This was an upgrade from the JBL Jbuds Air Pro. I decided to purchase these since they seemed to be an upgrade from the JBL Air pros, sound quality wise they're far superior. Also battery and charge up time seems great too. The only issue I've come across is if you ba a them connected to multiple devices they'll disconnect for a few seconds and reconnect or sometimes one side will turn off and then you have to disconnect and reconnect them again. Can be a hassle but it seems to be an intermittent issue. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars

Bought these JBL in-earbuds after purchasing another product brand that did not meet my expectations. I am absolutely glad that I went with JBL again as I own both over-the-ear and on-the-ear JBL headphones and have never had an issue with those. The sound is outstanding and as I run a few days a week my biggest concern with the other brand was that they did not stay in. These WILL stay in your ear. They come with 3 different sized buds so you can adjust to how you want them to fit. The case is sleek and overall are just outstanding. Be sure to download the JBL app!

Battery life and sound quality are good but, connectivity can be improved. The biggest drawback was you can't use it for an extended period of time and not with high-moving activity other than workouts as it tends to fall.

Pretty good sound quality for the price. I like that you can customize the EQ with the app and fine tune the audio to your liking. Simple controls. Good battery life. Mostly bought these as running/gym earbuds so I could get rid of the old wired earbuds that I had. Only bad thing about them is the case. I dont like that cheap plasticky feel.

These ear buds really do the job. Very glad I bought them over the expensive brand name ear buds. They have a snug fit in my ear, and I have no issues with the fit or sound even when I'm mowing my lawn. After initial pairing, connecting to my phone is very quick. I'd definitely recommend this product.

Decent sounding and affordable earbuds. I’m a part-time musician and they sound pretty good to me. Can’t really compare them to cordless Apple earbuds, I’ve never owned any.

Best ear buds out there, I was able to get them on sale. The noise cancelling is excellent. I work in a noisy office, and these will drown all the sound out. App allows you chance bass and treble. Definitely worth the purchase. Battery life is great, never have had a problem with the charge.

These are Great ear buds. The sound redesign really works because he never hears a word I say. He loves the sound quality and the fact they fit his little ear holes. Lol

These ear buds have great noise cancelling. They fit very well with multiple size ear tips. The app for them works. Batteries last long and charging time is relatively short. I bought a second pair for my son.

My brother recommend these to me and they are amazing! My "OK google" works with these even when my phone is in another room! I love the touch feature as well. No more pausing the music from my phone! All I gotta do is tap my headphone! The noise canceling is just a bonus! . Definitely worth the price. Got these back in December, no problems with them.

I initially loved my JBL headphones—they delivered great sound quality, deep bass, and were comfortable for long periods. The battery life was impressive, lasting through multiple days of use without needing a recharge. However, after a few months, the reliability started to decline. The battery began to die frequently, and the sound would cut out during calls or while streaming music. Despite resetting and troubleshooting, these issues persisted, making them frustrating to use. What started as a solid product has unfortunately become unreliable, and I can't recommend them anymore.

This is my second time buying these earbuds, and they’re amazing! My first pair, accidentally put in the washer, but they still ended up working! The sound, features, and feel to them are great! 10/10 would recommend
