I've been thoroughly impressed with JLAB Audio. They put out an excellent product for sound quality, but also affordability for the everyday person. This is a company that doesn't have that flash and popularity of other trendy earbud and headphone makers. And I'm perfectly fine with them focusing on quality products versus celebrity endorsements. JLAB offers a simple to use, but excellent set of earbuds for everyday use with these JBuds Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds. Right out of the box, these earbuds paired up quickly with my Apple iPhone XR. The JBuds Air ANC have been fantastic for me on a daily basis of being on conference calls, Zoom interviews, and general listening pleasure. The JBuds offer a nice compact fit and style that holds well in my ear. The earbuds are great for the technology built into them that allows for multiple haptic controls. In this day and age, as a consumer I expect my earbuds to have these features built in so I can control volume, start/end phone calls, and control equalizer settings all without ever having to reach for my smartphone. The bonus feature that JLAB Audio offers on these earbuds is the ANC (Active Noise Cancelling). This can be controlled from the earbuds (left or right) with a simple triple tap. The ANC when turned on offers a nice isolated sound experience and truly blocks out the surrounding noises for a more enjoyable listening session when you're around other people or distractions. Easy to control and activate along with Be Aware, which allows for outside noises to be heard so you're aware of the noises around you when needed. The sound quality from the 12mm drivers is really well balanced. I enjoy the high notes and the deep bass that is offered on these earbuds. It's a great audio quality for music, video streaming, and for phone calls as well. The earbuds allow for 10+ hours of listening on a full charge, with another 30+ hours of play/use with the ability to charge in the supplied charging case. Another feature I like about these is that they can be worn independently apart from one another with the JBuds dual connect. What this means is that if I only want the LEFT ear bud in my ear and the RIGHT ear bud to stay in the case, I can do so with ease and still be able to listen to music, make a phone call, and record a video with audio. Either earbud will work for this dual connect function. It's convenient for those moments when you're wanting to listen to your phone/device inconspicuously, but be fully alert to people around you without having both ears filled with an earbud. This particular set of JBuds Air ANC offer a Movie/Music mode alternating sound option. If you opt for the Movie mode you get super low latency, but I feel that there is not any delay with either Music/Movie mode. The earbuds respond quickly and don't have any delay to touch controls or with controlling the volume from your smartphone for example. Equalizer settings that JBuds Air ANC offer are either JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost. You can select the right EQ setting for your needs and desires, and you can really tell the difference between the various sound options. These earbuds are also IP55 for sweat and water resistant activities, so keep this in mind as you engage in activities. The Charging Case for these earbuds is compact and light and offers multiple recharges of the earbuds when on the go. And another savvy feature that JLAB Audio gives you is a built in USB cable on the bottom of the charging case that tucks away when not in use. Also provided are multiple ear tip cushions to suit your particular ear/fit. I was pleased by the offerings and love the way they look, fit, and sound in my ears without looking or feeling bulky. The JBuds Air ANC True Wireless Earbuds are only in the black color, which is fine since it helps to keep the cost low from the manufacturer. PRO: Excellent sound quality Multiple haptic controls built into the earbuds Charging case with USB cable attached Lightweight at 5g per earbud Price is fantastic CON: Color options

Excellent Value ANC True Wireless Buds

Summary --------- Jbuds Jlabs Air ANC is really a value player in the ANC true wireless headphones. I dont think any of the ANC true wireless headphones comes closer to this price to value. I have compared this to the Jabra Elite 65t and the Soundcore Liberty Neo and i think on the value , sound and call quality this headphones beats the other two. Pros —— Active Noise Canceling at a low cost Excellent sound and call quality touch controls on both left and right earbuds 40 Hours of batter life (28 Hours with ANC on), thats outstanding Cons —— No way to go back to last track, there is only forward Cable is attached to the case and its short Setup ——-- Setup is straightforward, open the case, take the headphones out and hold both left and right earbuds for 3 seconds and then you can pair the headphones. Charging the buds is by hooking up the case to a USB adapter as there is no separate cable. The cable is directly attached to the case. As always charge to 100% before use. They come with 3 Gel/Silicone ear-tips and 1 foam tip. It also comes with a fin which is rubberized. The fin is optional but i have seen that the fin helps the headphone stay in the ear. Battery Life —————— The battery life on this is amazing, With ANC it is 28 Hours (7+21 case). Without ANC it is 40 hours (10 hours on the buds and 30 Hours on the case) I think that is an outstanding battery life. Much better than 15 hours on my Jabra Elite 65t Controls ——— Jlabs includes a user guide which tells exactly how the controls work and whether to long press and whether to short press and which ear buds. It is