Everything was perfect in the beginning, easy to use and wear. Then the bad started adding up, the vibrate function stopped working. The last straw came when the entire unit started failing to charge and work. 42 days, luckily I was able to return with a full refund.

Doesn't work with Nexus 5, poor support

I got Jawbone back in March and could not use it all ever since. It could not sync with my Nexus 5 (which they say on website they support). I emailed support on Mar 30th, we tried everything they suggested with no result. They suggested contacting the seller which we did, the seller tried it on an iphone and it worked which was not really helpful as you might guess. On Apr 4th support said they are willing to do warranty exchange, we gave them our address in Russia and they gave us a reference number 1600333. In a month's time on May 6th we pinged support - no response, then again on May 23rd - we finally got response saying they sent our request to appropriate department and would get back to us within 48 hrs. On June 1st (more than 48 hrs!) we pinged them again, no response. Then we moved to the US from Russia and without much hope we emailed them again on Aug 1st and still no response.

    Not accurate as a pedometer

Syncing is touchy. Lights are unreliable. But worst, it is not even reliable as a pedometer. Five miles on the treadmill today registered as one (2600 steps) on the Jawbone. Completely inaccurate and unreliable.

    Very Disappointed

I just received my 4th warranty replacement band within 1 year. I was already bummed that it didn't last a year, but then every replacement they sent me subsequently was inferior to the previous one. I finally told Jawbone I would just use the last broken one they sent me until it becomes totally unusable (which should be any day now...) then I will buy a Fitbit. Great concept but the product just doesn't work....
