Set up was a breeze. Runs great fps in my favorite titles, everything looks good. Unfortunately, while my system did come with an extra M.2 slot, it did not come with a SCREW for it. Recommend while you are picking this up you also pick up a nice 1tb or higher ssd and a screw to use with it. The system did come with a keyboard and mouse that I have not tested, and seems to run nice and cool even under heavy load. Have not tested it fully like I want.

I was looking for a more affordable but great PC- and I struck GOLD! Everything’s been going PERFECT. This is an amazing first pc. Software is smooth, easy to set up, everything came in safely. My one recommendation to buyers is try to do in store pickup, I was too nervous for delivery. But otherwise I am more than satisfied with this pc. It’s also gorgeous.

Purchased the upgraded version of the PC from BestBuy and everything was great. Well packaged in good quality packaging, the setup was very simple and instructions for unboxing and assembly were very clear and easy to follow. Both the video card and RAM were seated properly, and the wireless antennas were easy to attach. Everything is working as expected and Windows 11 activated properly without me having to call support. All-in-all I am very happy with the purchase and satisfied with the hardware provided. The upgradability of the system is also a plus. It came with 16GB RAM, but it will accept up to 128GB if I want to go that far.

I recently purchased this pc as my introduction to PC gaming and I would say this is the best choice! It has a full tempered glass side panel, fans covered by grilles and mesh to help prevent a ton of dust from pouring in, and overall a satisfying look with the RGB fans! As far at running games, I have no problem running modern games (COD, Fortnite, and GTA V smoothly, and the RTX graphics really enhance the experience. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to get introduced to PC gaming but not wanting the hassle of building your own right away.

Had this Pc for a year now, medium use, Excellent results. I've played Minecraft and Starcraft 1 on it so far, great graphics, no lag, completely content.

We bought this to replace an HP six core machine with a 16gb gritton Radeon on graphics card. My wife plays games such as Heroes VII, Stellaris,and Civilization, so not hard core gaming. Still, the graphics were noticeably smoother with this unit. But the main appeal for us is that the high refresh rate of a gaming computer is good for online meetings, and in my wife's case, online counseling sessions as well. So far, so good. The lighted fans give a nice visual aesthetic too. The case is plenty roomy for good air flow. That being said, it may not fit in some computer desks.

I purchased this gaming PC to replace the outdated Lenovo I got over a year ago. I was looking for a decent 1080P gaming rig that wasn't too expensive. This gets the job done quite easily, I'm playing all my games on high settings 1080P. RGB customization with the fans, CPU fan and ram is easy. all can be controlled with one software. The software will also work with a few different RGB keyboards and mice, PC runs quiet. You sometimes hear a little fan noise when running the machine hard though. Thats to be expected. Software on the machine you can keep track of the PCs actual health pre-installed. CPU fan speeds, core speed, usage voltage etc. Same for video card installed as well. Very happy with my PC.

It’s a great PC for the price. I got it from my brother’s birthday. It runs quiet, great performance, and easy, set up. It was a little difficult, figuring out the input and output boards on the back, but other than that great experience.

I am in love. This PC does everything and more that I need it to. It is extremely quite. The RBG'S are super vibrant and customizable which is awesome. This PC is a must have if in your price range and has high expectations!

I bought this PC for black friday to upgrade from my old dusty desktop and its an incredibly step up from my old one, super sleek, colorful, and powerful for such a good price! Will be looking forward to gaming on this.

This is the first gaming pc i have bought and i am really impressed. It is pretty big but cool looking, in its big black case with the rgb fans. The keyboard and mouse that come along with it are pretty great as well! The keyboard looks great lit up and feels great to use for gaming and typing. I have downloaded a few games so far and they all run smoothly at high settings. The fans are pretty quiet, even when playing a labor intensive game and they keep my pc cool. I am a big fan, super happy with my purchase

This was a birthday present for my teenage son. He loves it. He has barely complained about anything recently. He even smiles at me sometimes now, and generally acknowledges my existence. 10/10 would recommend.

Been waiting for a pc for YEARS, finally decided to settle on this one which i got for $950 after all the fees.. i got 800-1800 fps on minecraft java, with bsl shaders i got 100-400fps. Its really smooth, i really like it though i wish there was more storage/ram… only thing really annoying is the noise of the fans its kinda loud.. they keep changing the price of this pc and its so annoying, it used to be at $699 then kept increasing.

Purchased this desktop because my laptop wasn't functioning anymore. Upon an easy pickup from the store, I was able to easily open it from the box, remove the packaging, ensure the cables were secure, and in an hour I was up and running. Everything has installed quickly, it runs smoothly, and frees up space on my desk, as it now sits on the floor without issue.

for the money it’s a great pc nice pre built with some decent added bonuses. I recommend any first time buyer to give this a try