difficult to remember all of it, what i use the most are the volume controls and turning ON and OFF ANC and play and pause. Weird that there is no last track control on the buds, Although i dont miss it much as i use my phone for volume, tracks up and down. Build Quality —————— Build quality of the buds is great, very comparable to the anker soundcore neo. It is almost the same size, not as big as the Jabra Elite 65t. The earbuds fit magnetically in the case. The case is also of very good quality. it wont accidentally open and the buds dont accidentally drop off. Sound Quality ——————— The sound quality is on par with the Jabra Elite 65t and the Anker Soundcore Neo. I was not able find a lot of difference which is a good thing. I did not get an opportunity to test ANC on a plane due to the covid situation and less traveling but that would be the ultimate test. With the TV on and my 3 year old constantly shouting, i think the passive noise cancelling and ANC together does a great job in keeping noise out. I never used the equalizer and i am not a fan of it. But there are 3 equalizers on this earbuds - signature, balanced and bass boost. There is a movie mode which i tried on but did not find any latency improvements. because there was no latency to begin with. Bass is good, not over bearing on the mids and highs. I think overall the sound quality is good. On the calls, i did not get any complaints from the other side, so i am going to assume its all good . Overall a great value package, good buy!!

PROs: - I was WAY more than pleasantly surprised by the stellar audio quality--bass is deep and responsive (both mid- and low-bass performance was outstanding), mids are clear and well-defined making it easy to pick out separate instruments and voices, and I heard no sibilant or harsh highs...a musical, fun and "full-bodied" sound, especially on the JLab signature sound profile - Speaking of sound profiles, you get three built-in to pick from--the U-shaped JLAB signature which I found the most fun and listenable; a flat "balanced" sound profile which was fine, but not very engaging to my ears; and a bass boost setting which will definitely please bass-heads out there--I honestly didn't think little wireless buds could create that strong a "thump" with the bass but I was wrong--mids and highs took a minor but noticeable cut in this mode - Active noise cancellation was effective at creating a quiet work/listening environment with no audible ANC hiss--no, they won't drown out machinery like lawn mowers, and only deaden the clicky sounds of nearby mechanical keyboards or screeching kids without fully silencing them, but they handily eliminated fans, A/C blowers, and computer hum, as well as dramatically dialed back the din of a mall or restaurant and the low-frequency rumble of cars - Surprisingly, the ANC had almost NO impact on audio quality (!!!), something I've not heard before except for the VERY high dollar ANC solutions from the likes of Sony, Bose, or Sennheiser (all of which I have tried and either kept or retired) - "Be Aware" setting allows hear-through while still enjoying your music--it was definitely effective for voices and environmental hazards while I was out running - I was deeply impressed with how well the Cush Fin skirts that ran around the edge of the JBuds kept the buds in place--I worked out with these for 30-45 mins every day for a week and a half straight before posting this review and they NEVER ONCE moved or needed readjustment during active workouts - 3 sizes of silicone ear tips are included along with one set of JLab's "Cloud Foam" tips that looked to be about a size medium means pretty much anyone should be able to find a good fit--the Cloud Foam definitely made for a tighter fit with FAR more passive isolation, but I personally found them just a tad too tight and kept to the silicone tips for my daily drivers - Other manufacturers could take a lesson from JLab when it comes to audio feedback status--every major function (ready to pair, battery level, connection status, ANC setting, EQ selection, etc.) comes with a clear spoken voice prompt that doesn't require any memorization of silly beep patterns...a definite plus given the complexity of the touch controls (more on those later) - Charging case is relatively small though a tad "chunkier" than the more svelte offerings from competing true-wireless buds...but the magnetic lid and bud holders are incredibly effective and the integrated pigtail charging cable means you never have to search for a cord; the LED lights are also informative without being intrusive--3-segment white LEDs indicate case charge level while pulsing blue lights indicate which buds are charging - Battery life was also surprising...I easily squeezed 7.5-8 hours on ANC during both workout and PC use before one of the buds went out entirely and needed a recharge - Unlike some competitor's products, you can use either the left OR right earbud independently - Compatible with both iOS and Android for voice assistant support while out on the go - Lower-latency "movie mode" can be activated to reduce audio delay when watching videos--frankly, I didn't notice much of a delay even on music mode, but activating the movie mode did make a VERY TINY but still noticeable improvement in A/V sync on my iPhone - BT connections between devices was smooth as silk--after initial pairing, they connect as quickly as my wife's Air Pods do when I remove them from the case CONs: - Oy, I have never seen an more absurdly complex control scheme and I'm still struggling to remember how to do what I want in the middle of a workout. Because each bud works independently, some controls had to be duplicated on both buds, but