I love this product, it is the best speaker i have so far!

Sounded great in the beginning, 2yrs later sound quality decreased very noticeably. I used the speaker 2 to 3 times per week..During operation the sound would fade as charge decreased. Mind you, sometimes charging while playing music a static sound imitating while playing music. Never dropped, kept clean. Go figure?

They had this on sale at Best Buy for $99. It's much larger than the flip, but also much more powerful. I use this in my 800 sf garage to stream music. It's got a really good bass punch to it, and fills the entire room with sound at half of the volume of my old bluetooth. Solid build, waterproof, and holds a long charge!

Bought this product two year ago and literally exploded. I have no idea why it happened, but I was expecting a product that will last more then two years.

If you are looking for bluetooth speakers with full, vibrant, heavy bass with depth, that are also capable and responsive enough to handle a virtual EQ, look no further than these, as all roads lead to this JBL speaker with impeccable sound quality. I was browsing bluetooth speakers at bestbuy when I came across the sony cube, which impressed me enough to do some research on bluetooth speakers on the market in general. A few youtube outdoor sound-test videos later, I found myself enamored with the JBL Charge 3 and decided I had to have it. Crazy part is that as good and convincing as the sound test were online, they were NOTHING in comparison to the actual sound of these speakers once I got them home and used them in person! The absolute clarity and power of these speakers will blow you (and anyone else who hears them) away, as it did with my family and friends at our new years eve gathering. The sound could easily be mistaken for an actual full stereo system with woofer, and when you add in the fact that they are waterproof and provide about 20 hrs. of entertainment per charge, there is absolutely no reason to refrain from getting these. You can also pair it with another JBL if you want even more intense power from the system. This was one of the best purchases I've made (next to a bluetooth Sony headphone set with Extra Bass) and I was able to get them for $82 . Do yourself a favor and get these ASAP! I Highly and Enthusiastically Recommend these speakers to all music lovers! JBL completely outdid themselves with this one!

I liked the speakers for its clear sound & nice bass. It's a multipurpose speaker with great benefits: 1. Stunning sound with nice bass 2. Fast Charging Battery/Charger (Charger is compatible with smart phones) 3. Power Bank (you can charge your phone while playing the audio from phone) 4. Aux & Bluetooth connectivity 5. Receive Phone calls (seems it have inbuilt mic also) 6. Compatible with Apple Siri using "JBL Connect" app on your phone 7. Super Boombastic Stereo sound when multiple units are connected with each other If someone want to use Aux connectivity, he/she may need to buy aux cable separately. It is not included in the box.

I've always wanted a portable speaker that was small but loud and I have to say the JBL charge 3 is perfect. The battery life is amazing and it has a power bank built in which allows for hours of music. Aside from that its waterproof so I can take it anywhere with out worrying about it getting wet. I played my favorite song full blast and I am very happy with how loud it is and for it being a portable speaker the bass is pretty good too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a good loud speaker than is easy to pack.

Got this on sale at Best Buy. For the money it's hard to beat the performance of this little speaker, not to mention it will charge you phone. Pros: - Good sound and Bass for it's size - Easy to set up and connect - Battery is good, does it job charging my Android or Apple phones Cons: - Not the largest battery to charge you phone and a little slow - Would be nice if it came with a USB type C or Apple Charging cable, but that would drive up price Overall Great Product

It's a JBL, comes from a high quality audiofile company. This speaker has great sound, easy BT connection and is WATERPROOF! The portability offers greater options over wired power - listen to your favorite Yisra'elite music while doing mechanic work, outdoors activities, cooking or cleaning for example. The options are limited to your imagination and needs.

This speaker is just amazing. The size is perfect because I can throw it in my cargo shorts. In this package size you get some of the best Bluetooth sound you'll hear. Deep bass and clear highs. I listen to this for 9 or so hours a day and only need to charge every 3rd day. It just simply can't be beat.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. We can't wait till Spring to sit out on our deck under the trees with ice cold drinks, jammin' to our favorite tunes. We were really surprised how great the speaker sounds. The bass, the volume, the ease of connecting to it. It is larger than any speaker we have had in the past but it is a perfect size. We haven't let it play long enough to see how well the battery lasts but am not really too worried about it being there is a plug-in anywhere we will be using it. We were concerned with the sound quality and volume and both exceeded our expectations!

This speaker is full of bass and sounds awesome! I can’t believe how much power comes from this small speaker. The fact this it is also portable, rechargeable, and has Bluetooth, and its reliable makes it such a convenient for outside PE usage, the classroom, the park, etc.

First and foremost, this speaker sounds great. It has exceptional clarity and plenty of bass. The bass is tight, but never distorts and it is never overwhelming. High notes are sharp, as well. The bonus is that you get what I think is the best sound for the money and on top of all that, it is waterproof (Yes, waterproof, not just splash resistant) and it even floats! Even better...It has super-long battery life and you can charge your phone off of it. I just think this speaker can't be beat for the price. It is perfect for the pool, patio, beach, or boat, or just for playing around the house.

I was looking for a good portable speaker and originally was comparing the Charge 2+ and UE Boom 2. I noticed the Charge 3 was released and some things that made me make the purchase were: -Battery life rating: I have to say that so far it has lived up to the long battery life as advertised. -waterproof: I use this at work where there is a potential that I can get wet. After looking at YouTube reviews and seeing someone drop it in a bucket of water and watching it float definitely left a positive impression -sound: this little thing gets pretty loud. I usually only listen to it at half volume and it's well enough for me to hear. The bass doesn't kick like you would expect from a sub woofer but it does have a nice kick to it. The UE Boom 2 has nice highs where you can hear vocals probably a little better but the Charge 3 has a better all around sound in my opinion. One of the things I wish this thing would have had was a lanyard attachment point. it has some good weight on it so carrying it around can be cumbersome because it's not a small speaker. The size is good in my opinion, but I would feel more secure about not dropping it if I could attach a lanyard around my wrist like a Wii remote. If you are in the market for a portable Bluetooth speaker I would give this strong consideration.

I was at Best Buy for a while listening to all the different speakers and I really like this one. I love the size too, it has the best sound of the different sizes and I love the portability of it. The battery also lasts for a long time

Bought the speaker on black friday got a great deal! The sound and bass quality excellent. Can be too loud but for a party could be put to good use! Also came fully charged almost a month later haven't had to charge it yet! Buy this!

Chose this speaker over the Bose at this price point because of 20 hour battery life, durability, and versatility (charging function). I've used it much more than I imagined and the sound quality has been better than expected. I was grateful to discover its water resistence! I even like the phone feature, which I never thought I'd use. Connectivity is smooth. Power on/off is sensible. Very pleased w this purchase. I have not tried dual speaker feature, but I may buy a second one to add this benefit.

We needed a new speaker to take with us on our beach vacation, so after comparing a couple of different speakers, we chose the JBL. It was great. The sound quality was clear, and the mix of bass and treble was perfect for our needs. It was easy to switch between our paired bluetooth phones, and we loved the feature that let us charge our phones while listening to the speaker. It stayed charged the whole day at the beach, and I loved the waterproof feature, although we luckily didn't have to find out if that worked!

This speaker has amazing sound. It’s portable, waterproof, sounds best on an elevated surface and small enough to go anywhere. Did my research first and have not been disappointed.
