Love the JBL Pepple speakers. Full rich sound and plenty of kick to 'em! I was specifically looking for speakers that were NOT Bluetooth because who needs to be changing even more batteries? They look great, sound great, and were a very easy set up with our Mac. Highly recommended!

Great sound and bass tones but powered off of USB.

Went to buy speakers for my husband's iMac for louder music and video play. Found these after looking at other brands at the store. Rep did not recommend nor know about them. Price was great so I bought two - one for home and one for his office. They really look like they belong with the silver iMac!

Got these for my mums new MacBook Air and 24" monitor. Easy to setup great look. Jbl is a name you can trust. Quick connect with USB (tough if you are short on ports had to get a powered hub) can be stood up or payed down. Sound very good for the price and size. Compliments the look of mac system or any other.

I needed speakers that I could attach to a tablet and laptop for short presentations. These speakers are MUCH better and MUCH louder than the speakers in my Tablet and my laptop, and have been exactly what I needed. HOWEVER, they are big, and more combersome than I expected. The name "Pebbles" made me think they are small. None of the photos show its relative size, and the specs don't give dimensions. These speakers are larger than my desktop speakers - each speaker is about 6" x 3".

It just surprised me. Now I'm a fan of JBL. I bought a sony speaker at the same time and JBL is just the best at it's price range.

I was looking for some reasonably priced speakers that sounded good but weren't expensive. These speakers fill the bill.

It's a good speaker. The setup was simple and the design is unique.

This speaker is a good fit for computer (connected by USB), also a stylish designed one. The sound quality is also more than expected under the price. Overall recommended!

I love the look of the speakers and the size (i.e. they don't take up too much room). The sound is clear; it could be a little louder but it's decent.

Good for the Average user. Not good for Music with lots of bass. Ex: House Music. Nice sound for a cheap price. Reliable JBL quality.

Great speakers for reasonable price; instructions for setup could be more explicit. Would be nice if same good sound from somewhat smaller size

These speakers are great! Great sound and minimal wiring! The only problem that I have with them is the shortness of the USB. I use them for my desktop, and when they are on my desk they do not reach the back of the tower (under my desk). Luckily I had an extra USB dock lying around so I was able to extend the length. Otherwise they are 5 stars!

I sampled what my Best Buy had to offer, and I must say I think I made the best purchase for the dollars spent. Wish I could afford the Bose, but for my taste and budget, I wouldn't pick another desktop speaker for around $50.00. I would buy these again, and my wife might too!

Its worthed the price. It has great sound and a good design. Not complicated to use.

Perhaps I got a bad batch. I hope so, but for this pair it earns a 1-star review. I was about to get on a write a positive review, but I decided before doing so, I should actually turn them up past 10% (I have them in my office, so they are always at a minimal volume level). I turned them up to a level I might listen in my car or home to just around 50% power from the computer, and the right speaker blew. Now, it's a constant fuzzy distortion even at my 10% level of listening. I even thought it may have been interference, so I took them out and plugged them into several other devices (Macbook, chromebook, iphone, etc...) and each had the same result - definitely a blown speaker. I have the Geeksquad protection plan and would definitely recommend it if you decide to buy these. Also, they are clearly designed for an iMac without dual screen display or a laptop because they cannot reach all the way across - I have one hidden behind my second display.

I have an inexpensive clock radio which produces static-y sounding music. I was amazed at how clear the music sounded when I plugged the JBL speakers into the clock radio. The music also didn't get distorted when I played the music loudly. The speakers weren't expensive but they sound and look great.

The provide an inexpensive set of home speakers with good sound quality and a different look from traditional box speakers. I just wanted decent sound without having to kick a subwoofer and these have worked admirably.

I bought it with a very good deal from bestbuy. It works great.