others are only available on one bud; ex. volume up/down is split between buds (hate that!), Siri and ANC are only on the left bud, phone controls and track forward are only on the right, switching to the low-latency movie mode requires activating controls on both buds simultaneously, all meaning you have to remember that 1, 2, or 3 taps, and 1-sec and 3-sec hold mean different things on different buds - While I'm struggling to remember how to use the controls to do what I want, I'm not entirely fond of the touch surface's lack of responsiveness; there are no buttons to push, just curved touch-sensitive JLab logos on each bud; but the logos are raised/ridged as is the ring around the logo, and invariably when I'm reaching up during a run I end up pressing the wrong area of the curved surface and fail to activate a control. If it HAS to be touch-sensitive, at least give us a flat button-shaped area so we know that we're actually pressing in the right place - Related to the issue above, the one audio prompt JLab did not include was a successful volume change--a beep to indicate that the change (VOL +/-) registered would have been such a welcome addition to the status indicators, especially given how sketchy the touch controls have been for me - I totally get it--with only one touch surface per bud (as opposed to say, a rocker button), something had to give to make room for ANC, EQ, volume & phone controls, but why oh why did it have to be the 'Track Rewind' function? Yes, you can skip forward to the next track, but there is no function for skipping back to a previous track or even back to the start of the current track - You can power on your buds from the touch controls but you can't power them off--if you leave the buds connected to an active BT source (like maybe your phone or PC) without returning them to the case, they remain on until the battery dies or you remember to disconnect them/turn off BT at the source - JLab's battery life claims are a bit misleading; total runtime is reported based on battery life PER BUD plus charging capacity of the case rather than how long they'll last in stereo mode before they completely discharge...you'll have to experiment to find out how long the buds will last working together in hear-through, ANC-on, & ANC-off modes - The integrated charging cable is a nice touch, but I would have appreciated a port on the case as well; I don't know about you, but most of my open USB ports are NOT within easy reach, yet I have oodles of open cable ends snaking all around my desk, car, computer, etc. The cable is also quite stiff; it doesn't lay flat so or twist very easily so it may be a little awkward to charge your case in some instances, especially if you're using a hub with other cables attached - Mic quality for calls is only passable--yes, I could be heard, but in each case where I took a call on the run, I was described as sounding "a bit muffled" - The little ridge around the end of the bud's tip means it will securely hold the foam or gel eartip, but it also made changing them a royal pain; it won't matter once you find the size you like, but trying out the different sizes and foam tips took WAY more effort than it should have to finesse the eartips onto the bud assemblies Bottom line: I have become a collector of sorts of headphones, IEMs and ear buds over the past 6 years going through at least 30 budget to summit-fi offerings for use with a dedicated DAC/headphone amp, my PC for gaming, or my phone or portable DAP for travel and workouts (some of my own JBud workout competitors are pictured below). It's a fun but expensive hobby to be sure. In the end, I always prioritize sound quality and comfort over everything else, which is why these JLabs are really INCREDIBLE for the price. For a week straight while listening to music or games on my PC, streaming audio/video from my phone, or taking the buds on a run, I kept wondering how in the world their performance & fit could be THIS GOOD for a price that was THIS CHEAP. These buds offer very musical, engaging, and full-bodied audio with a decent ANC solution that doesn't crater their performance. It was only when I conducted a side-by-side comparison with a pair of true wireless buds costing nearly 3x more that I started to hear even better audio quality. Not that the JLabs sound bad in comparison, far from it--only that the greatly more expensive buds handled rich, complex, multi-layered tracks a bit better, and offered a more nuanced and detailed sound that produced, for example, slightly greater clarity in the leading edge of a guitar string pull, a more pronounced attack on a kick-drum, or a little more "breath" in isolated vocals. But I could really only notice those differences when a) switching back and forth between buds, and b) sitting still and doing some critical listening--and those other buds didn't have ANC, either! If you're looking for a very travel-friendly workout or workplace-quieting bud that still offers wonderful audio quality, it's hard to argue against the JLabs. Are there better sounding buds out there, sure (for a much higher price); can you hear the difference, yes (but doubtful during travel/workout); will you care, honestly--probably not! In fact, most of my listening I do with lossless CD rips, even when working out; but I actually found the JBuds more forgiving of compressed audio and low bandwidth streams which tended to sound a bit harsh or over-processed on the higher-dollar buds. Yes, there are a few usability issues I'm still struggling with, but when you consider the bargain pricing for a true wireless bud that also throws ANC into the mix, the value proposition starts to overshadow some of those minor observations.

