Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Dual Pod 3-in-1 Coffee Maker's speed and ability to produce quality coffee using both Nespresso and K-cup pods. The machine's ease of use and compact size are also frequently praised. However, some users find the machine noisy during operation and have reported inconsistent brewing temperatures. A few users experienced issues with the brewing process itself.

Terrific for doing coffee with an extra shot of espresso. The container for the water is easy to fill with your refrigerator water tap.

I bought this as a surprise family gift for christmas. We all enjoy our Cuisinart k cup brewer but it's been having some problems after 5 years now, and I thought we could expand on our coffee options with this, plus it was such a good price it wasn't any more expensive than buying a mid tier Keurig. It's so nice to have the option of coffee or nespresso, the latter of which are definitely packed with flavor and character, more so than the K-Cup options. The machine actually takes up less space than our previous Cuisinart k cup machine. It's a little bit slow to brew the initial cup, but once it's fired up everything is pretty quick after that. The only real criticism I have is that the top deck, which you have to open every time to put a pot in, is a bit difficult to open and I'm afraid and might break at some point. Other than that we are extremely pleased with the machine and it's so nice to have both a standard and higher-end coffee option in the morning.

    Works good with regular K-Cups

Overall a good coffee and espresso maker, heats up fast and delivers a good cup of coffee My only complaint is that they have had to disassemble and deep clean it several times over the last few months, we finally figured out that we need to use actual K-Cups, because the little insert for putting your own ground coffee in the machine was letting coffee grounds leak into the machine and gumming it up. As soon as we use regular K-Cups we have no problem at all

I like the fact that it takes both K-cups and espresso. Don’t like the fact that the dispenser doesn’t move up and down. My taller coffee cups do not fit. The taste of the coffee is different from my last machine. Maybe it will get better as it’s used more.

Although a bit more noisy than a Keurig, I find the coffee better. Having the ability to brew two different type of pods is a real plus.

    Great Coffee, but Extremely Noisy

We've had many single cup coffee makers for the past 20 years or more ever since the first one was made, only because we wear them out (yes, we are heavy coffee drinkers). The one feature that influenced us to buy this coffee maker is because of the dual pod 3-in-1 capability. It does make great coffee and the espresso it makes is phenomenal. However, honestly out of all the coffee makers we've had, this one is far the noisiest one of them all. Extremely noisy. After three months of use, the noise was like nails on a chalk board, so it was time to go with a much quieter one.

Bought this as a gift for my wife and she loves it with the ability to make just regular K-cups and the Nespresso capsules. Just make sure they are the older capsules and not the Vertuo type from Nespresso. It’s saves me money/gas and time every time she wants an expresso with no trip to Dunkin/ Starbucks. Now keep in mind only using this unit for less than a month

The Instant Pot 3-in-1 makes great coffee - but that's not the whole story. I returned it twice. The first return was because it simply quit making a full cup coffee, even after descaling. The second machine had the disconcerting tendency to pop open halfway through a brew, slinging hot coffee grinds around the kitchen (and into your face if you are standing there). Not what you have in mind for an early morning coffee wake up. I finally went with a Nespresso product to get the coffee/espresso combination.

Keurig and Nespresso in one! Easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. Better than any Keurig machine I've used. Only negative is that the dispenser should be mounted higher so I can fill a 20oz cup without holding at an angle.

This is the perfect merge of espresso and brewed coffee. You’ll be sipping your morning cup in minutes. Use your own grounds in the reusable k-cup or have a bold espresso from the nespresso side. I am very happy with this machine. 64 ounce reservoir holds a few days of water. Fits well under the cabinet.

This thing is great. Pop in a original Nespresso pod and pick small medium or lg. or drop in a k cup and pick a small medium or lg… dont forget the bold button if you want a little extra kick. Even comes with a refillable kcup for your own coffee. Or better yet do what i do, Drop in combo. I do a medium nespresso with a small kcup of coffee. Add in a little creamer and im set. Your imagination is the limit. But the truth is I use the nespresso pods more than the k cups these days. Enjoy!

Really purchased to make my own coffee at home instead of buying Starbucks every day. It’s awesome. It has two features. It can take either a K cup or an nespresso pod (the small ones) and its quite, runs smooth and heats up fast!!! After alot of research this machine is AMAZING!!!
