    is DRM device has no reason to exist anymore outside of preventing people who usually gladly play pay for their software From using their software without struggle and nowadays, if you’re really unlucky, you might mistake this stupid thing for a Authenticator key, and then waste your money. I must happen a lot, because the Best Buy that shipped this to me included return papers for it in case I was one of those unfortunate people.

    Wasn't sure if I really needed to upgrade from 2 to 3 but I'm very happy with it. Smaller unit and the light on it is a nice feature.

    I need an iLok mostly to run Pro Tools without an internet connection and BestBuy came through as usual.iLok is amazing.Allows you to take your licenses wherever and use them.