My review starts with telling you when they were delivered, the delivery driver stacked a bunch of on the stoop in front of the storm door; that means I had to use the storm door to push the pile off the stoop onto the walkway. And when that happened, I was stepping down and ending up stepping on the this package. I expected the worse, but the box wasn't even really damaged. And the charging case, everything was okay! Anyway, I have to say, I love these. They are amazing. The battery life, the sound quality, the features, everything. The fit is good, they stay put. And they have noise canceling, or no noise cancelling, or the be aware feature so you hear some stuff. Very cool! I paired the up to my iPhone and had zero issues. The quick start guide is very informative and while I don't normally read the book I did this time and glad I did, some great info in a quick to the point type of thing. Nice. The charging case is sturdy, with magnetic holders to get them to settle in perfectly and firmly. The hinge is nice too. The lights on the case will show you the status of the charge of the case, but when you put earbuds in, they show you two bright blue lights that fade on/off to show they are charging. Very nicely done. I cannot stand not knowing if things are or are not charging. Speaking of charging and the case, there is a USB charging cable built into the case! Pull it out and while a short cord, lets you plug into a USB charger. This is so nice, not a micro-usb, plug it in like it was a mouse or keyboard, or into a USB charger, and you are good to go. Will charge the case battery. The sound quality is great! I was listening to Brian Crane (classical), Frank Sinatra (Standards), Bad Company and other classic rock, plus doing a few phone calls. Nothing bad, all good. The equalizer choices are good, having three pre-programmed is a nice touch. I found the sound quality is even better if you get the right sized cones on the earbuds - they include 3 sets beyond what is pre-installed. So find a good fit to seal off your ear canal so you can get the full effect. Amazing sound for earbuds. Great job JLAB, solid product, great sound quality, and frankly I'd consider these over the ones you might have been thinking are the most popular. These stay in your ears, and sound great. Plus a better case.

Got these as a backup to my Jabra 75t Active Elites in case I forgot to bring them to work (which happened, couldn't focus all day). I honestly couldn't tell much difference in sound quality at all. They're a bit big, not uncomfortable though. They also have great ANC, as far as I've experienced. Got them for a discounted 35 bucks and they were an absolute steal! There was an issue with having them pair properly to one another at one point and the solution was pointed out on another forum to leave the earbuds in the case (opened) and tap the earbud touch-zones up to 7 times each, I believe, then take them out and they should pair fine. Or it was just 7 times on one of them.

