    constantly goes offline. hard to use on the app takes longer to connect to wifi than it takes me to vacuum house myself.

      Hello, the Eclipse will go dormant to save battery life if not properly docked on the base. When dormant, the Eclipse will appear "offline" and inoperable through the app. Simply dock the Eclipse to wake it. Once the Eclipse is properly docked and lit up, it will appear as "online" in the app and ready for use.     Where do u buy the powermop tank attachment/accessory? Bestbuy sells the ihome autovac but doesnt sell the attachments ridiculous.

    I love it! I live in an apartment with a lot of rugs (tall, thin, all kinds) and this can climb anything! We have pets, and it just lifts every piece of hair from the floor. Easy to set up and position, I put it under the bed so it's not in the middle of the way and it always gets stored under it after the job is done. Haven't tried the mop yet, but is more than worth it for the price. Highly recommend!
