Pretty solid stuff for the price, use theese items with a go pro hero 13 black. No complaints yet.

This was everything my son needed for my GoPro. ;) He used the head strap for his discovery flight and loved it!

If you are just getting a gopro or you already have one, this kit is a nice helpful addition to the camera. When I received my gopro it came with one mount and the camera. So not too many options for use and if you purchase items directly from gopro they can be pretty expensive. This kit is pretty cheap in price but comes with lots of different mounts (more than I will probably ever need). All of the mounts seem well put together and of a high quality. My favorite is the suction cup mount since I can mount it to the window of my car for auto racing. The mount has many different adjustments and seems really sturdy. The chest mount was easy to use and adjust. I'm not a skinny guy and it was able to fit around my chest with more room to adjust it for a bigger person. It was also pretty comfortable to wear and I don't see it being any issue if using for hours at a time. The headstrap also can be adjusted to find a small to large head. The inside of the straps are rubber grips to help keep the mount on your head. The bands are also stretchy and can adjust and flex to keep it comfortable on your head. The tripod is very stable and also has a lot of different adjustments. It's also pretty small and can easy be used as a handheld mount. Lastly their is the floating handle. I worry about using my gopro around water for many reasons. This is nice that if you do drop your gopro it will float and the handle is a nice bright color making it easier to find. The only thing I did not like about the floating handle is the blue strap isn't permanently connected to the yellow handle. So make sure you have it connected correctly before attempting to use the blue strap. Lastly it comes with a carrying case that can house all these items plus your go pro. It's really nice that everything that you could need is all in this kit. Overall I'm really happy with this kit and all the attachments you could ever need. Everything seems well made and we have had great success with Insignia products. I would really recommend this kit for anyone who has a gopro or is going to get one.

excellent accessories for my GoPro camera, I recommend it 100%, ideal for any occasion

1 star for receiving an open item instead of a new one. I called customer service and they advised that my two options were to pack it up and put the return label they'd send me and drop it off at the UPS store. As soon as they would receive it they'd send me a replacement. My other option was to take it to the Best Buy store for a refund or exchange. Either way it defeated the purpose not having to take a trip to the store to receive this item. I will now have to take this open and used item to the store so that I could get the new item I had paid for. Value: Not worth paying for a new item and receiving a used one. Quality: Used. Ease of Use: Didn't want to use a used item. I wouldn't recommend a used item.

I use a lot of gopros at my job and own a couple personally and I have found you can never have too many straps, mounts, tripods and thumb screws! I lose them and have them stashed strategically around my house and office at work for easy access when it’s time to catch the action! I was excited to get my hands on the Insignia Gopro Kit. Currently I am using the gopro 7, 8 and two 11’s and all the accessories work just fine. I really wanted it for the carrying case and tripod and suction cup mount but it is nice to have all the other items as well. The quality is good but I am just slightly disappointed in the tripod. The legs don’t feel super solid when opened up. I also don’t like that when they tried to double the tripod as a longer “selfie” stick the bottom rod prevents the tripod from quickly setting flush and you have to push the main pole up a level to get the thripods to sit. See pic . I also felt a little more give than I would like on the tripod legs when pressing them down to a solid base on a hard surface. Other than that it is a great selfie stick and does set up higher than a basic small tripod which I like. I don’t want to nitpick too much… I fear I am too picky on tripods but I really find them to be important. I hate when a shot is off center and leaning because of flimsy legs and I don’t notice it until post production. To be clear this tripod did not set off kilter….I just wish it would have been more rock solid and may be had a level bubble on the base. Anyway… hence the 4 stars instead of 5. The case is ok. Its not a hard shell but does have support and adjustable Velcro dividers which I like. Overall I think it’s a solid kit for your Gopro. Everything a person needs to get going all in one box! The suction Cup accessory works great and that is a very handy tool! I really liked that. They also give you two Tri Pod mounts. The chest strap is solid and so is the head strap! The water float is well built as well. Over all I recommend. If you are a tripod nitpicker…maybe spend some money on a high end tripod…everything else is great!

