Premier Logistics did a great job installing a LG 1222ivsm AC window in a bedroom. They were neat clean on time. Took less than a hour to install. In Northern California. Thank You Premier logistics.

Loved the guys that you sent to set up my air conditioner. I made sure that it was done right and that I understood what they were doing. They were on time and professional. I would be happy to have them back for any future set ups. They really knew what they were doing.

I purchased the install with my air conditioner and I'm glad I did. Installer was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and pretty funny. He noticed a problem with the air conditioner plug and quickly resolved the issue by returning the faulty air conditioner and coming back the next day with a new one. He installed it and it works like a charm. Installer was awesome!

The technicians took out the old unit and installed the new one quickly and neatly. They came with all the necessaryaccessories for the installation. And they relocated the old unit to the garage for us. Nice guys and very professional!

Great product. Was installed nicely by the Best Buy guys. Seems to not fully register the temp and energy savor. Sometimes turns off for no reason.

Guys did what was required, removed old A/C and put in new one, but I did have to adjust afterwards and insulate on my own. There was no coordination between install and pickup of old unit ( two teams?) resulting in pickup wanting to come before old one was even removed, resulting in cancellation of removal and I had to do that myself.

Bordy was the best. He was very professional and did it right. Not like the first installers put the air conditioner in the wall and left. He said need to come back with boards and it would cost you $100.00 dollars Really

The installers were 3.5 hrs late ! Best buy needs to do a better job in coordinating between their customer service and the third party they use for delivery/installation ! Best buy's customer service disconnected me NUMEROUS times during the actual delivery day !

Small size important but motor runs much noisier than i like
