Love to use these with my iPhone6+ and iPad Air. After figuring out which set of the provided ear "wings" to use and how to set them on the ear buds properly (there are instructions), these little gems have worked well. No extra cords to get in the way or to tether to a device. Great sound quality with little outside noise leaking through. Incoming calls transition flawlessly. I've used them in noisy international and domestic aircraft, excersizing, hiking and relaxing. The simple power/sound control on the cord works well. Wonderful compact pocket case and USB charging cord makes for easy packing. These Jay Bird BlueBuds are wonderful, exactly what I've been waiting for years to use.

I love these headphones! I use them for running with my iPhone. 100 times better than the ones I bought from another company.. Never heard of the Brand before.. The guy at best buy said they were pretty good .. He was right!

I like to lift and enjoy the freedom of manuevering the gym without an armband or cords in my way. I have jogged up to 4 miles using them with no problem.

I have had some bad luck with headphones in the past, but I have come across these JayBird - BlueBuds X Bluetooth headphones and I have to say not only is the quality, but the comfort and style of these headphones are just remarkable. At first it takes a little getting used to, but then once you own them and wear them in, they get to be really trendy. I love not having to pick up my phone to answer my calls. Bluetooth is the way to go.

Ill start with didnt think I would like in ear vs. over. However, you forget theyre there and very comfortable in comparison. Sound quality is great & BT can go through walls if need be. I use them while running, so distance to my hip belt no issues. Take the time and fit your ear correctly and youll be extremely happy. I run a lot and far, therefore I sweat that much more. Love that these are protected from such issues,moisture, as I have run through cheaper over ear models without such. These are pricey, but I didnt feel like rolling dice on a pair I may replace then equaling the cost of these. On board controls work great, really easy to manipulate music que while running, volume etc... Only knock I have on them is deep bass, but not too many models like this will have anything better. BT connects to my iph instantly when i turn on from headset. So far I love. Couldnt ask for better for my application. Also, sound and feel dont wear on you the longer you have them on like most headphones ive had. Hope this helps.

After researching a bunch of Bluetooth in ear headphones these seemed to be the best choice as far as battery life (8hrs), sound, loudness, and comfort. I've had power beats before and loved the sound but as far as reliability is garbage. Don't get me wrong, these headphones do sound great. So far these have held up with sweat but sometimes my right earbud gets a little loose. Could just be me. I would like to see new Bluetooth in ears to have a sleeker design which is why I didn't give these a 5 star...

First off I want to say I LOVE these headphones. I gave it a 4 because they are not a 5. I would have given them a 4.5 if I could. Headphones work great and sound great. The range is far greater than I ever expected. The battery life lives up to what is advertised and so is charging. The buds themselves are quit comfortable. My only two complaints are nominal. The Cary case is very nice. However it can be a bit of a pain to close without the wire being pinched. It's a little frustrating. Second complaint is the wire clings to my neck when I sweet. When I turn my head the wire then pulls on the buds a bit. They are never pulled out but after multiple head turns the buds do need to be reset. To be fair I hav not tried the over the ear option which probably would fix this all together.

Some might say that the PowerBeats by Beats Audio sound a tad better. But thats only if all you listen to is Rap music or Dance music. The power beats have more bass. But if you're an audiophile and can distinguish good sound as opposed to lots of bass, then you'll be very pleased with these. Vocals are amazing and bass is well balanced so as not to over power the other instruments. Construction is top notch and they are very light. They won't fall out of your ears and you can wear them for hours...8 hours, because thats how long they will play continously. They are water resistant, meaning you can listen to music while riding your bike in torrential rain...but you can't swim underwater with them. Even if you could, bluetooth technology doesn't work under water. Like any ear-bud, they must seal tight in your ear canal to give you proper sound. If they don't fit your ear, you won't get the sound that these headphones can deliver. Most bad reviews on ear-buds come from people with weird ears..the kind that can't accept ear buds. I give these a 10 !

as an self declared audiophile i would like to think i know my way around high quality headphones. From the time i used bluetooth technology in headphones i was hooked i was using some cheap targus headphones that had a battery life of like 1 hour and terrible sound quality but the freedom of no cords was enough to replace my beats in-ear and over ear. i thought it was time to invest in my bluetooth in a high end considered pair. after going thru a few cheaper models i came across this pair after a friend who was avid excerciser told me about these i decided to check them out. needless to say a few months later i am very pleased with them. first off the bluetooth connectivity comes second to none, no skips, no lags, no jumping when you phone or player gets bumped around like in most other brands. now to the audio, i would say in comparison to other high end brands i would say bluebuds stands pretty high up there i just wish they had a bit more bass but definitely cd quality, no too many complaints there. i have used these daily in the rain, sun, mud, working out, on my way to work, and the battery life is far superior then any other brand that I've seen. all in all these are most definitely a great purchase and probably the head of the class when it comes to bluetooth headphones!

I'm giving this product 4 out of 5 stars only because the ear buds are starting to lose their fitment. Meaning they won't stay in my ears. And yes, in order to actually to have them stay in your ears there is another attachment that must be used. It's the curved-tear drop shape plastic. But on the good side: -the sound is AMAZING! I dj, so sound through any headphones is very important to me. -connection is great! Used it further than stated on the box. When using this in the gym, I would walk across the gym (about 30ft) away from my phone and it would not fade at all. -battery is moderate, again I use this for gym/fitness purposes. I can use this for 1/2 days going to the gym for about 4mins-1 hour per workout without charging it again. I am an iPhone(5s) user but I have tried this through android without any problems too.