The Insignia GoPro accessory kit is the only thing you need to buy along with your new GoPro. The kit has all the essential accessories that can be enclosed in a nice carry case. The kit includes a chest harness, a head strap, a floating handle, a suction cup mount for a car, a tripod with a selfie stick extension, and all the buckles and adaptors you would need to attach your GoPro to document your life. This very well-thought-out kit includes all the possible things you would want. While it is designed primarily for the GoPro Hero 8 and later, those models use retractable dog ears. The kit will attach to the older GoPro Hero 2 through 7 using the frame mount housing or underwater housing. The GoPro mount has not changed, and so this kit is universal in that sense. If you have the GoPro 12, the kit allows you to mount the camera directly to the tripod via the ¼” 20UNC threaded mount, which is the standard camera tripod mount. In the last week, I have been playing around with the selfie tripod cause that is the one I use the most. The tripod, which can be extended as a selfie stick, is well-built. It's nicely weighted and feels solid in your hands. I use my GoPro to do vlogging-style videos throughout my day. The solid tripod is a great handheld accompaniment to help document your life. It extends by 2.5 feet, allowing you to use it as a tripod on a table or as an extended selfie stick. The Insignia tripod is much better built than my previous unit, and I have switched my preference for this better-built, solid hand-held stick/tripod. I also used the car mount, though not pictured. It allows one to mount a GoPro to the inside of your car’s windshield and use it as a dash cam or to document your canyon runs. While you can mount that to the outside, my preference is behind the windshield, which protects the camera from falling off due to the wind. The suction mount is pretty solid when mounted correctly on a clean windscreen. The headband and chest hardness are made of stretchy, comfortable material. I did not get a chance to use them on the trail, but I did wear them around the house to see if I could get used to the harness. I have a chest strap from another manufacturer, and the Insignia chest harness and head strap are far more comfier than the other brand. I will swap over to this brand the next time I go riding. Overall, if you are looking for an all-in-one GoPro accessories starter kit, this is the one I’d recommend; honestly, this is a no-brainer decision.

Insignia has been known for making valuable accessories for many of the purchases you make at Best Buy. Whether it’s for your TV, your gaming console, and even your cameras, they’re known for offering the best bang for your buck of any white label brands found in retail stores. So, I was happy to try out the GoPro Accessory kit for my GoPro Hero 10. I use my GoPro mostly for my own vlogging, and to showcase my vehicle with video taken while attached to my car. This particular accessory kit comes with a variety of useful items, including a Chest Strap, a handheld tripod (which extends like most selfie sticks), a head strap for those 1st person style shots, a floating handle for those of you who want to use this in or near bodies of water, and a suction cup mount. All of this can be unwrapped from their plastic bags, and placed in the included case. The included case has some velcro attachments which can be used to organize the items, and also has two thumb screws for the various mounts included in the box. While I’m using a GoPro 10, this will work with a variety of GoPro models (and other action cameras), as long as they support similar mounting hardware. Setting up the GoPro on each of the mounts can be down using either the quick release buckles that are included, or the tripod mounts with the included thumb screws. They have a glossy look and feel, and the straps for the chest & head offer the ability to tighten the fit when worn. I was also pleasantly surprised with how well the suction cup mount worked on my Car. The previous kit I used (an off-brand online purchase), didn’t do the best job staying on the car. So, I already had some tether wire handy to place it on my vehicle. During my use, I found the suction cup held on better than my previous kits, and never once fell off while driving lower highway speeds. The thumb tighten points were also easy to mount the camera in position, and didn’t shift at all during the drives I used them on. Overall, I think this is an excellent accessory kit for any GoPro user out there, and even those picking up their first one at Best Buy. The carrying case, easy to use mounts, and the variety of the accessories included is a huge value add. This is any easy buy recommendation.

The Insignia GoPro Accessory Kit has a large variety of accessories that help you get the most from your GoPro. The kit includes adapters that let it work with a variety of GoPro camera models. Everything works perfectly with my GoPro 11 Mini. The included documentation says the items in the kit will work with most GoPro models. Note the kit does not include a GoPro camera. What’s in the Box: • Chest Strap • 2 Quick Release Buckles • 2 Thumb Screws • Handheld Tripod • 2 Tripod-to-GoPro mount adapters • Head Strap • Floating Handle • Suction Cup Mount • Semi-hard Carry Case with Movable Dividers All the accessories seem to be well made. The chest and head straps are adjustable to accommodate a range of body and head sizes. My GoPro 11 Mini attaches to the suction cup mount and the Handheld tripod using the included Tripod-to-GoPro mount adapters. Recording with the GoPro mounted on the chest strap or head strap make for some interesting action videos while hiking or trail running. I can’t wait for ski season! I honestly have only good things to say about the kit. All the accessories seem useful. There aren’t a bunch of “what will I ever use that for” kinds of things. I’ve already tried out everything except the floating handle and I plan to use that soon. If you have a GoPro, I highly recommend this accessory kit. It will really expand the possibilities for filming your action videos.

