I like the JBL design. It feels rugged and durable, with an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, making it perfect for outdoor use or in your bathroom. The sound quality is remarkably good for a speaker of this size. The passive radiators deliver powerful bass without distortion. The mids and highs are clear and well-balanced, sounds great for my needs. The battery life is nice, good for a day at the beach or by the pool, and it charges fast.

I recently got my hands on the JBL Flip 6, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is fantastic, with clear highs and a surprisingly punchy bass for such a compact speaker. One of the first things I noticed was the separate tweeter and woofer, which really make a difference in delivering a well-rounded audio experience. Durability was a big selling point for me, and the Flip 6 doesn't disappoint. With its IP67 rating, I’ve taken it to the beach and on hikes without worrying about water or dust. The battery life is impressive too; it easily lasts a full day of use, which is perfect for my outdoor adventures. Another cool feature is the PartyBoost option. I was able to pair it with a friend’s JBL speaker, and the sound was amazing, filling the space much better than a single speaker could. The best speaker in its price range without a doubt. Was debating between the Flip 6 and the Soundlink Flex, and I’m very glad I went with the JBL. Although the Soundlink Flex may have better clarity at lower volumes, however, it didn’t get nearly as loud and got slightly distorted at higher volumes. Best takeaways from the Flip 6 that opted me to purchase it over its competitors 1. Bluetooth 5.1 2. Addition of a “tweeter” compared to the last gen Flip 5 3. Amazing Battery Life 4. VERY loud for its size. 50-60% volume is enough to fill my entire dorm room (with a moderately loud listening volume) 5. ADJUSTABLE EQ with the JBL app. This feature is truly the dealbreaker between the Flip 6 and all of its competitors. Being able to tune to speaker to your desired settings (based on the music you listen to). Personally, I recommend ticking the bass up 1 click and drop the treble by 1 click. Very satisfied with my purchase and will most certainly purchase more JBL products in the future.

I couldn't decide between the Charge 5 and the Flip 6. One has a bigger sound and 20 hour battery (Charge) and one is more portable with a 12 hour battery but still has great sound (Flip), amazing bass for its size. So I got both, expecting to maybe return one within BB's 15 day return policy. What I found was that the two together are amazing... They have a link feature (PartyBoost) that gives a huge spatial sound when in use. I put the larger speaker in front of me and the smaller off to the side, closer to my ear. Once you hear this it will be hard to listen to just one speaker. So, keeping them both, very happy with my purchase... JBL links to Bluetooth effortlessly (I have an android phone and other BT sources). Once linked, sound will switch between speakers by turning the power on/off.

I got this on sale for $99 and I think it's a fantastic value for what you're getting. It's got good sound, a little basie for my taste but not a problem for anyone else + you can find tune most everything in the app and even more if you have an Android. It's waterproof so I don't have to worry about getting it wet in the bathroom while I'm showering or by the pool. It's got a decently good battery life and it's very easy to set up and use. Overall it's a great product and if you can get it for 99 or lower definitely pick it up.

I paid $108 for this JBL flip 6. I was amazed by how loud this speaker was. I’ve owned JBL speakers before & compared to my JBL charge 3 I got to say that the sound is just more crisp & carries better over distances. It’s also a lot less bulky compared to my charge 3 which is great since it can fit in my backpack & take up less space. Totally recommend if you don’t want to break the bank with a speaker that you are just going to use for certain occasions.

I have had this speaker for over a year now, and it's just as beautiful as the day I bought it. I bought this for a summer working at a camp, and this thing went through white water rapids, cliff jumps (three cliff falls lol), and lots more drops. I expected to buy and replace this in a year and a half, but this bad boy shows NO signs of stopping anytime soon. If you're looking for a well-sized product that's quite portable and is decently loud for those outside your immediate area, go for it. Honestly, it's a good price for what it's provided to me personally. If you travel but like your music a little louder than your phone or a small crappy speaker I highly recommend this!!

Finally found a bluetooth speaker to love. After years with various speakers of varying price and manufacturers, finally found the one for me. Quick and easy connection, long battery life, and sturdy yet lightweight enough to take anywhere. Sounds great ondoors or out. Whether at the beach, out by the pool, or in tge kitchen, this speaker does tge job. Got one for me, and gave one to my sister for her pool area. We both have enjoyed them all Summer. Don't forget to download the JBL app.

I got this speaker because one of my radio systems had broken my car, and I had an old wonderboom speaker that was waterproof, but it was choppy, and it stopped working from all the torture it went through. My old speaker went through camp with the kids, as I'm a camp counselor and a behavior technician, and I deal with kids a lot, so it's been through playdough, grime, you name it. Since the kids are usually preschool-aged and younger, I decided to get the Flip 6 so that it's waterproof, durable, and able to withstand children, as well as would let me listen to music anywhere. This is so perfect, and the sound quality is way better for me than the old waterproof wonderboom speaker. I noticed that like silicone on the sides so that if it drops on the side, it looks like it could withstand the drop. I also observed that it is compact enough to accommodate similar to like a water bottle on the side of your backpack. Hopefully my review can assist you in making a more informed decision. ☺️

I have always trusted JBL profucts when it comes to music. The sound is perfect! Charges fast and lasts really long. Its small amd portable and the bass still packs a punch.

I’ve had a Bose Soundlink for the past decade and began to have some connectivity and charging issues thus pivoted to the JBL which was on sale for $100. Given the price, the portability is perfect for beach, pool and outdoor transport. Sound quality is great too. Waterproof resistant feature is comforting too.

I bought this JBL speaker for my 16 yr old daughter as a birthday gift. She loves it especially the color. She brings it everywhere - to the park, beach, gym. Its a great size to put in her tote bag, its durable and volume is pretty loud. Love that it comes in variety of colors. I also have one for my older son in black, the Flip 5 and I have one I keep in my office at work. My teens and I really love this speaker.

Don’t let the size fool you, this speaker’s sound is not only beautifully crisp but loud! I love how I am able to pair the speaker with the jbl app and alter the audio of my music. The water proof barrier and battery life is a plus. I usually charge it every other day if I play music at full volume. Overall the speaker is great for indoor and outdoor use. I prefer the indoor range, it’s louder inside compared to using it in an open space.

A year ago, I checked out a bunch of Bluetooth speakers and decided on the Flip 5. The bass was incredible, but I did wish it had a smidge more treble and wished it had an adjustment for bass/treble WISH GRANTED! The Flip 6 is even better than the 5, as it adds a tweeter to give me more treble that I wanted AND the JBL app provides an equalizer for bass, mid and treble! Each of these can be adjusted +/- 2 notches. I found that I like it best with the bass +2 and the treble +2 (picture of the equalizer in the app attached). The battery lasts for quite a long time. I also like that it has a wrist strap already attached to it and use that with a small bungee to hang it on a beach umbrella or a tree branch. You'll be AMAZED at the clarity and volume of the sound that comes out of this little speaker!

I bought this speaker about 6 months ago. Has good battery life, good sound for the size. Replace my old JBL Flip. Connects well with Bluetooth. JBL makes great products. Bought the home equip case for it on Amazon and it fits great.

The music quality sounds great and very loud for its size. The battery lasted me for my entire day of work and still no need for charging after. The range could be worked on but it never became an issue for me, just something to point out.
