Team was great. Explained everything and quoted proper pricing. Even helped me to get into my Apple Pay since I didn’t have my physical card and they were mid fixing the phone

Way faster and simpler than trying to make an appointment at the Genius Bar! Same price as Apple, but without the crowds. Only note of caution - you *must* make an online appointment beforehand, they won't serve walk-ins for this. (Appointments are easy and plenty available same-day, so it's not a hardship, but definitely a necessity.)

Was happy my iPhone battery was installed quickly. Only downside was the waiting in line to pick it up. I had to actually ask a volunteer to help me or I don’t know how long I would have waited.

I thought it was a free replacement - we had a voucher from ATT/Apple - then found out we had to pay for it! Boo on Apple - it was their issue, I think THEY (Apple) should have covered it.

I brought an Iphone 6 to replace the battery as the Health indicator had less than 80% (suggested replacement value). Under the Apple authorized deal/repair program, BB did the work without me going to a Genius Bar. It was a simple and easy transaction, took about an hour from start to finish. Be sure to book your appointment online first!

I have a iPhone SE, I don’t like the bigger phones but will probably be getting an XS soon. But my phone is a couple years old so the battery was pretty much at its end. Took advantage of apples battery deal and since Best Buy is part of their authorized installerit was a no brainer. New one works great and I can make it last two days if need be

Made an appointment, showed up and dropped off the phone to have the battery replaced under warranty. Within an hour and a half I had my phone back with a new battery that does not die like the previous one. very happy with the service.

Had an appointment ,seemed like the Best Buy guy was trying to talk me out of it because phone said battery heath was good I explained that phone was 3 years old and wanted to get new battery before the discounted Apple promotion was over he was polite told me to come back in 1 hour everything went fine

Done quickly and didn’t damage anything else! However the new battery gets hot a lot so my phone heats up especially when charging. I’m slightly worried about the new battery.

Service associate was helpful. Suggested that I consider replacing the phone, but completely understood why I wouldn’t. He gave an honest estimate of the time it took to repair.

Agent that did intake was alright. Gave my backup phone for them to call me on and they called on the phone being worked on. Constantly checked on the phone. Repeatedly giving my number of backup and no one had it and called on the phone they had for repair. SMH Things took too long to get done between best buy and Apple.

They explained exactly what the issue was with my phone and were able to repair it quickly in just a day. You couldn’t even tell that they opened the phone up or anything, it was like it was new. Absolutely would come here again to get a battery replacement or for any phone repair.

I took my iPhone 7 into the Geek Squad at the Bestbuy store in Amherst NY to have what I suspected was a bad battery replaced. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the tech’s and their amazing talent. Obviously I was very pleased with the service and the treatment I received. I highly recommend the tech’s here

Yea my original phone was broken during the battery replacement for some reasons. And the staff offered me a replacement iPhone instead. Pretty funny experience..fortunately ended well for myself.
