Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product was in a box that was somewhat damaged but my wife was told it was only the exterior box and did not damage the main product box. Well after I had over 3 ft. of water in it I discovered two slice holes in the liner. I went to Best Buy and was given two options. One was to completely drain the pool and bring it back and then wait on a replacement to arrive, which would get me well into half the summer being over. The other was a small refund of $50.00. I took the refund which barely covered the cost of the repair and the patch hasn't fully sealed so it still leaks. This is my first shot at a pool and probably the last on this kind. I'm going to reach out to the company themselves but I don't expect I'll get very far with it.

Pool okay so far it’s only been up a short time, but can’t seem to GT water crystal clear & Ive watched videos of this same exact pool & it shows a skimmer!! Do u hv to buy a skimmer separately? So far I’m not to impress, instructions are not clear& hv extra parts, which I know ther shouldn’t be, I just don’t see Wher the few parts I hv left ovr go!!

Then on the 20th the ring deflate, now trying to contact intex

The shipping was super fast, I was expecting it to take longer since it was a larger item. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy do by myself.
