Incredible drinks, smooth operation. Literally one-touch operation once it's set up. Great for those who don't have much spare time but don't want to sacrifice the quality of their coffee!

I like the Jura S8. Espresso quality is great. Milk foam is amazing. It's easy to use and keep clean. Looks great on my wet bar too. At this point I can't think of any criticism.

I love the coffee this thing makes, the flavor is amazing. I wasn’t prepared for the high maintenance though. The milk tube already has mold in it and we clean it daily as required after use. The Time for the water filter is supposed to be changed every couple of months, but the machine is asking for replacement after 3 weeks. The beans don’t fall into the grinder so you mess with that daily. The filter is supposed to make it so you don’t need to descale, yet the machine is asking to be descaled. All this in less than a month of ownership and no one from Jura or Best Buy will help. I’d look into another machine if I were to purchase again.

Wife loves it but i think its not hot enough could be hotter thats the only complaint

LOVE our coffee machine! Excellent coffee, excellent customer support from Jura. Easy to program and use. Only downside is the cost of filters ($20 each needed almost every month even with filtered water).

Overall the best coffee maker I have ever owned. It's a lot of money but I am hoping it lasts decades. Totally a luxury purchase but I'll save the difference in not going to Starbucks.

I am obsessed with this machine. It makes so many different drinks all with one push of a button. I am telling everyone I know to get this machine. I used to go out for coffee every day now I enjoy making my own at home.

This is a fun machine, I am totally spoiled to espresso drinks now! My only regret is that I didn't find the J8 until after I had purchased this unit. I guess I have something to look forward to in a few years lol.

Makes very good coffee. Easy to set up right out of the box.

Returned because started to make clunk noise. Traded for the Philips 4300 and glad I did. The Jura required too much water daily to clean with solution, too cumbersome. Had to use their tablets, fill their milk container with water to run the solution through, then empty remaining solution, then fill the container again with water to rinse out the solution through the machine…ugh. The coffee it made was meh in my and my wife’s opinion.

You’ll never want to buy coffee from a cafe again.

I love the fact that it's automatic. I'm usually sleepy in the morning and don't try to attempt anything complicated until after morning coffee. With this Jura, all I need to do is press a button and I have fresh espresso waiting for me. Definitely worth the money.
