    I found the pricing was very low compared to other web sites. I t was for the most part easy to download and install. I would consider buying again from Best Buy.

    works as usual been using for years like that they kept the 5 e filing, think I would change brands if they stop that as my family of 4 all uses the e file

    Perfect purchase for my needs. But BEWARE...this did NOT come with a state tax program, so I had to buy it separately. Mistake on my part. I will be sure that doesn't slip by me again in the future!

    A reliable product over the years. Turbotax 2020 is convenient and better than last year. Some of the glitches in the 2019 version have been fixed to make the process easier.

    I have been a big fan of Intuit products for years. Not this time. This is advertised as "Imports prior year data from TurboTax and any other tax software". Sure would have been nice but I had to re-enter EVERYTHING! Very disappointing. I was considering switching from Quicken to Quickbooks but I now think that may not be the best idea.

    Really didn't like the digital version of this product. I had to put in codes and then I still believe I was charged when I purchased it and was charged again. Get the disk version you will be happier in the end.

    I thought State returns were included instead I had to pay an additional $45 to file my state taxes. Not a very good value.

    The Turbo Tax download was a complete loss for me. I downloaded and installed the package. Two weeks later, it required me to re-install with the access code that I no longer had . I'll have to purchase another tax package.
