In the store they attended me very friendly with a lot of patience the young man who attended me never rushed me, showed him online the washing machine I wanted I looked for it in the system and ordered it, he recommended me to open again with the store, they gave me an excellent plan to pay without interest included the delivery. The people who handed me the washing machine were very helpful and attentive too. I highly recommend the washing machine, it is very beautiful, easy to clean and very nice appearance

Very first front loader and smart machine I bought. Options are incredible, very quiet, The water sensors are awesome no more wasting water per loads. Even my son is turning laundry lover with new machines. The prices was best part. Everyone wanted two thousand and their didn’t have all options these have!!

This has been a really great product so far. Works great and able to put in a good amount of laundry. Very simple to use and would highly recommend for those looking for a simple yet modern type of washer.

We were in need of a larger washer, without an agitator. I started by looking at used and found some available but let's face it they were used. I then said just for giggles let's look at new. That's when I stumbled on this washer. I didn't need a bunch of fancy options but needed washing and soaking options for the really dirty stuff. This one had it. I didn't want one to difficult to use. This one isn't. Lastly I needed one with capacity and yes this one has it. We purchased online and it arrived at the store pretty quickly. The pickup was smooth and the customer service was pleasant. We got it home and was shocked at how well this washer was packed. No damage at all. Hooked it up and started doing puppy laundry, yes I said puppy laundry. We have a litter of 10 and to say their laundry is dirty is an understatement. The first load finished and I was sooo happy. The heavy duty mats we use on the flooring came out so clean! Cleaner than I could have ever imagined. The spin cycle also spun them out so well. They can't be dried because of the material and it use to take 24 hours for them to dry. Not anymore, they come out of this washer almost dry. There are so many washing options that I feel safe saying whatever you have to wash there is a wash setting for it. I'm very happy with this purchase and pray this washer lasts awhile.

I am very pleased with this washer. It is large and can fit my comforters with ease. The spin cycle works very well and makes drying quick and easy. The unit is large but fit in my laundry room without need for modifications. It fits through a normal width doorway. It also got my whites super clean. It has a nice suite of features and was worth the investment. So far I am very pleased.

It is quiet. You can't unbalance the machine like a top-load washer. It is fairly idiot-proof. We have helpers and it took 1 minute to show them how. The same people that destroyed my top load washer. It spins far more water out of your laundry load. And that makes the laundry dry much faster. Dropping detergent, bleach, and softener, is easy with the drawer on the top left side.

Incredible machine cleans my clothes well without twisting or damaging my clothes I love the fact spin cycle when it's done your clothes feel all most dry reduces time in dryer. Machine very low sounds next to silent

Very good washer, I have been using it since I've purchased it 6 months ago. I use the washer daily and the performance is as good ast it was on day one. As for the ease of use, it's very simple, turn the knob onto your preferred setting and just get it going. And no unnecessary gimmicks! For the price, you're definitely getting the best bang for your bucks!

Works fine after two weeks. Quiet (can’t really hear the finish tone unless I’m in the washroom). Wish the door would easily partially latch to aid in airing it out between uses but it can be carefully “partially closed”. Permanent Press preset uses slow spine, I set it to medium spin so clothes aren’t soggy. Overall satisfied.

We have had it for several weeks and really like it. It is so quiet you really need to listen to be able to tell if its still running. It has at least ten different wash load settings and cleans thoroughly. Absolutely would recommend!!

Its a great little washer. Clothes go in dirty and come out clean.

I love that this machine wasnt the most expensive on the market but works like it is. It holds a lot of of clithes and my cl9thes are never soaking wet when the cycle is done.
