Good Apple airplay 2 speaker

So I was in the market for another AirPlay 2 speaker for a guest bedroom and found this. Didn’t want to spend a lot since it’s to play music when I have guest over. I am able to play my 2 HomePods and this JBL speaker all at once. It sounds good for its size, but no HomePod. I gave it 4 stars as it has had some interference/static noise in the beginning and unplugged it. I haven’t noticed it yet but kinda makes me wonder how good the connection is. Overall, on sale and worth it for me as it was intended for an all home music speaker.

I love the sound. I had trouble with the Bluetooth so I returned it. If you know how to set up it is completely worth it.

It was so impressive that we ended up buying this one on sale for the living room. Great range of sound, integration with Google Home, Pandora, Spotify, and other music apps. It was a bit of a pain to get it paired up because the instructions were very vague but once it got connected we were smooth sailing. Highly recommended Any JBL bluetooth speakers for wireless speakers, including this one.

I had checked previous buyers to see if it worked without being connected to power, IT DOES NOT. If you need something rechargeable this is not the product. I needed that so ended up returning it.

Getting it connected for the first time was VERY frustrating. The Quick Set Up Guide is about useless. It comes down to having to connect to the speaker first, then open the app you want to play music from.

Unable to connect to the internet.....

I'm returning it to the store, because I am a having a hard time connecting it to the internet. I've never had this problem before and I've always invested in JBL products/speakers for the quality and ease of use.

Posted .We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. Our JBL Link Music doesn't have a built-in battery, it has to be plugged into an outlet for it to turn on. We would recommend our JBL Link Portable instead as this is rechargeable and has the same features as our Link Music.
My older model died suddenly

It worked like a champ for about a year and a half and then suddenly stopped. Would not turn on. Tried everything I could to resuscitate it but no luck. I would be extremely reluctant to buy another One.
