I LOVE this jacuzzi. I will be honest, I used to have another brand and the height was taller than this so I thought I wasn’t going to enjoy it being so low. TOTAL OPPOSITE!!!! First and foremost…the bottom of the jacuzzi is padded NICELY. Second, the ease of getting in and out. Third, it has 100 jets ALL AROUND (where my previous has 120 but only went half way around). Fourth, ease of changing water. The outlet for letting the water out is raised so it actually drains ALL the water (my other was hard to drain). It also has a thermal pad sit it on This is a MUST BUY, you won’tr disappointed.

The hot tub came faster than scheduled and very well packaged. In spite of the relatively thick manual setup was easy. I did not see any labeling of the ports so one recommendation for the manufacturer would be to add labels to each port on the hot tub to further simplify the setup process. After inflation I did hear a very slight hissing noise. I managed to chase down a pinhole leak on the side of the wall. Fortunately stick-on patches were included and I got the leak sealed. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. The sides are comfortable and the floor was surprisingly cushy. Temperature was easily maintained by the heater and when not in use is bottled up by the inflatable top. The bubbles were fun but the pump was pretty loud. This is my first hot tub and seems to be a great purchase so far.

Good portable hot tub, but the bottom gets slimy and if you keep it filled ready to go you need to use the chlorine tablets or the water starts to smell bad after a couple days and the bottom gets real slimy!

Ordered this hot tub as a Father’s Day/ Birthday gift for my father in law and he loved it! Received about 5 days early so it wasn’t much of a surprise. Put it all together in less than an hour and filled in no time but…..be prepared to wait a bit before using as it took about a day and a half to get the temp from 57 degrees up to about 85. But once it was warmed up it was amazing! Kept the set temp well but once the bubbles are turned on the temp did drop about 2 degrees which is to be expected. The valve to fill the actual hot tub is a bit tricky once filled and pump removed it will leak air unless you adjust it properly and quickly. The top needs to be filled often as it does not hold air properly for some reason but, it seems to be a common problem after watching a few reviews. Other than that amazing product!

This is my husband and my first hot tub,and we love it! It is a nice size, great bubbles, and water stays hot. Very glad we made this purchase

This really could have been an awesome spa for a great price. The walls of the spa just would not hold air for more than a couple of ours. The inflation area really needs work. It constantly leaks air and when we awoke in the morning, it was totally deflated and sitting in a giant puddle of water. Very sad.

Would have given this 5 stars if the description was more accurate. It says "4 person" hot tub but it only comfortably fits 2 people. I do think that it can accommodate 4 small people with their knees bent. Not sure how relaxing that would be which was my reason for buying a hot tub. I will say it is still a great buy considering the price and the quality and ease of use of the hot tub.

Easy to set up. takes less than 200 gallons to fill And works awesome

Set up was easy. Left the unit on over night and it took about 4-5 hours to get in a 50 degree room

We bought this spa about a month ago. Loved it right from the start. Easy to set up and use . But tonight after less than one month of use I notice that one of the bubble holes (jets) had completely blown out and is now the size of a quarter or half dollar. So much are comes out of that one spot you the air doesn’t even make it all the way around the whole spa. I am extremely disappointed that it barely even lasted a month, for the price I thought I would at least get a few years out of it

It’s not bad at all for the price when I bought it and I would recommend if this is something your not sure about and want to use it to see if you would like spa. It’s nice for 2 people

good size, great for relaxing, doesn't have the $5000+ price tag if your sceptical of having a hot tub.

First one had hole in it leaked air. Had to pack up take to store order new one 2nd one is perfect like very much
