I bought this on an impulse purchase to use at my office. I sometimes listen to music through the android tablet I have. It set up out of the box, paired easy. I am not an audiophile, but I liked the sound. The unit is a little heavy, and you can tell that helps make the bass thick, which is good. Max vol is loud enough for 2 people to not be able to talk, but its not a boom box by any stretch, which is still plenty for what is basically a personal speaker. There is a switch on the bottom that lets the unit be used as a L or R channel when paired with a second Jam Plus. I went back the next day and bought a 2nd one to use in stereo. Super easy to pair and sounds great.

This is perfect size for taking anywhere in or out of the house. Good battery life and easy to set up and use. This speaker had great sound for the size and price.

This little speaker has great sound and I like that it will pair with another speaker and both will play at the same time. Some of the reviews state that they could not get it to pair, and I had the same issue at first, but after I read the instructions I found that it was my fault. The pairing now works every time. I bought two of them and had them paired together and they both work at the same time. Battery works for a long time. At full volume, I got a little over an hour on both speakers, but at reduced volume I can easily get over 2 hours.

We were pleasantly surprised with the sound quality of this speaker. Keeping in mind the small form factor and low price, the features and sound exceed expectations. Volume easily fills a small room. Bluetooth stayed connected on multiple devices. We did not get a chance to try the "surround sound" feature. Looking to purchase a second for other rooms in the house. Keep in mind, it is not the best sounding speaker, but price/size/quality all mesh perfectly!

I got in touch with this device by chance. I ran into it looking for a Bluetooth speaker without knowing what to buy. I was impressed by the crystal clear sound, the pure bass tones, and the seamless connectivity it has. I also loved the possibility of hooking it up as either left or right channel, using another as the other channel. And, of course, the price! Since then I purchased three others. I definitely recommend it

This little speaker is pretty powerful and the sound is extremely clear. I bought this speaker as something to use at work or around the house without having to use a full entertainment system. I was blown away by the great quality sound and base that it has. It's not the type of base you would get from Bose or Beats, but it's plenty good for it's size and the price is just right. I would highly recommended this speaker for anyone.

I purchased this for my labor of my child to listen to soft and relaxing music. The sound quality and volume was perfect for a small room. Now we use it for our nursery and function and sound quality is perfect for a room. It helps relax our baby and gets good signal with the iPod.. If you are looking for a small device for a small room get this one as its price is not that high in comparison to others

I rarely buy speakers of any kind without hearing them first, but I made an exception with these, based on the number of reviews and the really decent price. Apparently some people bought them initially at their original list price, at which point I wouldn't consider them much of a bargain. I got 2, since they play in stereo when paired together. I wasn't sure how well that would work at first, but I have to say I can definitely hear the discrete left and right stereo channels when playing music through my phone/tablet. Impressive. As for the sound quality, its' right in line with what you'd expect in this price range. Clear highs and mid-range, with just enough bass to tell that there was a bass player involved in the recording. Nothing this small and portable is going to rattle the windows, so if you're looking for a Beats-style sound (and for the sake of all that is good and holy, I hope that you're not), look elsewhere. Haven't had them long enough to rate their durability or battery life, but if they go 6 hours as claimed, that's a win. All in all, highly recommended in the affordable Bluetooth speaker category.

I love frisbee golfing and going to the beach. Because this speaker is so compact while still givin you a great sound it's great for both. Turn it up if everyone wants to hear it, or keep it a volume for only your ears to enjoy..Great sound, connects easily to any bluetooth-enabled device for easy play of your music!! You can also pair the speakers together for a even better listening experience!!

This little speaker is exactly what I was looking for. It connects via BlueTooth or you can hard wire it. Either way it's fast and easy. I listen to the playlists in my phone while outdoors gardening. Just need my phone and this great little speaker! Amazing! I use it indoors in sync with my laptop. What's not to like? Great product. I bought another one for a friend as a gift.

This speaker did ALL I expected at a very reasonable price!! It has amazing sound and, obviously, is very transportable and has a tiny footprint. The speaker has amazing frequency range at a very acceptable sound level and I am planning on purchasing a second device for the stereo experience. It also holds sufficient charge for my limited-use needs. EXCELLENT purchase!

I bought Jam Speakers a few years ago and they still work good! Just bought this Jam (newer model) and it's even better. Easier to pair, and it's talks back a little. Charges fast and lasts fairly long. Great deal for a speaker under $30

I was a little hesitant to purchase such a small speaker but after listening to it in the store I thought I'd give it a try. It has an amazing sound for being such a small speaker - I love that it's re-chargeable (charges quickly) - and Bluetooth capable! However, I wouldn't mind if they would add battery capabilities (just in case). Would definitely recommend!

I bought this after playing it. It sounded better than the more expensive bluetooth speakers there. AND I PLAYED THEM ALL!!!! Great sound, with very little distortion at high volume. Doesnt sound tinny at all and fills up the entire room. Speaker sounds much bigger than it is.Battery lasts a good 2 hours at high volume and charges in about a half hour.

it sounds pretty loud and it was at great price it is small fits in a purse if its for a woman. it is not heavy at all and is easy to connect. I will recommend it to a friend or give it to anyone as a gift

This is a good choice if you want a moderately priced external speaker for your phone. Sound quality is good, but not great. More than loud enough for personal use. Easily connects via Bluetooth.

Nice sound especially for the price. Decent bass for the size and what you pay. I believe two of these can be used in stereo. They get pretty loud, or at least loud enough for me. If you want something with better quality sound or that's gonna really push the volume your gonna have to pay for it.

I bought the Jam Bluetooth speaker one month ago we use it every day at home, I could say the battery life is good enough, the sound great not complains, very easy to use, there were more expensive and fancy speaker options in the store but I believe I got a good device for a reasonable price.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my sister. She says it has no pairing issues, has great range, and is loud enough to hear in the shower. She is very pleased with this speaker. I will be going back to purchase one for myself.