Overall good little wireless ear buds for the money. Very good sound, exceeds and or compares to other earbuds on the market. Equipped with 3 Noise Control Modes, ANC on, ANC off, Be Aware. These modes are only really noticeable @ lower to mid volume level. When there was no noise in the room, I noted a distinct manufactured noise when Be Aware mode was activated. This must be by design for the Be Aware feature. Comes with extra eartips for best fit. The only worthwhile eartips I cared for were the Cloud Foam tips. They reminded me of the very pliable noise cancelling earplugs you can buy for air travel, and concerts, etc. They were really comfortable with no discomfort, felt like the earbuds were not even there. Maybe it's due to my fat-fingers, but getting the ear tips on and off was challenging. Paired extremely easy with iPhone. Phone features with these pods was flawless. Could converse clearly with phone calls. L and R buds can be utilized independently of one another. FUNCTIONS/ Volume Down: single tap L Volume Up: single tap R Play/Pause: Double Tap R Forward track: hold 1 second press R Turn On: press and hold 3 seconds L & R respectively Change EQ: triple tap Noise Control toggle: press and hold 1 second L Siri or OK Google: Double tap L PHONE FUNCTIONS/ Answer: single tap R Hangup: double tap R Reject call: press/hold 1 second Functions really worked great, only a few cons noted; turning down volume (single tap L) if not timed right activates Siri (double tap L) which was frustrating. I suppose after using for some time, I'd get the hang of it without noticing. same thing with turning up volume (single tap R) if not timed right pauses music playing (double tap R). Played for 6 hours so far and keep on going. Not sure of the claim of 40+ hours, but I'm impressed. All in all, if your not looking to spend crazy Apple, Beats, or Bose prices, this is a great alternative ! Good sound, and the features are laid out wisely, just take some getting used to. Would definitely recommend!

Jlabs claims that these earbuds are the best wireless earbuds available for under 100 dollars, and I would tend to agree. They have remarkable sound quality and features. One of the most impressive features is that you can stretch the use of these earbuds out to 40hours, before needing to find a wall outlet. To get the 40 total hours of sound, you have to use only one ear bud at a time, and use the storage case to charge the other bud. Each earbud is capable of lasting 10 hours before needing a recharge. The case is good for 1 recharge to each earbud, hence the 40 total hours of play before needing an additional power source. The earbuds work great individually, but for the best experience you would probably want to use both at the same time. Charging the buds takes less than 2 hours, and they can only be charged in the case, so make sure to keep the case with the earbuds. The case itself takes less than 2.5 hours to be charged. The buds don't use real buttons, they use touch sensors. There is one sensor under the logo on each bud. To use the full set of button features, you need to have both earbuds in, (see picture for button functions). It is important to note that when using the earbuds individually, you will be limited to that specific earbud's button function list. However, you could avoid the confusion, and just use your phone to easily accomplish most functions, or tasks. Jlabs does not offer any software for these specific earbuds, although they should work fine with any third party music player, EQ, or other audio apps. I tested these with a few different EQ and music apps, and everything worked perfectly. Of course, you can easily swap between the three preset EQ modes provided by Jlabs (by holding the left button for 1 second ); Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost. The Signature mode amplifies vocals and bass. Jlabs does not advertise any kind of surround sound feature with these buds, and after a few tests, it is clear that the stereo sound works extremely well. Well enough to create a greater sense of direction besides just left and right. The earbuds are advertised to handle frequency ranges of 20 to 20,000 hz, of course this would also reflect your own hearing ranges. I was able to hear between 15 to 18,000hz, so they even worked a little past their advertised range. I would also like to mention that for people with uneven hearing loss, there are EQ apps out there, that will let you adjust the gains on the left and right channels independently. So you can enjoy any audio as it was intended. The sound quality is actually very good from these earbuds, voices and treble come through very clearly, and the bass and other lows are very well developed. My other favorite feature is the Smart ANC. ANC stands for Active Noise Cancelling, and these earbuds offer 3 modes; ANC On, ANC Off and Be Aware Audio. Some people with sensitive ears can actually experience discomfort from active noise cancelling, in the form of something like a vacuum pressure. They refer to it as "eardrum suck". Jlabs worked hard to identify this issue, and came up with a solution to fix the issue by using hybrid and smart algorithms that sense when too much ANC is actually doing more harm than good, and adjust the ANC. It does this through a balancing act between the external and internal microphones, trying to find the right level of background noise cancelling. I must admit that I have experienced this vacuum feeling before, and find that it really does limit the use of earbuds and headsets. I was glad to see Jlabs had incorporated this fix into their buds, it really does make a difference! Just as an FYI "true wireless" just means that the earbuds are not only wireless from the audio source, but also from each other. The ANC is for Active Noise Cancellation, which helps to filter out background noises from the real audio you want to listen to. The normal wireless range on these earbuds is 30ft. However, Jlabs created a "Movie Mode" to help reduce potential lag from trying to cover such a large area. Movie mode shortens the range to increase response times, so that when watching a movie or video, the sounds sync up better with the dialogue and action. There are three different types of earbud tips included in the box, one of them is foam. With the earbuds being so light, if you pick the correct size tip, these should stay in your ear pretty good. It is always a good idea to wipe off your ear with a tissue before putting any buds in. This helps to create a better contact between your ear and the buds, so that they don't fall out. Overall, I am very impressed with the how much quality Jlabs was able to squeeze into a budget priced set of earbuds. Full calling features, preset EQs, music controls, and a button for Siri, or Google assistant. The case is a backup battery, with it's own built in usb cable. The sound is great, and the features are high tech, virtually everything you would get from the high priced sets.

