    Exactly what I needed

I want to start by saying how much I hate going to the gym. I hate the traffic driving thete, I hate sharing equipment, you name it I hate it. This solves all of those headaches for me. I put this in my garage, basically have a personal trainer helping me put my workouts together, have a calendar that tracks when i am suppose to workout certain areas, and it shows my progression over time. Really easy to assemble as well. Best investment of my life.

    Next Level Free Weight Solution

Ultimate space savings. Tech forward solution to free weights. The Kettle bell and Dumb bell adjust automatically with a touch of a button or via the touchscreen. Variety of workouts and coaches. It counts your reps, sets and weight so you no longer have to manually track. Additionally it has a more unique metric which records your power... essentially how much effort you're putting into each rep. I have a feeling that the tracking and coaching through the app will be what I need to stay on track. I'm looking forward to their Live classes as well. Plan ahead on delivery and setup. Its a big heavy pallet and setup is doable on your own, but would recommend having someone help you set it up as you don't want to drop the screen! They had a mechanisms to avoid that but just to be safe.

Easy to assemble. Instructions were well done. The programs are fun and easy to follow. Using the Jax Jox is not hard. Just have to wait for the beep when changing weights. If you take it off to early the weight is not right, then you have to drop the weight to a weight under what it actually is to get it to recalibrate. All in all happy with my purchase.,

An Overpriced Paperweight - The JaxJox Studio

    Posted .

I am normally quite forgiving when it comes to the quirks and teething problems of new fitness tech, but the JaxJox Studio is a testament to poor execution and worse customer support that I find simply indefensible. The word 'disappointment' doesn't even begin to cover the depth of frustration I have experienced with this product. Starting with setup, the JaxJox Studio promises a seamless process. However, I found myself immediately stuck in an inescapable technological limbo. The unit froze almost instantly, stubbornly refusing to budge past the initial setup screen. It was like attempting to draw blood from a stone, or in this case, functionality from an overpriced piece of hardware. The real kicker, though, is the Studio's inability to connect to the JaxJox server. It would be comical if it weren't so infuriating. For a fitness device that is supposed to be smart, connected, and intuitive, it's an egregious failure that it can't even establish a basic server connection. This leaves users, like myself, helplessly clutching an extravagant paperweight, with the 'smart' feature reduced to a mocking reminder of what could have been. But let's say, for argument's sake, that you've dodged this particular bullet. You've set up your JaxJox Studio, and it hasn't morphed into an expensive doorstop. Don't celebrate just yet. From what I've gathered, the hurdles you'll encounter next are even more frustrating. Lagging screens, sync issues, inconsistent tracking - the litany of problems appears almost endless. The worst part, the truly infuriating kicker, is the lack of support from JaxJox. It's as if they've launched this product into the market and immediately washed their hands off any responsibility. Navigating the myriad of issues without any form of help from the company is a trial that would test the patience of a saint. In conclusion, the JaxJox Studio isn't just a disappointment - it's a lesson in how not to launch a product. If you're considering this purchase, I implore you to think again. The Studio is a journey of frustration, disappointment, and regret, with no support from JaxJox to guide you through. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. You deserve better.

Wonderful product. Better than I expected. I was looking to incorporate actual weights with my workout and this compact system is perfect! Love that I can flip the screen both ways, supper cool. My 9 year old has even started using it which is great for bonding and working out as a family! Actually look forward to working out now!

    Dumbbell broke, Poor customer service

    Cheap Product, Worse Customer Service.

Do NOT waste your money. I had a dumbbell break within a week. The internals became loose and rattled as well as not retracting and left me with weights stuck on the dumbbell. All the while being VERY careful with handling during workouts. After it broke, I was required to send video after video to prove that it was indeed broken. Once they were finally convinced, they sent a return slip that I had to pay the shipping for, took over a month, and send me another broken handle piece. If I could give any suggestions, get the PowerBlocks.

This is simply a piece of crap. Don’t waste your time or money. Customer service, or lack thereof, makes this purchase a 0 star. I can attest that this experience DID in fact raise my heart beat speed and blood pressure.
