This power bank is the best I’ve ever had and I’ve tried several other brands. I own various sizes of this particular one, smaller ones for pocket size travel to the larger ones for out of town trips. This one specifically can charge our tablets and phones easily and still have power left for more. The rapid 3.0 port is incredibly fast for all of our devices. I’ve even noticed these still have a high charge even after sitting for months. We thought we lost one and found it almost a year later and it still had 3 of 4 bars of power. Just incredible

This battery is powerful and hold a long charge. I can charge more than one device at a time. It is well worth the money.

Awesome portable charger. I work out in the open where their is no public electrical plug for my use so this is a must for when I need to charge my phone or headphones. I’ve had this for over a year and it still holds a charge. Usually a week or 2 before I have to charge it again.

Really great holds the charge for a while! Bought it during the storm when we had no electric for 4 days!!!

Device is on the heavy side, but I attribute that to the large capacity of the battery. I suggest buying a larger USB charging cable, as the one provided is fairly short. It's not USB-C either, it's micro usb. Device has a blue fast charging port, so you can hook up your cell phone USB cable to that, and it charges quickly. There is a power button on the device, but I never use it. Just plug in your device to be charged, and the battery automatically turns on and starts to charge. After unplugging your device, the battery turns off after a pre-determined amount of time. Last battery charger from Lenovo only lasted 2-years after minimal use before the battery expanded and needed to be recycled. Hopefully this Insignia will last longer.

Needing something to travel with, it fits the need for power, but is a bit on the heavy side. Shoved in a briefcase with other electronics, the weight isn't that noticeable, but standalone, its beefy. Can't beat the price for the power though. Charged up super quick and has refueled my electronics quickly as well. Time will tell on the durability and reliability. Overall, good value for the money, but if you are looking for something to carry on person or in a smaller bag, look for a lighter option.

Great value and reliable. So handy to be able to fast charge plus charge one other device at the same time. From a full charge it’s able to charge my daughter’s iPad at least 2 full times, even at almost 2 years old.

Bought this to replace a Halo model which could charge only one device at a time. This one charges two phones simultaneously and quickly. Haven't used it extensively but so far it seems to hold its charge a long time. Only downside is it's a little heavy to easily carry in a purse or pocket.

Bought this due to the coronavirus and not wanting to be plugged into a wall while doing school work or listening to lectures. A little heavy, but its a heavier duty power bank. Maintains my ipad battery because I do use it while I’m on it.

I needed to replace an older, less powerful charger with a better and more powerful one to charge my 7th Gen iPad and this charger definitely does the job. Not only did it fully charge my iPad but it still had power to charge my iPhone as well. I am very pleased with this charger and recommend it.

Bought several of these (deal of the day so paid less than $20 each)--one for a camping trip and the others to save as Christmas stocking stuffers for my teenagers . These are quite heavy--wont be in the stockings, would crash the stockings to the floor! Too heavy to comfortably carry in a pocket, but fine for in a backpack/bookbag or to charge on a desk. (The specs said the weight, so I'm not complaining--knew what I was getting) My husband did use it on a campout with Scouts and this charger lasted him the entire weekend (and with multiple ports son could charge his phone at the same time), so it exceeded our expectations. Love the quick charge port!

It's heavy so I would hate to have to carry this in my purse for any length of time; but, it's a great battery and will hold a charge while I'm using my phone for several days. I had purchased a smaller battery previously by Insignia and I believe it was a smaller version and was very satisfied with the performance and length of time it stays charged while in use-which is why I ordered this one. My IPhone X is about two years old and the battery will last about 4 to 6 hours depending on my usage. I looked at ordering a phone case that had a battery, but Apple does not make one for the X-just the XR and XS. So this is a great alternative.

This portable charger is so good! It holds 4 charges for my phone and automatically turns off until I need to use it... thus staying charged for a super long time. And there are little light indicators so I know how many charges are left. I keep it in my bag in case I need to charge my phone in a pinch & I’m very pleased with it so far! It is a bit expensive for me compared to the cheap little portable charger I was using b4 but it works 100% times better. Exactly what I was looking for.

This is no lightweight charger. I charged it completely as soon as I bought it home a week ago. I have charged my phone FIVE times- 100% charged. I haven't even lost one bar. It's terrific. I have an IPhone 8 Plus with 256GB. I won't lie to you, it's heavy duty. And it weighs more than the cute chargers. But I can depend on this charger. And I won't be without power any time soon. I love it.

I had the old 15,000 mAh insignia charger and wanted to upgrade to one with just a little more power and juice. I charge my phone with this at least once a day just to top up my phone up halfway through the day and I've gotten more than a weeks worth of charge before having to charge the power bank. Definitely recommend if your looking for a power bank with a lot of power. It is heavy but its not a deal breaker for me considering all the other junk I carry in my purse.

These are a great value and will do multiple charges on one fill-up.

I bought two of these units because they were on sale. I'm glad I bought two because I decided to give them as Xmas gifts. This unit is well constructed, although a little heavy if you intend to carry it around a lot. Charging time is fast and I can charge my Galaxy S9 at least twice, maybe three times on a full charge.

I bought this charging pack, to be able to charge multiple devices at once. I didn’t realize how big it really was when I was looking at it online. It’s not made for small purses or pocketbooks, I keep mine in a back pack. So far i have been able to get 2 and a half charges for my iPhone XS, and have charged 2 phones at once, but not sure how many times I can do that before the juice is all gone. I would recommend this for using only if its going to be stored in a backpack or large.