Best pair of Bluetooth headsets of ever owned. These were not my first choice for wireless earbuds but I am so glad I bought them. They were my second after a $120 pair of Jaba wireless earbuds with excellent reviews. I went with the JLabs Earbuds for price so I could get a pair for my wife too. and so far I’ve been extremely pleased either their performance. I’ll start with my two most import performance benchmarks, battery state of charge time and range. I was extremely and pleasantly surprised by the charge life. I have gone a full work day and into the evening before theses earbuds need a charge. Range was also excellent. I’ve placed my phone above my front door and walked the, in excess of 30 feet, to the curb of my property with no dropouts or disconnects. The Active Noise Cancelling, ANC, was a pleasant surprise as it was highly effective at bringing background noise down so I could reduce the volume on my JLabs Earbuds. Audio quality is superb with base, midrange and treble almost spot on with the audio response a close match to what I experienced with over the ear headphones. Setting equalization, “be aware”, ANC, pickup and hang up phone were all a breeze to enable by gentle touch sensitive contact with the JLabs AirPods. Volume up responds well too but volume down can be tricky. To make this work well touch the logo on the AirPods with the tip of your finger and with base of your fingers. In a worst case here volume down doesn’t respond, simply pull the Left AirPod out of your ear and just place the tip gently but firmly onto the logo for about a second and remove. It will respond. Response to touch commands takes a little less than a second. The AirPods can be used together or you can choose to use only one and left or right will make no difference for audio capabilities. All in all this was trivial and by no means a deal breaker. Now, to the charge case and this appears to be well thought out. Instead of a USB micro or c female socket it has a short very durable USB A male connector that neatly tucks in under the base of the charge case. There is no fine connector contacts to get damaged and render the case worthless or cables that can get damaged or lost. The USB plug can plug into any USB charge module you like, car or commercial AC based and it will charge in a reasonable time, about 2 hours, to 100 percent state of charge. The charge case shows state of charge for its internal battery with three white LEDs going left to right indicating 33%, 66% and 100 percent state of charge when you open the case or plug it in to be recharged. The Earbuds are held in place magnetically. Closing the case with Earbuds in place causes the LEDS to the left and right to flash blue on and off until they go dark after they reach full charge. One thing to be careful of is that the fins that help secure the ERbudsxto your ear and provide its outstanding base response can come lose and slide off if your not careful. I have lost nine yet but just to be on the safe side I ordered replacements from JLabs web page. They’re $5.00 for a set of four and they will ship them free if you go snail mail. They even throw in a free pair of wired phone headsets for your trouble. The final take is that for the price, these wireless Earbuds can’t be matched and I am very happy with them.

These earbuds are great for the price. The sound quality is solid. The noise cancelling is very effective and the battery life is excellent. They don't have a premium feel, but make up for it in functionality. Two minor gripes. The touch controls are not very intuitive. I bought this pair of buds bc I thought I lost my Pixel Buds. I love the touch controls on the PBs. The JLabs take some getting use to. But the gestures do work well. The other gripe is the size. These buds do stick out of your ears. Most people aren't always looking at themselves so no big deal, but when taking off my mask or adjusting a beanie, I tend to nudge these buds more often than others. I found my PBs, but I still pull out the JLabs for commuting as they do a very good job of reducing the train noise. Helps keep the volume down and still hear whatever I am playing.

I was excited to try these headphones, as the audio quality is pretty good for the price. The sound is clear and has decent bass, making them enjoyable for casual listening. However, I had some issues with the fit. Despite trying different ear tips, they just wouldn’t stay in my ears, especially during my workouts at the gym. They kept falling out mid-exercise, which made them impractical for active use. Unfortunately, I had to return them because of the poor fit. If you’re looking for something to wear during intense movement, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
