I don't remember their names but their were only 2 employees that went above and beyond to help me. The messed up situation of a pending pick up they had.

I signed up for the free in store phone setup and I'm happy I did. There was a problem with my new Verizon line and they had to sit on the phone with them for 40 minutes to get it corrected. Very helpful.

I am very happy with the customer service that the phone team had. They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the phone and activation.

I ended up not using this because I wanted to give the phone to my daughter on Christmas (and setting it up in the store would have deactivated her current phone), but Best Buy folks were helpful

Jacob knew what he was doing and took time for explanations and to answer my questions. He is definitely a "5 star" employee! As for the phone itself, so far it hasn't been very good.
