Will not stay in my ears even when sitting still. It's very unfortunate because they sound great and the noise canceling is superb.

Can be uncomfortable but sound makes them worth it

I agree with others that they can be a bit uncomfortable to wear which i think has to do with a combo of the silicone stabilizer rings and the tips. I personally use a set of silicone triple flanged tips from spinfit that i cut the top and middle flanges off leaving only the larger bottom flange which fits my ears perfectly. But man these things sound so darn good! The imaging on these things is superb! The make stereo sound good all over again. The parametric EQ makes Samsung sub par 10 band eq feel like the old school EQ sliders on 90s boom boxes. The ANC is what it is. I personally don't care for it because it degrades the sound quality when it generates whatever frequency cancels out sounds. If JBL tweaked the design and ANC these would be killer.

    Excellent Earbuds

Disclaimer...I am not an audiophile but appreciate excellent sound. My preference is heavy bass over midrange or highs. I own 3 pairs of ear buds. B&W Pi7, JBL Tour Pro Plus with NC and Bose QC with NC. All are excellent but have distinct differences. Sound Quality: All are excellent and have good sound from low (great bass) to high. The B&W probably have the best which is balanced and rich. The Bose is a very, very close second. The JBL are also very good but a bit tinny right out of the box for my ear. This is easily corrected using the equalizer in the app. Of note, Bose also has an equalizer in the app, but it does not actually increase frequencies, just reduces others. Also, the JBL app has much more frequency control with the Bose only bass, mid and high. Sadly, the B&W DOES NOT have an EQ, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star. Noise Cancelling: Bose are by far the best. The others do an adequate job. Pairing: All are excellent and pair instantly Charging: All have wireless pad charging capabilities. Comfort: By FAR, the BOSE are the most comfortable. The B&W and JBL are equal but take some time to find the right silicone cups. The BOSE easily block out sound and the other 2 require finding the right fit to block ambient nose. One trick I found for the B&W and JBL is to lick the silicone pads, insert and rotate backwards for a good seal. Summary: Value for $$$, the JBL is the way to go. For comfort and NC, go Bose. For a complete package, the B&W. All of this comes at a price as you can imagine. JBL $179, Bose $279 and B&W $399. I have not had a chance to try the broadcast capability of the charging case with the B&W.

I have tried many different in ear buds but these I used the longest, they sound great and are easy to use, it came with different sized rubbers so it will fit anyone’s needs. I still can’t find myself making the swap to wireless earbuds tho I always fall back to my wired ones

They sound great but its like having a brick in your ear. They didnt fit well but had a great sound. Well made and come with plenty of extra tips. Almost kept them but i couldnt do anything in them as they were uncomfortable and constantly fell out of my ears. I returned them.

For $200, I was for sure that these headphones were gonna wow me. But sound quality is good, but nothing amazing. Basic clear sound, not much bass without having to sacrifice hearing the actual song. And for me at least, these do not stay in. I have the right silicone pieces in. I push down and twist as the box tells me too. I have to shove them so hard into my ear like 8-10 times every-time I run. I missed the return date by just a day otherwise I’d return them. Batter life is amazing, charging is very fast, the biggest downfall is just that they don’t stay in my ear.

Not a lot of talk around these, but they definitely deserve some recognition. Clarity is excellent. Out of the box, comparted to new Sony WF-1000XM4, the JBL have a bit better imaging and soundstage. Highs are crisp, but not sibilant. Mids are full and engaging. Bass is very impressive and digs super-deep in the sub-bass region, giving you some serious thunder. Touch controls are responsive and can be customized to a degree in the App. The App also has EQ presets or you can fully customize with a 10-band EQ. Compared to last year's Club Pro+, these have slightly better sound, fit more securely due to the silicone fins & shape, a better touch controls (perhaps due to the larger touch surface).

While I like my Galaxy Buds 2, the audio for music is lacking. Thought I would try these and the sound is excellent for music. However, these earbuds are very bulky in comparison. I bought them on sale for about $80 so want to concerned if I didn't like them. They fall out of my ears if I move to much and doesn't matter what size ear pieces i put in. If i am just sitting or laying down they are fine. Don't use them often unless my Galaxy Buds 2 needs recharging.

These earbuds are great. Sound quality is what you expect from JBL, and becomes better with the app’s EQ. Allows for wireless charge but would’ve loved if the find my earbud was gos oriented vs a sound that emits from the earbud. This does nothing when the battery is dead.

Amazing sound quality and noise cancelling. You do have to test the different plugs to see which one will fit your ear properly but once you get the proper size they stay in and the noise cancelling is great. I have had 2 pairs would buy again. Batter life is amazing, great call clarity.

Noise cancelling is perfect. Even in a car with loud, thumping music all I could hear was the msuic I was playing. Battery life is great, I can get about 8 hours out of each individual ear bud on a full charge. Good for work & the gym

Honestly it has the best sound quality I own among my earbuds/headphones. I own this one and the powerbeats. The best thing about this JBL earbuds is the sound quality (great bass, would even say the sound is better than powerbeats-great noise canceling, allowing ambient awareness, or turning off the ambient awareness) BUT it is ALWAYS falling off no matter what I do (even just sitting down). It does have play/pause and skip without having to touch the phone which is also important for me, but the falling off all the time was annoying. Hoping they can make one with ear hooks or wrap arounds and volume controls then it would be pretty cool (maybe water proof someday too).

I have been a JBL fan for over 2 decades and worked in the ProAudio industry for many years. Seeing that JBL modeled a TWS set to mirror that of their professional touring products made me intrigued and excited to get a new pair of in-ear headphones as my old JBLs finally called it quits. I purchased these about 3 weeks ago and have been using them since. Callers on the other end of the call state that I sound crystal clear and I credit that to the triple mic array (I've even traveled in the car with the window down and they could not tell). The sound is superb and the ambient-aware technology almost makes me feel like I'm not wearing any earphones at all because I could hear my surroundings quite clearly. I did say almost. The trouble is that I can't seem to get a comfortable fit. I've tried multiple variations of the tips and wings, finding that the small set of tips and the medium wings are the only way they can stay in my ears without falling out, however, there is serious discomfort after wearing them for about 2 hours. I'm quite disappointed because I was looking for a set of earphones that I could comfortably wear all day, and I did not achieve that with this purchase. If they had a wing size between the medium and the small, I think it would have completely changed my outlook. For nearly $200, I expected more from JBL, and feel they seriously didn't do enough research in the design of these to make sure that they would be a comfortable fit.
