Right out of the box gave me about 4 hours. Comfy, great sound. Plenty of bass. Voice commands work just fine as does talking on phone.

I bought this headset to replace an aging LG Tone. So far the sound for music and phone use is quite comparable to the LG. The headset is light and more comfortable to wear and he battery will last all day and then some(I use my phone a lot during the day). The only con I have is the button placement. I find that the headset will begin to play after I lift my arms while working overhead and I usually don’t notice until they have been playing for a few minutes.

I bought these headphones for my wife as she likes to listen to music during her workout. They were reasonably priced and seem to be well made. I researched several brands before deciding on these JBL headphones. Beats are the most popular but I did not want to pay more just for the brand name. These headphones are a great substitute with minimal differences in sound quality. I had no issues with the wireless connection to my wife's cell phone. She has used them multiple times and hasn't had any issues with sweat though they are not waterproof by any means. She stated that they are comfortable to wear during her workout and don't fall or slide off. I would definitely recommend these headphones.

Item has great battery life & sound quality, but the mic is a bit lacking, you need to speak a bit louder for it to pickup. Second minor issue is if you use it for workout it can fall off since it's loose on neck does not hug.

I picked this headphones from an end-cap display at Bestbuy one Sunday morning. I trusted the JBL brand before and these were going to be the most I've ever spent on a bluetooth headset.
The Pros:
For music this headset is pretty good. Loud enough, not too bassy, not too tinny. The sound quality is adequate for this price point. Good when it comes to music, No lag, when playing Netflix.
The Cons:
The sound is the only redeeming quality that these headphones have.
The controls are not intuitive and hard to press.
The cable I knew wasn't retractable when I purchased it, but the material scrapes against my shirts, collar or no collar. When it scrapes the shirt, the sound travels to the ear, and it's jarring.
The neckband doesn't stay put. I've had several around-the-neck headphones, and never had this problem before. Under my shirt, under my collar, over my collar. The neckband won't stay in place. I end up adjusting the neckband many times throughout the day, and that's just when I notice. Most of the time it's just askew around my neck and I look unkempt. Several times I've been startled, because the headset will travel down my back. I thought I would solve this by keeping it in my shirt, but then it just slides down my front.
Because of these design issues, I will not be recommending this headset to anyone.

The sound is good.

The sound is good, however, while using the phone, every sound around seems to be magnified and irritating to the person I'm talking with. That would make talking while cooking or washing dishes not very comfortable for the person on the other end of the phone.
Also I'm not quite getting the 10 hrs worth of battery usage claimed. It's not bad, it's just not that.
Having said that, if possible I would have given it another 1/2 star.
While listening to music, podcasts, recorded lectures, streaming services such as YouTube, Netflix or similar, I find them to provide good clear sound, good volume, and comfort around the neck as well.
The buttons are very conveniently placed and easy to locate & recognize without seeing them. It pairs seamlessly to my bluetooth devices after I set it up the first time & charging time is good. For these reasons I would recommend these headphones.

Battery life: Excellent
Sound quality: Not nearly as good as AirPods (but much less expensive than AirPods)
Cost: Excellent
Fit: Hurts my ears - Unfortunately only Apple earphones (wired and wireless) fit my ears. BUT these work as a great back-up when the battery in Airpods need to be recharged.
Use: Only for Bluetooth audio of TV and other audio transmission - I don't use it with a smartphone.

These headphones are quality. The sound is clear and the bass is tight, not muddy and they hold a charge for most of the day. I can use both ear pieces or just one and I don't have to worry about losing them as they stay wrapped around my neck. I'm happy with these and would probably purchase them again.

This is my first set of wireless earbuds. The bluetooth range is about 30 feet. The battery life seems good so far. I have only used them for a couple hours at a time so far. The charging port cover is kind of a pain to try to force out of the way for the microusb plug. The ear fit is good. The audio quality is pretty good. My last set of earbuds were the Symphonized 3.0 NRG wood earbuds with better sound quality and bass.

Better for Android v beats X

I purchased these after returning a pair of beatsX. beatsX aren't bad and your could argue that the sounds quality is better, not much but it is better. On my Android (onePlus 6t) there is no battery indicator for beatsX. There is for these (jbl). The power button is hard to open on the beatsX and at times is not responsive. On the jbl, the power button is allot more responsive and easier to press. There neck yoke on the jbl is a little longer. This makes the buttons easier to reach and. The buttons say have a better "feel" to them on the jbl. There are also different settings on the jbl where at the press of a button, you can hear everything around you, everything around you and what's playing thru your headphones, or just what is coming from your headphones. Also, the beatsX utilize the iPhone charger cord while the jbl utilizes micro USB. My phone is typeC but I have numerous micro USB cords from previous phones. If you need for Android phone and are looking for this style of wireless earbuds, these are a no brainier, and they cost less. If you own an iPhone, these might be a pass depending on how the extras work with apple vs Android. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

The sound isn’t bad. It does block outside sounds a bit which is good for my work. It’s light and should be good for running too. The charging port isn’t great as it feels like it may break when removing cords. I’ve tried a few and they are all hard to remove. Overall a good product for the cost but be cautious with the port.

These have great sound on all range of music genres. Excellent battery life. I can listen to music all day while at my handyman business and most of the next day without a recharge. Only reason for the 4 stars is because the neck band moves on me when I'm working and I have to constantly readjust. Overall excellent wireless earbuds.

These are great headphones. The sound quality is very good, the voice quality is very good. I find the only problem with these and many other these days is there not retractable. They want to fly off your neck if your not careful because they are so light. If you take this into account, the sound quality outweighs the downfalls.

Great sound as expected from JBL...however they are too small and lightweight...bend over, jump or run and they easily can fall off you neck or collar without you even noticing it....purchased less than a month and I have found them on the ground, in the car seat or hanging on my back

Okay, great sound, affordable, durable so far. I mow with them and they go under my ear muffs no problem. Great battery life. Con for me is if you do bench or sit ups at the gym the part that goes around your neck falls off and pulls out of your ears.

Great headphones with awesome sound. Battery life is by far the best I’ve seen. The only knock on them is they tend to fall off your neck when your moving around so just be careful that you don’t lose them.

Amazing features, google assistant built in in a way that was so smooth you felt like you were in the future you dreamt about as a kid (Alexa also built in)
By built in I mean it's not just a button that triggers the app on the phone, the software is actually built in.
There is a talk mode that lowers the volume so that you can talk to people temporarily and then with another click go back to your music.
There is an ambient mode, which uses the microphone to pick up the surrounding sounds of what's going on around you. It plays the sounds back simultaneously with your music for safety reasons. (This mode consumes more battery power)
My issue with these headphones were volume, range and or interference , If I put my phone in my cargo pant side pocket and rode my bike, the audio would get choppy. The volume is truly lacking, this coming from someone who does not listen to loud music, because loud music usually destroys the dynamics of audio quality.

Thanks for this helpful review of our JBL Live 220BT. We'll make sure to forward your concerns to the appropriate team. We would suggest keeping your phone within range whenever you're using the headphones. The ideal distance should be no more than 10 meters. We also need to consider that the phone is clear of obstructions such as walls etc. Putting the phone on your pocket could also cause signal interruption. Interference would be caused by signals from cellular data or and wifi connections. If you have questions about your headphones, please reach us through this link: https://www.jbl.com/support-contact.html.