I love this goPro accessory kit. It has everything you need for your goPro. I am able to use this with my latest goPro and my goPro max. It comes with a suction cup which is great for non moving captures. I could find a great spot in my haunted house this year to use the suction connector so I can finally get a great recording of my kids and their cousins/friends going through the haunted house. I love the stand, which feels pretty good and stable. Some of those stands out on the market feel flimsy and this one does not. I can also you the chest strap when bike riding or paddle boarding. I also really like the floating attachment when you're in the water. That is going to be a great accessory because my kids love the water and going to the beach. They can capture a million things out there now. I like how there is double buckles, thumb screws and mount adapter to attach your goPro to the attachments. This makes life easier to just have 2 for just in case situations. Last but definitely not least, the carrying case! It is good quality! This carrying case will securely hold all of your attachments and your goPro. Adding the goPro can be a tight fit, but maybe leave attachments that you're not using at home and you can fit what you need in it. Very good quality stuff here. I would definitely recommend.

This is a very good accessory kit for the GoPro. The case is nice, the build quality of the accessories is pretty good and most importantly it contains a lot of useful attachments for your GoPro camera. You’re getting several useful connectors, an extendable mini handheld tripod, a floating handle, a windshield mount, a head strap and a chest strap. That’s all the attachment accessories I ever need after owning various generations of action cameras since GoPro Hero 2 up to the latest generation. The most useful one is the mini tripod, which is extendable and can be tilted to 180 degrees of rotation. It may not be as long as the original stick accessory but in my experience, I don’t recall ever needing a stick that long. The feet of the handheld tripod are covered with rubber, which is a thoughtful product design. The floating handle has a small strap, which is also useful when recording my kids swimming in the pool. The chest strap and head strap accessories are actually pretty useful when you want to record hands free. I use them for playing gokart and riding scooter. The bag is sturdy enough to store them safely so it’s a complete package of accessories for most uses.

When I opened the package containing the Insignia GoPro Accessory Kit, the first thought I had was, "Wow! Look at all this stuff!!" Seriously, it was a bit overwhelming. There are a dozen pieces to the kit! The second thought was, "This looks like some really high-quality stuff!" The kit contains an adjustable head strap that allows you to adjust the snugness around your head and across the top as well. There is a chest mount, various thumbscrews, a handheld tripod, a floating handle (a brilliant addition), a suction-cup mount, and a ridiculously nice case for carrying it all. As I already said, the kit itself seems to be made from rather high-quality materials. The construction seems solid, and not flimsy. Even the thumbscrews seem like they will endure even the most strenuous activity. I'm sure you have had to deal with the cheaply made accessories before, but that is not the case with the Insignia kit. When tightening the thumbscrews, I purposely tightened them a bit tighter than was necessary just to see it they would hold up to the pressure. The did just fine. The head strap design is well thought out. The inside of the strap is embedded with three wavy stripes of rubber(?) beads to keep the strap from sliding on the head. This is a great idea if wearing the adjustable strap on a helmet, and even straight on the head. The best part about the non-slip beads is that you don't feel them when next to your scalp. The attachment plate for the GoPro is solid, yet you can't actually feel it when wearing it, even with the camera attached. Plus you don't feel the weight of the camera on your forehead. The chest strap was a bit awkward for me at first, but once I got it all properly sized, it was quite easy to put on and take off, especially with the quick-release buckles that make it super easy to put on and take off. Now, although I know there are probably many activities that would make the chest strap more appropriate, I found that for the most part, mounting the camera on the chest would create too many shots where the arms or equipment would interfere with a clean and clear view. But like I said, for those situation where it would be appropriate, I can see how utilitarian the strap would be. I found that both the head strap and the chest strap are quite easy and simple to adjust on the fly, so that's a big plus. One of the greatest additions to the kit is the floating handle. It is a bright orange color that would make it a lot easier to find your camera if you lost it in the water, snow, or other such terrain. It is well-made, and airtight to ensure no water penetrates, causing it to sink.. Another great addition is the tripod. It allows for both static and dynamic use. The tripod will extend to a height of around 26" by my measurement. With the GoPro app, it would be perfect for still photos, group photos, and remote videos. The one and only complaint I might have about the tripod is that it seems like it might not be real stable if the wind was a bit rough, or if you wanted to film from uneven terrain. The kit comes complete with a rather nice carrying case. It is semi-hard, and is not waterproof. Although it is a nicely-made case, there is no way it can hold all the accessories, let alone all the accessories and a camera along with other non-included parts. Almost defeats the purpose of even including a case of this size seeing as how it is necessary to put the case in another lager case for stowage and transport. All in all, for a good all-around accessory kit, the Insignia GoPro Accessory Kit is the perfect entry-level kit. It has most of what you will need out in the field, plus it is seemingly well-built and durable. And at this price point, it is a very good bargain.

