Very intuitive to use, performed as described. Accessed last year’s figures so I didn’t have to look them up. Easily accessed electronically the income info from my investments. Allowed me to file electronically. Great product.

I’ve used TurboTax for years. I installed this version and started updating my information. (Had to change address) It hung and the only thing I couldn’t or do was uninstall and reinstall. It works fine now.

I've been using turbo tax for the past almost 10 years and have had no issues out of it. It walks you step by step through the process and always checks if you have made any errors before you file your taxes.

I use this product every year. It simplifies the process of doing taxes and is cheaper than having someone prepare the docs.

I have been using Turbo tax prior to becomming old and gray. I enjoy doing my taxes turbo tax takes the guess work out of filing your taxes. They offer online help if you are not sure of a specific tax deduction etc. you can have other family members use the program on your computer to complete their taxes.

Best tax software hands down. If you are looking for a better way to save money or find the right tools to help you with your taxes...then hire a CPA. And if you are really serious...hire a CPA who uses Turbotax produxts.

I found two problems with the Basic version of TurboTax this year. First, I had over-withholding of my Medicare tax. The program filled out Form 8959 correctly, but it did not bring the excess tax paid to line 64 of the 1040. There was no way to adjust this. Second, I had a patio cover built and paid around 700$ in Texas state sales tax. When I entered that number into TurboTax, it did not add it to my state tax deduction. These two errors were extremely disappointing, and will likely reoccur next year as I posted these problems on their website, but never got a response.

Best Buy WAS OUT OF TURBO TAX WITH STATE RETURN INCLUDED. SO I WAS FORCED TO PURCHASE STATE SEPERATELY. RESULTING IN UNEXPECTED ADDITIONAL COST
