I have used turbotax for over 20 years. It's a great tool for helping you to do taxes. I think the quality and support are starting to go down. The one feature that I pay the premium price for is Stocks. I understand in the past having to enter each transaction (very painful, but not tubotaxes fault) manually. Turbotax has a feature of being able to import this information from your broker, but it did not work. I spent an hour with my brokers support team. We were unable to resolve it. Turbotax support team was not helpful either. I could sign into my broker with my credentials from several web browsers, but when signing in through the turbotax app it would fail. I understand this in an enhancement from previous version's, I just don't think it's fair to market something as feature and increase the price for something that does not work or is unsupported.

No issues on install and helps make taxes a little easier

I purchased TurboTax two days before deadline, and was able to file on time. I was happy customer last year, and it imported tax information from previous year to simplify recurring information such as dividend income … you just update the numbers! TurboTax walks you through all the required information, and reliably e-files for you. A superlative product meeting my needs!

I normally use the online version but couldn't get into my account so I decided to try the downloadable application instead. I have investments so I went with the premier version. It was easy to import the data from my 2019 TaxAct return. The application performed similarly to the online version. I was disappointed that you only get to e-file your federal return. There is an extra $20 fee to e-file your state return. I opted to print and mail my state return to avoid the additional fee.

I used to do my taxes with other software before. Have been using Turbo Tax for the last few years and though it's more expensive than the competition, I think the premium is worth paying. I also got BestBuy to price match the lowest price I could find at the time on the web. Customer service was great and the transaction was surprisingly pain free!

For years I was a do-it-yourself manual guy. I decided to try the software this year. Wow! I don't think I'm going back to my manual method. Though there's a cost for this product .... which is the reason why I was doing it manually .... it is totally worth it. Not only does the software automatically download my investment funds (yes, you have to provide your login information), but it also saves the basic information so next year I don't have to type it. This is worth the purchase. This is a super time saver. Equally important, I can file free online (yes, I'm guessing it part of the purchase price). Again, another reason to go software!

Excellent software to use to complete your taxes. Walks you through step by step. Then reviews your taxes once your done before you submit. My go to tax software every year.

I do my taxes the old fashioned way on paper then I use TurboTax. I have saved so much using TurboTax. It’s convenient, easy to use, efficient, and saves me money.

Always easy to use does all the work for you easy to download and is accurate on figures. I been use every year for several years

TurboxTax does what it is supposed to. I got premier for helping with rental property and it walked me through what I needed to do. All version of TurboTax seem to be confusing with how to handle Roth IRA. Been that way for years so don't know why they haven't improved the instructions. Took away 1 star for this fault.

Easy enough to use. Better way to enter crypto transactions than the online system.

Turbo Tax is the way to go in doing your taxes. Intuit makes it simple and hassle free. Great value.

We have been using turbotax premier for many years. It has always done a great job for us. This year I decided to try the on-line digital download of the app. The download worked great. Because of this I did not need to go to the store. We should have most of our documents in February and can use the e-file to file our taxes. An advantage for Illinois filers is the app prepares the state form. I print it and then use the free on-line state filing app, so no need to pay for state e-file.

I have used TurboTax for over ten years. I appreciate all the effort that has gone into creating this year's version to include the many COVID related changes to the tax law. I am awaiting the IRS release of one of the necessary forms, but am sure that as soon as that is released and added to the program my tax return will be completed quickly.

Use TurboTax every year to complete our personal taxes. Easy to use. Can speak to a customer service rep if needed for questions. Free federal e-filing. One state free to use but have to pay for e-filing so we go through our state's website to file free. Have to pay for each additional state needed. Cheaper than paying someone to do your taxes especially if your return is fairly easy or you have knowledge of taxes.

I don't have the most complex tax situation but I have stocks, IRAs, medical, children, education payments and I have always used TurboTax Premier. If you use Quicken or just collect and collate your information efficiently throughout the year, the tax process is pretty easy. I recommend using it throughout the year to check on your tax liability so you can adjust the amount deducted from your paycheck.

This product has been great for my family for the past several years. We all use it to file up to 6 tax returns from the one license. TurboTax is very convenient with lots of features, including automatic import of our W2s based on secure identifying information.

I was very Satisfied with Turbo Tax. My issue was that I mistakenly picked the MAC version instead of the Windows version and when I asked for a refund, I was refused. so I wound up buying Turbo tax twice. Not good because I could bare purchase it the first time

Always reliable. I've used it for taxes for the last ten years and like that it uses your information from previous years to populate some forms. I also like that there is now an option to just download the software and not have to buy the CD which is win for the environment.
