Well, it's an i7. And this i7 pulls 4.4ghz on all cores no problem. At first I thought I was dealing with a heater of a chip, but I found out my motherboard was getting a little out of pocket with voltage. I put a 1,25V all core fixed voltage to this chip and it hits that 4.4ghz all day, staying under 70C on my Hyper 212 cooler. But, I did drop it into an H370 board which required a BIOS flash, so I think the manual intervention on auto settings is understandable. My games are fast and unflinching. That's all I really use my computer for, so won't speculate on it's performance elsewhere.

For your basic installation was very smooth, Installed on a MSI Z390 series mother board. I don't over clock or do anything out of the norm, so i can't really comment that subject. Also CPU was packaged with a factory stock CPU cooling fan.

This is a great CPU for mid to high end gaming. I’m using this with a rtx 2070 and this thing is awesome. Super fast 144fps. Even though you can’t overclock it it is still worth it

Works great, second one purchased. No internal graphics card so you have to purchase a graphics card like the 1660 ti. Better price than the 10th while, 10th gen sockets changed just like 9ths did.

Great cpu if you're in the market for a budget I7. You get all the power at a lower price point if you are using it for gaming and dont need the internal gpu.

I know all the attention is on Ryzen now, but if you are a gamer Intel is till relevant. This is a great processor and meets all my other needs too, I'm not running a ton of programs at the same time and I'm not compiling video. For everyday use and gaming this chip can't be beat.

If you don’t need the extra power over clocking your pc this is a good buy. It’s fast and does the job. Bought a Corsair fan for it and the temp never goes above 70. FPS on my call of duty reach almost 200 in game.

works well for oculus rift s for Skyrim vr so I could not be happier and also its very easy to install

I’ve never installed a processor before, but with a friends help and the easiness of the cooling fan installation it was quick and easy. I like that it doesn't have actual screws Lol
