The balls keep dropping into the chute too early and therefore won’t shoot out consistently. When this happens the balls have to be manually removed from the ifetch which happens all too often to make this a good purchase.

Throws balls well, dogs who love to fetch will enjoy this. The balls are fairly small, first unit didn’t work, took it back and second works great.

This product is great for dogs w a lot of energy. However my dog is too big for the ball size so I was afraid he would choke on it.

Works great! The balls do not last very long but my daschund loves it! It's great for in the house when my dog doesn't want to go outside in the snow to get some exercise!

I put this on a flat surface which I tried wood and carpet however no matter what dropping the ball in it would not work. The ball would drop in and you would hear the mechanism click and then it would not shoot. The only way to then remove the ball was to flip the entire unit over to remove the ball and to try again. Rarely the ball would fall into the correct position and then it would shoot the ball which leads me to believe it is not any sort of manufacturing defect and that it is a design defect.

We ordered this for our small dog. He absolutely loves it! the problem is that the part keeping the ball up for the track to catch and eject it does not work properly causing the little ball to fall all the way in. The dog barks and barks and barks because the ball wont come out even if he paws it... We have to dump out the ball and basically sit and feed it in every time. He also chews the fur off the balls really quickly. I will return and hope it is just a defective unit.

I love this thing. Took a while to teach the dogs to drop the balls into the hopper. The little bit of noise created we a deterrent at first. Only tried on the low setting so far.

The device works as it is supposed to. We have a Yorkie and he mostly likes to chew the fuzz off of the balls. We have 2 left so have to put them up when not training. Speaking of training, we are still working on "drop it" so, its not going too well.

Worked with our 16 month old mini Aussie who loved chasing/fetching the ball... only wanted nothing to do with loading them herself!!

I recommend this if your dog does not know the fetch... My puppy already knows how to fetch and drop the ball.. He was very confused to drop the ball in the iFetch..

Only our miniature Australian Shepherd was not interested!! Felt bad taking it back to the store!

My dog loved this cuz he loves to play fetch. I was just worried anout him choking cuz the balls are very small.

I was hoping this was going to be the ultimate ball toy for my dog. It worked great a few times then completely stopped working. Totally disappointed!

I purchased two of these, one for our dog and one for my daughters dog. We both had issues with it right away. We had to return them to the store.

The balls were so small so I thought my dog was going to choke on them.
