I purchased along with my new MacBook Pro so I wouldn't have to worry about my new expensive toy getting beat up. Let me start with how it looks, simply put I think its easily the best looking case / pouch available. The grey with neon greenish yellow is an awesome color combination. The inside of the pouch is one of the softest materials I've ever touched. I really am not concerned about the case itself doing and damage to the macbook. There are some people mention that it is difficult to insert and remove the laptop, my experience is completely opposite I have zero issue with taking the laptop out or putting it away. Overall I'm having a good experience with this product but.... On to why I only gave it 4 stars. The one and only issue I have (does not apply to everyone as my profession kind of leads to this small issue I have) is that since I am an Automotive Technician my hands sometimes don't get completely clean and this particular material/color combination seem to attract stains/smudges.

I went into the store with previously reading the reviews/research on this case and another, Thule gauntlet sleeve. Upon seeing the material and the quality of the product, I knew it was better than the rest. (I got the heather gray/black) I was afraid it was going to be tight/snug like the other reviews but I took it home, placed the MacBook Pro 13" RETINA DISPLAY, and it fit perfectly. They probably have another model, mine is the latest, 2015. The MacBook doesn't wiggle inside the case, like it might it the other sleeves making it unreliable, I can easily grip the case, and it looks classy. It's also won a Red Dot Award in 2015. Trust me, you've got to see it to believe, you won't regret this purchase :)

It offers some protection, fits great, does the job well for a non expensive macbook case.

the nice thing about this case is that the edges are hard plastic which provide minor drop protection. the neoprene case works will to protect the surface of your MacBook Pro. Easy quite no hassle entry and exit of your MacBook makes this a wonderful case.

I was in need of something to protect the MacBook Pro during travel to and from work and job sites. I wanted to carry it in my briefcase with some cushioning in the event of a fall or drop. The Icon sleeve provide just what I needed.

The case fits very snug which is a plus. the only draw back is the price. other than that, great fit and finish.

This sleeve is the perfect fit for the new MacBook Pro with retina display/touch screen. The laptop slips into it like a glove and there is no extra thickness to take up space. The edges are reinforced and the interior is lined with a turtle fur like fabric, which protects your laptop from scratches. The thinness of the sleeve complements the computer and takes up no extra space in your backpack or carry on bag. Highly recommend.

Great case and very protective. Works best for a bare MacBook Pro with no other protectors on it. With a protector present, it is very difficult to put this computer in this case.

I attend GCU i Arizona. I am an on campus student and i am always on the go. The product is great, but i have one issue with it. if you set the macbook directly on the magnet closure, it causes the laptop to sleep. It super irritating.

I am in love with this product because it really doesnt occupy much of a room I literally carry it everywhere since it products my laptop extraordinarily!

I was a bit skeptical of this case at first, but since carrying it around, it works flawlessly. My mac stays firmly in place, while still making it easy to pull out.
