Bought this speaker for my daughter, and she loves it. The sound is outstanding, and it's built like a rock. The ability to change and customize the speaker's light show is cool, too. Recently bought myself a JBL Extreme speaker, and using the downloadable software, connected both speakers for even better sound. Checked out most of the other Bluetooth speakers available at Best Buy, but was most impressed with the variety, construction and sound of the JBL speakers.

My boyfriend impulsively bought this while walking through best buy. We have been more than impressed with the quality of the sound and the battery life in this product. The lights are super fun and can even reflect off items around them. For example, if you place it next to your blue shirt, blue light will emit from the device. It just adds for an extra layer of fun! Another great aspect about this device is that it is splashproof. Ive brought this to the pool and been able to grab the device with wet hands without having to worry about it. I also have the charge 3, which is comparable in sound quality (at least I don't notice any difference). The charge 3 is slightly bigger and also has a flat panel on the side so you can lay the device sideways and not only upright. Overall though, very happy with this speaker. I bought the speaker for my 14 year son after he researched the heck out of the choices. The sound is great, the battery life is good and he carries it around everywhere he goes blasting his music. As silly as it sounds, he really likes the LED lights and has taken long exposure night images with this speaker illuminating the subject. I miss the days of the ear buds.

My daughter absolutely loves this speaker. The sound is amazing as it comes out both ends and the light show it produces is just a work of art. I want one now! The sound doesn't distort, even at loud volumes and the ability to select the different style of light effects is very cool. If you want to get your daughter or son a great gift, this is it.

This little speaker is the real deal. For a bluetooth speaker the quality of the audio is good, and the bass is adequate. My kids love to dance to the music while enjoying the light show. I brought the Pulse2 to the hospital with me to visit my Dad, and he perked up. I would recommend this for anyone who wants a casual, fun audio experience.

This particular Bluetooth speaker is a lot of fun, it sounds awesome and has an app that has many uses, great bass and clarity, easy to setup, hardly have to charge it. And the lights are very rad

I had previously been using a bluetooth speaker that I had for a few years that provided decent sound quality but just didn't seem to be as great as it could have been. I was strolling through the store when an end cap caught my eye that had the JBL products on it. I sampled a few of the speakers and was very pleased with the Pulse 2 speaker, so I took it home and was even more impressed because that big sound fills up the room very nicely. The bass is incredible, and lights are a nice novelty. I played around with the colors and the pattern for a bit but those are really more novelty than anything. The quality of sound from this item stands on its own. Very happy with this purchase!!

I love the JBL Pulse 2 Bluetooth speaker! The light show of the speaker is beautiful and easy to change light patterns! Whenever anyone sees it, they want one! The sound is amazing! Great volume with no distortion. My partner got one too, and they sync up beautifully!

It's a great speakers it's a great price for the quality loud has bass and treble. I brought this speaker for my son and he uses its all the time with his friends at parties and when they are hanging out. This is a great product and everybody who is looking for a speaker should get this

Originally purchased an IHome wireless speaker to only be disappointed by the range of the speaker. Returned it and purchased the JBL Pulse2 for multiple reasons. One, it can connect and pair up with multiple devices and jbl pulse 2 speakers for optimal usage around the pool. Second, the sound is of much higher quality. Third, the range allowed me to go from the front to the back of my yard which is 1/2 an acre. Fourth, and finally, the colors are customizable by a simple scan of my color choice. I am planning on purchasing not one but 2 more in order to better utilize the capabilities and performance of these speakers. Defiantly would tell everyone I know to get this speaker and in fact I already have a friend going out today to get one.

I purchased this speaker as a Christmas present for my 22 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it!! The sound quality is wonderful, and the battery life is superb! All around awesome speaker. Would definitely recommend this item!

I get comments on this speaker every time I bring it out at a party. Everyone loves the sound and the colors are bright and fun. I would love to buy another and link them together so I can have them in every room.

This speaker is my very first Bluetooth speaker, and I must say, it is worth the price! The sound quality is almost clear, it is more bass driven but I am a bass lover XD. The lights are also the best feature of this speaker, they light up any room or enviornment so this is something worth using for house parties. This speaker can easily be heard from anywhere in the house, I tested the loudness of the speaker near 50% from my basement and I could still hear it all the up stairs, it is just that insane!

After Listening to this product at a friends house i was immediately hooked on this product line for the portability and the type of sound as well as ambiance it creates in the room and boy was i not disappointed. I went into Best Buy expecting to pay around $300-$400 on this speaker and to see it was only $199 blew me away. For the type of sound, the portability, and the battery life that this product has i would recommend this to anyone! if you're looking for a portable speaker this is the speaker for you!

Use this while getting ready in the mornings and chilling at night daily, and I've been impressed with the battery life. Only charge it up about 1 time a week. Sound is loud and clear. setting up Bluetooth and connecting to multiple phones is easy. I would recommend this speaker. If the lights do not interest you, I would look at the other jbl speakers which might save you a penny or two.

The jbl pulse 2 is an awesome product. Not only does it sound good everywhere, it is a great conversation piece because of the light show when it is on. I've gotten nothing but complements how awesome it sounds and looks!

Got this as a gift for my husband and he loves it so much he took it with him on vacation to Morocco. Used it in the middle of the Sahara desert to have music and light show under the stars. Great sound great light show!

Upgraded from the old version after the adapter port broke. This one is nicer and the sound is good. Would like it to have more volumn but the light show is great. Might be a little overpriced when comparing to smaller devices that sound similar.
