Bout these about two months ago they were working fine for about 2 weeks and out of no were stop working so I had to do a warranty claim through hyper x since I didn’t but the protection plan through best buy sent them the earbuds, got the new earbuds back from them three days later the left earbud stop working and here I am with the earbuds because I cant do another warranty claim again. Worse product I ever bought would not recommend these.

I keep seeing things online about these having connectivity issues. But in my 3-week experience I have had zero issues with connectivity. They are very comfortable. I have played with them in for 3-4 hours multiple times. The sound quality is great. I have one issue with them, the update via the Hyperx Ngenuity (probably not spelling that right) doesn’t work. They work fine but everytime I use them it says “update available” and then fails to update. Overall I love these and would recommend these to anyone looking for a good pair of earbuds meant for gaming.

I have finally found the perfect pair of small wireless headphones that offer an extraordinary audio experience while seamlessly connecting to both my phone and PlayStation. These headphones have exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. First and foremost, the sound quality of these headphones is truly remarkable. Despite their compact size, they deliver a powerful audio performance with crisp highs, rich mids, and deep, punchy bass. Whether I'm gaming, listening to music, or watching movies, the immersive soundstage created by these headphones never fails to impress me. The audio is well-balanced, allowing me to catch even the subtlest of details in my favorite games or songs. The wireless connectivity of these headphones is simply fantastic. Pairing them with my phone and PlayStation was a breeze, thanks to their seamless Bluetooth connectivity. I no longer have to deal with annoying wires or tangled cords, granting me the freedom to move around without any restrictions. The connection remains strong and stable, ensuring uninterrupted audio throughout my gaming sessions or phone calls. Comfort is another area where these headphones shine. They feature a lightweight design and are soft. I appreciate how well they stay in place even during active movements. Whether I'm gaming for hours or using them during my daily commute, these headphones never cause any discomfort. Battery life is impressive, providing me with hours of uninterrupted listening pleasure. I can easily enjoy several gaming sessions or lengthy music sessions without worrying about recharging. When the time comes to charge them, it’s very convenient to power them up. I appreciate how I can easily answer calls while gaming without having to remove the headphones or pause my gameplay. In conclusion, these small wireless headphones have proven to be an absolute game-changer for me. With their exceptional sound quality, seamless connectivity, and all-day comfort, they have become my go-to choice for both gaming and everyday use. If you're in search of headphones that deliver excellent audio and connect effortlessly to your phone and PlayStation, I wholeheartedly recommend giving these a try. They have certainly become an indispensable part of my audio setup.

I’d give it 5 stars, but I haven’t had these for very long. So far they’ve been great to me. I like the sound quality and I don’t have a problem with the fit at all. I also purchased geek squad protection in case anything goes wrong with them, would recommend doing that.

I was wanting to hop on the "Earbuds" or "IEM" craze that streamers are going on and HyperX has been pretty good to me in their products. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT. I play Escape From Tarkov, a game notorious for bad and good audio (It's GREAT when it works.) I had a player walk up behind me and I did not hear him. I killed a Scav and the sound was so weak even though he was right next to me. Overall these sound very quiet and flat. There is no bass in them at all. It is nearly all treble. I tried using an EQ Program and could not get anything close to worth gaming with. Music it sounded *very* mediocre. I'm gonna say there are better choices for cheaper. They felt comfortable enough, they are VERY touchy with the controls on them, so sometimes adjusting them would cause my playback to stop, or it would disconnect them entirely from the Wireless. I am so incredibly disappointed in these. Do not buy.

They do the job. Definitely no lag while playing. But very uncomfortable pair of earbuds. They pop out my ear all the time. I also never got the app to work. I ended up returning them cuz the receiver just stopped working.

Oh boy, these earbuds were SO bad that I actually had to write a review of these bad boys. I wouldn't recommend these to literally anybody, especially when you could get some soundcore P10s for $50 less and the same features, or get some non-gaming earbuds and get better audio quality, more features, etc. Comfort: The tips are just too short to get a decent fit into your ear, and the base of the buds are just large enough to push against the ear when it stays in. This leads to a pretty uncomfortable experience overall, like if someone decided to make the old ipod earbuds spheres to really mess with people. I would recommend buying some different tips so you can actually leave it in your ear for more than 5 minutes (the Jlab cloud tips fit on the earbuds). Sound: Not great, the tips don't seal well and the audio quality suffers because of it. Volume is fair, and the app (see below) lets you set filters. Features: The buds let you use them one at a time or together. There's a separate USB-C dongle that has priority for 2.4 GHz connectivity (good latency too). There's also auto-pause when a bud detects it's been taken off, but it misfires so often that you literally cannot talk or walk around without the audio. constantly. pausing. every. second. Connectivity: I mainly used this for the low latency 2.4 GHz, and it was pretty solid for the first half an hour or so. After a while the buds de-sync from one another but still play audio; I believe the 3D audio gets messed up after a while of runtime. The frustrating fix is to disconnect the dongle, put the earbuds back in the case, and wait a minute for the buds to turn off. Battery life: I got about 4-6 hours of life depending on wireless connection, so not great but it satisfies about 80% of my usages. App/Software: The mobile app does not work, full stop. Last I tried to use it, I could NOT get it to go past the load screen. Reviews on the play store show that many, many other people experience the same thing. The PC application works and will let you update firmware if you connect both the case and dongle to the computer. The software itself is nothing to write home about, it has an equalizer, toggles for audio features, and the ability to update the device. It does not let you disable the overly sensitive auto-pause function.

Amazing sounding headphones. The use of these is comparable to the Apple Airpods. Though, the setup was time consuming and the software is a little difficult to use.

There cool. Definitely worth the money i got them on sale. I love the length of time you get before they have to be recharged. And the dongle that it comes with so you can make almost anything bluetooth compatible. Definitely a nice buy for something like a gaming console or what i bought it for the playstation portal.

I used them for a lil over a week before returning and had nothing but issues. Everything from them switching between Bluetooth and the usbc receiver mode and drivers not working. The audio quality once I got through my driver issues was still not great. I tried multiple pairs with the same issues aswell

Loved these earbuds. The app works but doesnt give you as much as other brands as to what youre controlling. The sound quality is definitely better than the airpods that i had. And the active noise cancellation as well as the active listening works perfect
