I bought this item to replace an existing Bluetooth adapter that was no longer working. It worked immediately out of the box. I just plugged it into my PC, connected my headset, and everything was good to go. I use a Windows 11 PC and it works great. I would recommend it for those in need of a cheap Bluetooth adapter.

definitely the best for computers without Bluetooth capabilities. will work on any computer with Windows 8.1 , 10 , & 11. It will allow you to connect any device with Bluetooth including IOS devices. It does come with an instruction book if you still don't understand I can further help you 1:1 (no i am not wanting anything of any nature) if that makes you uncomfortable you can look up a video on youtube.

this product is simple and easy to use and priced perfectly for people who dont feel like paying over 20$,it also helped me to finally be able to play on my computer using my controller

I purchased this for my gaming pc to connect my controllers to as well as a few of my my headsets like the Audeze Maxwells. The connection is very stable and i haven't had a single issue with connecting my xbox or playstaion controllers.As soon as i put a device or anything that uses blue it immediately shows up on the connect new device list and im connected within seconds. If you meed something thats small and wont get in the way of the other usb connection on your pc this is a excellent product to go with!

Works straight out of the box! I use it to pair my game controllers to my pc that doesn't have bluetooth built in and it works like charm.

the Bluetooth USB adapter works great. and very easy to use too. all I had to do is put it in the USB port and it did everything else on its own. and in seconds it was ready for me to use right away

I bought some headphones to listen to videos on my computer while I was working but the headphones did not come with a Bluetooth adapter so of course I went to Best Buy. I bought this little jewel brought it home and plugged it in the back of my monitor and it worked as expected.. not sure what else I can say.

Love the speed adjustment with just a click of a button on the mouse and the fast scroll wheel, which also can be turned on and off with a button is a pretty awesome feature. Also with the nylon braided cable its not susceptible kinks and damage. This mouse has a good feel, good weight, and with razers software you can control the lighting of the mouse too. Overall awesome product at a reasonable price.

It works perfectly. Ive got a custom built gaming oc i just needed to add bluetooth to it if i want to use my controller or other decices via bluetooth. Works perfectly.

Works just as intended. The only issue I have is that im finding some difficulty in getting my Xbox controller to connect to my pc. It may just be a me issue but it doesn’t appear on the Bluetooth screen on my pc. My mouse and keyboard hookup to it no problem. It does feel a little cheap.

Best keyboard the keys are so quiet.well worth my money and Best Buy made it so easy for me to get. Did an online order I could do same day pick up.
