It's a good tracker and the steps and distance are pretty accurate but it gives me steps while I'm driving. Let's you track your food and caloric intake. Also tells you your percentage intake for each FDA daily required supplements (protein, carb, sodium, sugar, cholesterol, etc). Also tracks your sleep. Recently started tracking your weight as well. And works well with other apps such as My Fitness Pal.

I've used the UP band for almost three years. The first generation had lots of reliability issues, many the result of flexing the band to plug it into my phone. The Bluetooth connection on this one works much better, and the battery life is about twice as long.

Very useful and accurate for calculating steps. Also like the feedback on how I'm sleeping. The tips and facts are also important and useful.

Overall I like the Jawbone. It was a little too small even thought the wrist gage on the package showed that it should have been the correct size. The biggest disappointment was the battery life indication was very inaccurate. I loved the wake up feature.

I have been using the Jawbone to track my activity. Everyday I check my activity and progress on my iPad. I feel that it has been accurate in my activity. The battery life has been about 6-7 days.

The only thing it doesn't do is measure heart rate (but I believe the new ones will/do). Otherwise, it's comfy (don't notice it when it's on) and easy to use. Syncs perfectly with my Android phone. Knowing I'm going to see a count of my steps is really motivating, and I love the sleep monitor -- also motivates me to get to bed on time! Compared to other fitness trackers, I think this one is the most stylish, by far.

I love that this tells me my sleep cycle; deep sleep and light sleep. It motivates me by the sheer fact that I am aware of how many steps I took and what that equates to in miles. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because every so often it will catch on something. I would like it better if it was a flatter design that linked both sides. Other than that I really love it.

I would recommend the Jawbone 24 to anyone that wants to monitor their calories, distance and sleep patterns. Especially nice that you can enter foods in fitness pal and they go to the Jawbone.

I got a new one of these for a Christmas Present, in a size Medium, but since I had knee surgery early in January, I did not get to start using it until the end of March. After just over a month of using it, the light came on and it would no longer work. I called Jawbone for help. I waited on hold for 45 minutes and finally spoke with a young lady that tried to help me. We walked through the soft reset again. Then trying to make sure I had the most recent firmware, and then a hard reset. In the middle of the call, we were disconnected. And she did look up my information and call me be back which is great. But after all of that she says they will have to replace it. Ok, fine, I understand that. But then she tells me for the Medium they are out 6 to 8 weeks, before they are able to ship. My response is "are you kidding me..." No she wasn't but then she offers that I can get the UP Move instead and a $50 gift certificate for accessories. Well the UP Move is worth about $50, my husband paid almost $90 for my UP24 in December for my gift and the UP Move does not have all the features or the look that I wanted. Good customer service would have been to offer me a discount on one of the newer models and I could pay the difference and ship it out to me expedited. This incident tells me the company does not have a lot of pride in their products when they don't go above and beyond to correct a problem, especially with a defective product. I have emailed them and hope to hear something back. If they do, I will revise my review. But at this point I can only say that I liked it when it worked, but Certainly would NEVER have had my husband pay $90 for something that only worked a month or so.

I spent a lot of time looking at the wide variety of different trackers out there, but finally settled on the Jawbone 24 for two key reason: 1. The non-'watch' style band means i can swap from hand-to-hand easily 2. The App is fantastic, provides clear information and does so without a lot of calibration or customization. The out-of-box experience is simple and straightforward. Highly recommended!

I love the jawbone up24. I had been looking for a new tracker for myself having given my Garmin to my mom and this was perfect. Sleek and soft- I happen to love that it doesn't have a display. I hate the idea of being in a meeting and having someone near me see that I need to move or how many calories I burned. This makes it seem almost like a piece of jewelry. I also love love the app. It's so fun and easy- its like a having a personal coach every morning and thru out the day.

This tracker helps me keep track of my sleep, exercise and activity. On occasions it gets my sleep wrong. In addition it doesn't track my steps accurately while I'm on the elliptical machine. but other than that it's working for me.

Really like the product, pretty accurate measurement of activity and the app is fun and easy to use. There are some great ancillary features as well, like an alarm that will go off a little early if it detects that you are in light sleep. Great feature that has definitely reduced the use of the snooze bar. Only con (and it's a big one) is that I'm on my third one in just under a year. Clearly, there is a high failure rate for this product, but folks at Best Buy have been great with replacement under the protection plan.

The jawbone 24 is a great fitness tool. It was very easy to set up and get started. It is easy to put on and looks great. It keeps a charge for a least a week. The step count is very accurate and the sleep tracker is great. I love being woken up by the gentle vibration instead of a blaring alarm. It is fun to see each morning what my sleep profile looks like. It has helped me to change some habits that have negatively affected my sleep. The app also has great tips everyday.

My friends and I are all on a team and motivate each other to move and reach our goals. I like being able to track my sleep patterns too. The Bluetooth feature is good to update on the app without losing steps by plugging it in. It holds it's charge for a good week and charges fully within 20-30 minutes.

I bought this for my wife and she says viewing her steps challenges her to do alittle more each day. I caught her more than a few times jogging in place at the end of the day just to reach or beat a goal.

This is a great tracker of sleep / step taken- activity/ smart coach. Has helped me reach my goals.

I really like how comfortable and easy to use this band is. I also like how it syncs to many different apps like myfitness pal to keep track of calories. The band is super accurate in determining how many calories you burn per workout. It's great to use for walks, runs, the gym (yes it even calculates calories burned while doing weights), and it is super accurate in determining calories being burned during home workouts like insanity etc. another bonus is that the band lets you set goals for amount of sleep and activity level per how many steps you take in a day. It even has an alarm that gently vibrates so you wake up.The band has helped me lose 10 lbs so far.

I particularly like that the Up24 allows you to track your sleep patterns and habits. I wish there was a display though that would allow me to see heart rate monitoring without just checking the phone.
