Has worked well on my 600D, no complains. For this price a very good flash. Only problem is when you take it off you need a flash to trigger it.

Though I've been a photo hobbyist for a few years, I am new to flash photography. This is the first flash I have purchased for my DSLR camera. The main reasons why I purchased this flash are the wireless flash capability and TTL. The flash head can tilt and swivel to where you want it, at least regarding my expectations. The light that it fires can fill the frame pretty well, depending on where it's pointed and your subject's distance. It's pretty much what you would expect, maybe more, from a low price flash. I had no trouble using this as a wireless flash that would fire in response to my camera's pop-up flash. There are two slave modes, manual mode, and TTL mode. It's taking me quite a bit of practice to master wireless flash, but S2 mode seems to be working best for me. When using TTL mode, my camera (Canon 60d) recognizes that there is a flash mounted on it, but there seems to be some sort of miscommunication because when the camera is left in auto, P, or Av mode, the shutter speed does not adjust to take the flash into account. I have to manually set the shutter speed to 1/200 or 1/250 and change the flash to Manual mode to get a good picture. This flash does not do High Speed Sync. The flash head does not zoom, so I'm not sure exactly where "TTL" comes into play, unless I don't know what I'm doing, which is entirely possible. Aside from that, it's easy to use in full manual mode, whether mounted or wireless. I plan on getting another one or two once I really know what I'm doing when it comes to wireless flash photography.

Wireless is Line of Sight, Not Radio

This flash works well with my Nikon D5300. Wish the wireless function was radio linked like the Nikon flashes are. This flash works by line of sight in wireless mode and requires the on-camera flash to fire to trigger the remote flashes. Not as nice as the Nikon setup, but you get what you pay for. And this flash does a good job of throwing a lot of light onto your subject at a good price! I bought two.

Great flash for someone who is just starting out or on a budget. If you need some extra light in an average size room, this flash will work great for you. Should have a little experience with setting up with your camera. May want to get a stronger flash if taking pictures in a larger open area. Ovearall was a good buy.

This flash is a very good flash which is 1/8 the price of a brand name. It is easy to use specially for beginners or hobbyist. You can use it as an off camera flash which can be triggered remotely by your built in camera flash to create a more dynamic portrait.

I read all of the reviews for this item before making the purchase and decided to purchase it. I immediately feel in love with this external flash for my Canon Rebel T5. I works well in dim areas as well as give you a great look to add balance to you photo on those real sunny days. Only down side that I would have with this product is changing your settings. You have to turn the device off and cut it back on when you want to change the settings.

I couldn't pass this flash up at this price point. Way less expensive than the OEM version with the same results! Would definitely recommend if you're in the market for an inexpensive flash. Also buy the insignia diffuser to go along with it and you have a great budget camera setup!

I purchased this flash when my Canon flash stopped working. I wanted something inexpensive until I made time to research a longer term solution. I am pleased with the performance of this flash and am not in a terrible hurry to replace the Canon one.

As I am a newby in the art of photography I am always looking for an easy yet accurate way to capture the moments in our lives and be ready to do it in an instance. The External TTL Flash has an easy attachment and takes very little knowledge to adjust the settings. I must say the knowledge of the staff was quite helpful too.

I have a Canon T3i and I needed an external flash that will improve my lighting with a more natural light. I point the flash to the ceiling and the results are great. You can take multiple shoots with flash and works just fine. So far, I've used it in 4 different events with different scenarios indoor/outdoor. I highly recommend this flash.
