This is my second jawbone, a replacement for my last one that lasted a year. The app is user friendly and I love the color and fit. Some have complained about the clasp, but I've had no problems. What has been challenging is charging it. It is very fickle and takes multiple attempts for me to get it to connect. I really do like my jawbone despite this issue.

I must confess, I used a coupon to purchase this as a gift for myself. However, after using it now for over a month, I have to say I would have easily paid the full price! The unit itself is sleek and simple, and the app has beautiful graphics, is very accurate, and gets more personalized the longer you use it.
I recommend this to my family and friends constantly!

Overall I'm satisfied with the jawbone up 2. It does a pretty decent job tracking steps and sleep. My only complaint is it doesn't do well on tracking bicycling. Not sure if I just need to put it on my ankle or what but it works well for my own curiosity. Love the thin band with hook option. I had tried the metal push pin style and I lost the device in a week. Wasn't a jawbone but still a let down.

The companion app for the jawbone products is super easy to use and makes using the tracker more enjoyable. The band is super light and easy to wear. Being able to wear it in the shower is a huge benefit. The staff was super friendly and helpful when I was making my decision. I am very happy with this purchase

After issues with a cheaper tracker, I wanted something more, but not too expensive. I also didn't want something that looked like it came from a cereal box. Enter Jawbone Up2. It is very nice looking. I wear it with the the clasp out and get many compliments on my "bracelet". It mostly does a good job of reminding me I need to get up or as an alarm to wake up. The app is fine for overall data. Here's where it gets tricky: the battery life stinks. I've tried all the recommendations and still only get about 4-5 days before having to charge it again. It also doesn't measure if you are pushing a shopping cart or a wheelchair. I get the technology, but have been frustrated that I have missed steps that count toward points at Walgreens (yes, every penny counts). I havent tried putting it in my pocket because of the clasp, loss potential, or forgetting and finding it in the dryer...recommended with reservations

I didn't expect much because of the really good price that I paid for this. I chose this over the other famous fitness trackers because I don't want to follow everyone else. I'm happy to have bought this product instead of the more expensive ones because this works fine for me. It tracks my sleep, my steps, and give's me the weekly and monthly summaries. It alerts me every time i get inactive and when it's time to sleep or wake up. I owned two already because unfortunately, the band on the first one broke within three months. Jawbone was quick to send a replacement and it seems that the bracelet for this second tracker is more durable than the first. First one doesn't stain easily and flexible so I'm not sure why it broke. The second one stains easily but is more sturdy. I wear this everyday and it just looks like a regular bracelet.

Very comfortable fit. The device firmware updates are done through the app on your phone over Bluetooth, which is really convenient of your away from your computer. Though you can't go swimming with it, you can keep it on while taking a shower or hand washing dishes. No heart rate monitor on the UP2s, but it does track steps, nutrition, and sleep. The nutritional part of the UP app is awesome for getting nutrition facts on know restaurant foods. Works great with other fitness apps also like MyFitness Pal and the iPhone Health app. And it does automatically syncs to your phone.

The Up2 provides simple activity and automatic sleep tracking in a slim and fashionable design. The band has good battery life and can be worn in the shower. The Jawbone mobile app includes smart coaching and can be paired with many popular third-party apps.

By far best and most accurate Jawbone Up Product. I have owned 3 versions prior to this one. They took into account product reviews and made it more secure on the wrist. I have yet to loose this one. Also it syncs and tells all measurements (Sleep and Activity) on its own so you don't have to go back and for setting sleep and workout times.

I originally purchased an Up2 band shortly after they came out. Love the band, loved the ap. Unfortunately, the clasp on the original version was horrible, kept coming undone, and I eventually I lost it. I liked the product enough that I replaced it with the new band style of the Up2. I preferred the thin rubber straps to the previous design and the clasp on this one is much more secure. However, I've had it about 3 months and the thin rubber straps have broken it multiple areas to the point that it's being held together by duct tape. So I'm giving up on the Up2 and will try the fitbit or Samsung gear fit next.

Good product for someone trying to change their lifestyle into healthy one. Keeps track of your sleep and steps. It's splash proof. You can input your food info and it tells you a score weather or not it's healthy on a scale of 1 to 10.

Just wanted an everyday decent looking wearable to remind me when to get up from my desk or tv and move. Love it, good coaching info when synched. Easy to setup and synch to iPhone (just download the purple app). Had a Fitbit One for 2 years (good), and a Garmin VivoFit for a few weeks (difficult to setup/synch), but the UP has the most motivating coaching.

Besides tracking the number of steps you take in a day, the band allows one to log food and liquid consumption along with fitness routines throughout the day. Very good sleep tracking to keep you consistent.

As one who's goal was a simple-to-use steps and sleep tracker, this has served me very well. The app interface is simple and intuitive, the SmartCoach and Today I Will features are fun to use. I like the sleekness and security of the thin banded clasp design.

I love my Jawbone Up2 band! I previously purchased a FitBit Charge HR, but wound up returning it. It was bulky, stiff and uncomfortable on my wrist, and I didn't feel like it was very accurate (it counted steps while I was asleep). My Up2 band on the other hand, is small and flexible, and looks and feels like a bracelet! So far I have not doubted it's accuracy. I love the little encouragements it gives me. I also love the fact that it vibrates to let me know when I've reached my goal for the day. It also keeps track of the calories I've burned throughout the day, both active and inactive calories burned. I'm thoroughly enjoying it, and I'm so used to wearing it, that now it feels weird when I don't have it on! I highly recommend it!

The new band is an improvement. The last few, the band has snapped. Although some of that might have been me, as I was taking it off every time I got in the shower. This one has also been better about syncing with the app quicker. Making it easier to start timed workouts. I would recommend the Protection Plan. I am on my 5th UP Band. You need to be aware that this device will not last forever. You are going to sweat in it and wear it in the shower. It would be nice if the band was improved upon by making it similar to a watchband with clasp. I am not sure if they can make it waterproof but that would be nice in the summer months. Overall though great for the money. Includes GPS unlike the similar priced Fitbits. Easily tracks distance, calories, etc.

It looks more like a bracelet than most of the trackers on the market. That said, their is no screen panel to keep you updated, but their is an app if you're okay with that. The strap in the back took me a while to figure out how to adjust. Initially I bought two, one for my mother and one for myself; I took mine back, but my mother kept hers and seems quite happy with it. This just wasn't for me, it works perfectly fine, tracked more exercises than the Fitbit at a cheaper price (which was my initial draw to it) and is aesthetically pleasing, but just turned out not to be what I needed.

It may sound silly, but this band is changing my life. I love it!! It is cute - not as bulky as many other bands. I wear it with professional attire and most people don't even notice it. It has exactly the features I needed to get me on track and hold me accountable. Great battery life - about a week. Highly recommend!!!!!!