I've had a pair of Moto s10 wireless headphones for the last few years. At the time I purchased them, they were some of the best out there. But, after putting up with poor sound quality and low volume I finally bought a new pair of Jaybird bluebud X's. The sound quality and volume was night and day compared to the s10. It fits well, comfortable and light weight. I would recommend it highly for the sports enthusiast.

After having tested and/or purchased 8-10 headsets over the years I was not expecting to find a pair of headphones that would fit all my needs. I wanted headphones that would be comfortable to wear for extended times, be able to stay in my ears during jogging or workouts, be wireless, not have any wires going under my chin or touching my neck, have decent bass, be in the ear style with noise blocking and of course be a good sounding. The Jaybird BlueBud X headphones have fit all my needs and I wear them to the gym 6 days a week and love them. I have them configured so that the connecting wire is over the ear and behind the head and in this setup I have the wire shortened with the connectors provided, and this lets me wear them with nothing touching my neck. I have never had luck with any other headsets staying in my ears that could also provide good sound blocking. These are light and stay in my ears with no problems at all. They hold a charge well and I just make it a habit to charge them 2x a week and I have never run out of power. Controls are simple to use. My only issue is that they are a little more expensive than I would like, but I have no remorse paying the price since they do fit all my needs.

I chose to buy these over the Dre Beats wireless headphones for the clarity in sound I read about as well as the multiple ways to adjust the wire/strap. Overall I'm pleased with these earphones. I can jog past 30 mins and they do not fall out with sweat. It took me about 2 workouts to find the ear buds and strap style that worked for me. There is plenty of treble and mids, but lacks bass (this is where I assume the Dre Beats would have shined). However, it is not annoying enough for me to want to return it. The headphones are easy to pair, adjust volume, pause, and the basics. Not sure they're worth the price, but they seem to work as described so I'm happy.

These Bluebus X by Jaybird are really an excellent buy. I wanted earbuds that were wireless, but would provide a long battery life. Depending on your volume needs these will get you about 8 to 9 hours of battery life on a single charge. I tend to listen to my music loud enough to drown out everything and though these are not noise cancelling, they do a really great job of isolating outside noise. The best part is I don't need to turn the volume up to almost max to get a great sound. I'd say 50%-60% will deliver great sound and isolation. They also use a custom version of the Bluetooth codec, and I think this helps it keep a constant connection because it is very rare that I encounter any kind of disconnect from them. I think I've only had it happen once, and I believe it was when I first got them. Since then, haven't had any connection issues. Sound wise, they have a very clear sound to them, and bass is great too. These will work for many genres of music. I would love to see Best Buy carry the special edition Camo color as they look pretty cool, but I'm perfectly happy with my Storm white model. Kind of reminds of the 'Stormtrooper' color scheme, lol.

Pairing was a snap. Initially they were a bit uncomfortable. After choosing the correct bundled accessories (buds and hooks in 3 different sizes), I am able now able to wear them for prolong periods with very little if any discomfort. Do like how flexible they are. Sound quality is clear and exceptional for the size. Not to sure about durability yet as they are still new and am not to hard on things. They do stay in place while exercising and handle well with sweat. Would have preferred the controls bit farther away as it does interfere with my glasses when going over the ear.

I bought these to avoid the hyped and popular Beats wireless headphones. After comparing, I prefer the overall sound quality in these. The bass isn't as hard as Beats, but overall, I think the audio is better. The headset itself is built pretty well. It's sturdy and comes with a case. There's also instructions on how to fix the wires and ear pieces so you can wear them over the ear or under. These are wireless headsets, so don't expect the sound to be as good as wired headsets. However, if you bought these to work out, as I did, it helps not having an annoying wire in the way.

I have been back and forth with trying to find a pair of bluetooth headphones that would work well with my ears and my activity for what I want to use them. My ears don't seem to like any type of headphones and don't like to stay in when I am active. I had a pear of over ear that I bought 6 years ago that worked ok, but they would slide out of my ear every now and again, which is annoying when you are running or trying to work out. But I had paid, what back then seemed like a lot, quiet a lot for them and used them until they finally broke. Now with the way things are done I didn't know what to get or what to find. I tried ones that come with phones, ones that you buy on clearance, ones that are too big, too small and was frustrated that I wouldn't find a pair that would work with my ear. I asked around to a couple people, then posted on facebook to see if anyone else knew of a good pair to buy. People said to try the Beats powerbeat, but the thing with them (even though they are great earphones) they are not covered if you ruin them by sweating too much. They are not covered for that. Then someone said Jaybird bluebuds are covered for your lifetime against damage from sweat! But I was still worried about them falling out of my ears when I am active. I found them on sale so thought I would go ahead and try them. That plus there was a 14 day return policy so if they didn't work I would return them. I chose to do the over the ear with the headphones so that I could keep the cord off my neck. It took me a few tried to find out which set of ear tips and secure ear fit cushions worked best. I found that the small ear tips and the medium cushions were the best fit for me. I couldn't be happier with these headphones. I went for my first run with them and out of habit keep making sure that they stayed in my ear. After about 10 minutes of running I realized that I didn't have to do that and they were staying in without a problem. After my 30 minutes run, and 15 minute walk for a cool down my ears didn't hurt, and the earbuds stayed in... These are the best headphones that I have worn in a very very very long time!

Finally, after trying out 3 different brands- this one fits just right! I have small ears and don't like some of the other products on the market out there because they were just too bulky and looked absurd. These have great sound quality and never jiggle loose regardless of my workout. The battery life is great, and the simple control buttons are easily used, but the cord connecting them is short enough not to interfere - I don't blast my tunes, so that I can still hear some of the activity around me, these are a perfect fit for me.