I have been wanting to get a floaty stick for my GoPro so my kids can take it out on the tube while I tow them with the boat. When I saw you get all the accessories for almost the price of one floaty stick, I decided to get this Insignia kit. You get a head and chest strap to use while hiking or biking. They fit securely and are actually very comfortable to wear. For the chest strap just slip in the included quick release buckle and attach your go pro to it with the also included thumb screws. I guess you could use the head strap while snorkeling to get hands free video of underwater scenes. I can't wait to try that. The uses could be endless for these 2 straps. The tripod is great also. It can be used on a tabletop and extends from 8" to 2 1/2'. It will be perfect to set up Christmas morning to catch all the action or a kids party to video the cake cutting. You could place this anywhere to record events that don't have a lot of movement as it doesn't have a swivel to follow the action. The suction cup mount is amazing. That thing sticks to any surface. I put it on my windshield and dash on both car and boat and it held in place perfectly. I also attached it to my wood work bench to record DIY projects. Of course I tried the floating handle that worked as advertised. I first put it in shallow water to see what happens. The handle floats on the water line and flips the go pro into the water. I decided it was safe enough to try while tubing. Luckily with the safety cable attached there was no disastrous loss of my go pro and some amazing footage recorded. Make sure to use the water proof housing for your go pro while using the floaty handle. This whole accessory kit is well worth the money.

Was looking for an inexpensive GoPro accessories kit for an upcoming trip to Vietnam and landed on this one. First, the kit includes a range of mounts, but the quality of some of these was not as high as I expected. But given the price point, I wasn't expecting too much, given that other brands would cost twice as much. I wouldn't trust it for extreme sports/conditions, but I highly recommend it for leisure. The selfie stick and floating grip work well as advertised but don't feel robust. It's perfect when my niece and nephew are in the water or at the water park playing with the GoPro. And its bright yellow color makes it easy to recognize, it's probably my favorite one out of the rest. There's also a chest and head strap for hands-free operation of the GoPro. Not a fan of chest-straps as a female, it's a bit strictive. I can use The head strap more when hiking or engaging in other activities. Overall, for the price point it does what it needs to do, though not the best quality.

I bought this for my Hero 13 knowing that I wanted mounting accessories, but didn't want to spend a ton on first-party accessories before I knew what I was really going to use. It does feel like a SLIGHT step down compared to GoPro's stuff, but overall I'm really happy with the quality and all of the basic stuff that I'm going to want to use starting out is here. The case can fit all of the accessories on its own, but not all of the accessories and the camera, which I think is fine since I won't want to be using these all at the same time anyway.

For what it is worth it does the job pretty well. You can tell that it's not the highest quality but it is still worth picking up if you're new to action cameras. Everything works as it should and i will continue using this kit until it breaks.

Amazing camera that is great for outdoor or even mounted to you car experience, the quality is superb and worth every penny.

We bought these items to go with his go Pro . Some items he isnt going to use right now, but otherwise he has enjoyed using these parts

You definitely get your moneys worth, comes with whatever accessories you would need and it’s all in a case to carry around easily
