I had been trying to wait for a 3080/3090 but got impatient. This thing has impressed me so far. I use it for mainly a gaming rig. Runs cool, good FPS, not much I have found to complain about so far.

Great power. The specs are very strong. Built quality was excellent but unfortunately I had a hardware problem or maybe windows was corrupt. Kept crashing so I had to return it. Best Buy was awesome on my painless return.

To start off, the PC looks really good in terms of the case and inside, not to mention that its performance is just phenomenal. Its just an amazing pc for their price, its perfect.

Great pc and excellent for gaming I love how it runs and its quick to use. It only took a few minutes to set up and it was ready. For the first pc to get I am loving it.

I purchased the PC gaming tower, model number BB993, and couldn't be any happier. I usually don't purchase pre-builds and prefer to build my own but due to lack of time and hardware stock, I decided to purchase this build since it was available at my local Best Buy. After powering up and having a look of what I purchased, I was quite impressed considering it's a pre-build. Quality hardware and wiring. Everything worked great out of the box. No issues. Tweaked a couple settings in BIOS for my CPU clock speeds and was good to go. Also, with the provided hardware, this model is fully upgradable. Highly recommended.

iBuyPower is the perfect balance of quality components and reasonable price. Definitely getting the most bang for your buck and my PC has run flawless since day 1.

Bought i7 10700K with NVidia GTX 2080 8GB and 16GB 3200 RAM. Computer is a screamer so far. NOTE no DVD or wireless card on Best Buys version. Otherwise very happy.

The day my i7-10700k shipped to my house I got it set up in 10 minutes it was super easy! and the computer works great, Its a solid computer for gaming.

I play my Xbox games on this rig. It would be 5 stars if it came with a NVME SSD and USB C ports. I got mine on sale so I’m happy with the purchase. Build quality looks good, runs quiet.

PC tower is well constructed, Has plenty of memory and ram. Able to game with now issue. Graphic is very responsive, ad fast. Overall a great experience

purchased this gaming pc from bestbuy on black friday and I am beyond happy with this machine. This pc is really quiet and runs really fast!

Excellent deal during the black friday sale. Bought it online and it shipped quite quickly. The box looked very heavy when it arrived, but actually was not when I received it. The keyboard and mouse included were actually quite nice. I gave them to my sibling as I already purchased Logitech ones on Amazon but would totally kept them if I didn't buy those. Runs fantastic, I mainly play Fortnite and I'm able to run the game at full 165 Hz without any lag (whereas my old PC would lag drastically).

To start off, the PC came scratched on the back meaning it was either a returned PC or it was mishandled. The GPU also had some scratches on it which led me to believe someone prior to me was messing around and being careless with the parts. The computer is a beast when it runs, but I got a blue screen of death on the first day of using it after no more than 30 minutes on call of duty. I restarted it and it didn't show up again the whole day. Now the day after, I got at least 5 Blue screens of death. This only seems to happen when playing games because other than that it woks fine. I had previously purchased a PC from iBuyPower and returned it because it was overheating. Fortunately this one has decent cooling but it doesnt matter because it just can’t run. I will be reaching out to iBuyPower tomorrow to see what solutions they have for me but I’m more than positive they won’t have any because they had none for my previous PC. If this is the case, I will be looking forward to returning the most expensive piece of trash ever. This company has caused me too many headaches and problems in the span of 3 weeks and you would think that wouldn’t happen when you spend $1600 on what they claim to be quality parts and builds. Be careful with your purchases from iBuyPower because it is literally a coin toss with a coin that has identical sides.

This is a very fast and stable system. Overheats at 4K gaming tho, but perfect for 1080/1440 max settings. Wait until Black Friday and get this system for $200 cheaper. I returned mines and got the rtx3080 system for $200 more and lost my 10 percent birthday coupon in the process. All in all, this is a nice PC for the casual to serious gamer that is not pushing it to a 4K monitor.

I really love this PC! First PC and no problems. I play Apex on it, valorant, phasmophobia, etc. and no problems running. It is kind of loud but this is also my first PC so not to sure how loud they normally are. I can't seem to find bluetooth on it even though I read the company answer the question. For some reason it says it is detected but unavailable..
