    Poor resolution by the Best Buy associates

    Bought the garbage disposal that said it came with a power cord. But when it finally came in ( took a month by the way) they said they couldn’t find it when I picked it up at the store. They didn’t really offer me a good solution to remedy the situation. They said I would have to do a return and reorder it, which could have taken another month to get. That wasn’t an option as I was in need of a garbage disposal yesterday. So, I had to go and spend even more money to purchase a power cord that should have come with the original purchase.

    Ordered with power cord. Guess what wasn’t included…power cord. Guess who isn’t any help…Best Buy
