they fall off the back of your head if you lean back often
Mostly a good headset.

HyperX is hyper expensive. Great sound quality and 30 hour battery are enough to sell it. The associated software for the headset is awful. No equalizers, won't display the current battery percentage unless you force-close it and refresh it.

I don't use it often enough so I can not test the battery life. However, i love the wireless charging (i also use wireless for my phone and mouse). The sound quality is really good. It sounds like my Bose headphones. For ME it was a great buy.

It's going on 2 years of owning this headset and it has exceeded every expectation I had for it. The microphone, while not studio quality, is really good for a wireless headset. The sound quality it superb, but with it being closed back it is difficult to hear anyone around you. The NGenuity software allows me to program quick buttons on the side and the Qi charging has been the best part allowing for a truly wireless experience. I do have one gripe that it doesn't work with consoles and you'll need a separate headset for them, I find that odd and such a shame since I also own a Series X.

I was excited to try these on. All the reviews I saw were convincing. But as soon as I put them on, I noticed a horrific lack of any bass. It is not punchy, and it just lacks a lot of it. It is very noticeable. I "upgraded" from a Razer Nari Essential, and let me tell you that those are 10 times better in terms of sound. I can even compare the sound to a pair of $25 Amazon headphones from an unknown brand.
The only pros I can think about this headset is that they are comfortable. I've been using them for 4 hours and they I don't feel any annoyance. And the mic is somewhat decent.
Going a little bit deeper, this headset has a lot of cons, and a bunch of deal breakers. Like I mentioned, their sound doesn't reflect the price. These are extremely overpriced. Another thing is the software, which is still in BETA. It doesn't offer any EQ presets. You cannot boost the bass, mids or highs. You're pretty much stuck with the stock EQ. ANOTHER BIG CON is the horrific 7.1 surround sound, if you can call that surround. It completely destroys the already bad sound. The sound gets incredibly trebly, and annoyingly loud.
In conclusion, if you want to overpay for comfortable headphones, with a somewhat decent mic, BUT WITH HORRIBLE CHEAP-SOUNDING sound, then these are for you. I'd go for the Razer Nari Ultimate instead. Avoid these at any cost.

Been using since July 2021 and they’ve been great. I only have to charge them every few days as I am a frequent gamer. Very comfortable and the Bluetooth has great range!
