Everything works fine, everything went as scheduled, but I couldn’t find the serial numbers to register the unit.

This has got to be one of the best garbage disposals for the money. It's extremely durable and not real noisy either. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking for a garbage disposal.

It has only been a few weeks since it was installed but, so far, I'm impressed. Even though it is more powerful than the old rusted out disposer it replaced (1 HP vs the old 3/4 HP), it is a lot quieter. It is more expensive than its smaller counterparts but appears to be of good quality and has has an 8 year warranty.

Bought this when our previous garbage disposal (also Insinkerator, 1HP) started to malfunction. I'm really happy with the product, and it is definitely on the quieter side. Good quality. Make sure to add the cable to the cart- even though it is "free" it doesn't automatically come with it (you have to add it separately). Also, -1 star for the installation. I noticed when they were testing the product that it was unusually loud. I asked them to reassemble. Debris from the installation had fallen into the disposal. Unprofessional & not off to a good start. No qualms with the product though!

It’s quiet and very powerful. The only reason I’m not giving it five was the difficulty in getting Best Buy to deliver and install.

This was very easy to install replacing my old burned out Insinkerator. I am not handy at all and almost never do home projects. This installation took me about 45 minutes following a youtube video. After doing it once, I'm confident I could do it again in 25-30 minutes. It is very strong and much quieter than I thought it would be. It's also not that much larger than the old 1/2 hp Insinkerator that it replaced.

This has a slimmer design than many disposals so it fits in tight spaces. It’s reasonably quiet and does the job. I’m happy with it…

I had this installed about three weeks ago and have enjoyed the upgrade, the installation process was mostly seamless but i had a some parts that wouldn't fit on my current sink

Replacement for the builder grade disposal. Power to spare. And very quiet machine. We chose this disposal for a kitchen remodel. Tried to get a Kitchen aide equivalent to match our other appliances but they were on back order with no estimate of availability. Found out that Kitchen Aide is made by insinkerator and this the same as their machine.

Works very good. Haven't had a problem with it. Would highly recommend

I have had this a little over a week, but so far it does a good job.

Works like a champ but had a problem with the 1st one and had to come back with a 2nd one and not as quiet as advertised. Definitely gets the job done quickly, never had anything get stuck and have had it almost a year now.
