I was in the market for a fully automatic espresso machine. I previously had an espresso machine, but it wasn’t ideal for a quick cup of coffee/espresso when you’re rushing out the door. (Required tampering the grounded beans, dumping out the used grounds, and cleaning/wiping down the machine.) My sibling has a Jura machine and I instantly fell in love with how easy it was to use, and of course the quality of the espresso and coffee it makes! So naturally, I had to get a Jura machine of my own. I used to be a barista for a major coffee chain, so I’m very familiar on how to use an espresso machine and make quality beverages. And let me tell you - this machine makes amazing espresso. You don’t even need to have experience as a barista. This Jura machine is user friendly and easy to use. The touchscreen is great and gives this machine a sleek and fancy aesthetic. I prefer iced espresso beverages, but the milk frother function to make hot beverages is great and easy to use also! My only complaint is that I didn’t buy this machine sooner. Once you have this machine you’ll be a professional barista in no time!

Nice design and beautiful piece to add to your kitchen counter top.. Very good espresso maker but only acceptable for latte and other drinks with milk. Not a lot better than my old Delonghi magnifica!

This espresso machine is incredibly easy to use, simple to clean and produces really nice shots. The crema is stunning. Our daily trips to the espresso stand over, it’s like having a personal barista in your kitchen. After one lesson everyone can get the perfect shot. The price is a bit daunting at first, but it’s quickly paying for itself. If taste is really important to you, this is a really great option.

My family real enjoy this new coffee maker, smooth and taste very different with some other brand . We are all love it !! Happy life style

This machine makes the best coffee. The quality of grind and the extraction process makes this machine the best. We like all Jura machines but they were outside of our budget but this one we got in a deal from BestBuy using the Member Plus.

Originally got a Jura S8 but it leaked at first time use s returned it and the replacement unit got lost at fedex so I gave up & bought an E8 at my local store. Bright it home and the water tank has hook features at top that hold it in place. Anyway- those were broken so yeah, I returned that one also and another E8 was ordered and shipped directly to our house. The second E8 also had broken hook features! Rather than return and reorder I called Jura and they are sending a replacement tank. The milk frother spews milk all over the place. Jura has gone downhill. The coffee itself tastes good but I can’t recommend this E8 besides it doesn’t live up to its advertised features and for $2400 , I expected better.

Seems to be very nice, still learning but does a very good job of making espresso and foam.

This is an excellent Jura machine and product. I've own 3 commercial grade Jura's all $5,000 and upwards from the past 7 years, however, the espresso and coffee this machine is able to brew packs a punch. The tech definitely seems improved. Extremely easy to use, clean and prepare most drinks. If you average the spending from your local coffee shop at $250/month, this machine pays for itself within the year. With the milk system you can use your home made milk to make specialty coffee. My favorite is currently two shots of espresso, you can froth home made ube or matcha milk and it beats the $7-$10 coffee you buy elsewhere. I'd highly recommend this, because unlike some coffee purchases where it's a hit or miss depending on location, this is perfect everytime. Just make sure you check for damages and exchange right away, the first box had a cracked water reservoir. This should not happen at this price.

Love my Jura S8 Machine, It's the Best Coffee Machine I have ever owned. The drinks are superior over any coffee that I have ordered from a big chain box coffee store. Once you buy this machine you won't want to go out for coffee. The way the beans are processed you would think you were in Italy in a fancy coffee shop. Easy to use with big screen and easy to clean. So worth the money you won't regret it. The Chrome makes such a statement on my coffee bar.

I had watched hours of videos on Youtube before my purchase, so I thought I knew what I was getting into. Pros: Yes! Superb coffee taste, at the right temperature, it grinds, tamps and disposes the grinds automatically. It really produces gourmet quality drinks. Trust me, this is coming from someone who drinks coffee instead of water when I am thirsty. Cons: what those videos do not show is the cleaning process you have to go through every time you make a milk drink. The milk heating element must be cleaned each time. Yes, Jura makes it easier but it gets old after a while. It is very laborious in my opinion. I would have preferred a Jura with a traditional steam wand. There would be some hands on work involved but at least I would be spending time working on my drink instead of cleaning the machine. The water reservoir is too small! My 12 year old K-cup machine has a bigger container. Jura on its website sells a bean hoper extension to increase the bean capacity. They should sell a larger reservoir. I would definitely buy one. You can pre-program and save your drink preferences but only on a few drink options so this functionality is limited to the drinks featured on the main display only.

So I give it a 4.5 because its not a 4 since it truly is a Great machine! It makes hot drinks, its delicious, and the maintenance on it is awesome- super easy to clean and setup! I don't give it a 5 because every now and then the touchscreen freezes and won't let me exit out of the settings/menu. When its restarted, it works again no problem. Its a little annoying but thats really the only complain I have. I have the De'longhi super automic machine as well and I love that machine. The Jura is a step above that- so I do highly recommend! My only wish is that Best Buy would carry the new JURA Z8. I would have purchased that one instead.

We love a lot of things about this espresso machine. This is our second automatic espresso machine purchase. While we like this one better than our last, there are a couple of design issues for us. The Milk frother doesn't come down low enough for a large Starbucks Been There mug (for comparison). Milk sprays all over the machine behind the mug because it's just too high. There is also little room for a mug to sit under the frother, it tips off the right side of the tray. Other than the milk frother design, we are very happy with this purchase. Makes a richer espresso than our Panasonic fully automatic.

Love Jura automatic coffee machines. The S8 is excellent! Ease of use, makes an incredible selection of Espresso and coffees. Looks beautiful - perfection!

LOVE our coffee machine! Excellent coffee, excellent customer support from Jura. Easy to program and use. Only downside is the cost of filters ($20 each needed almost every month even with filtered water).

Incredible drinks, smooth operation. Literally one-touch operation once it's set up. Great for those who don't have much spare time but don't want to sacrifice the quality of their coffee!

Very nice smart coffee machine. Espresso is extremely smooth. I would like to see a few changes. Having to switch out nozzles just to get hot water is annoying. They should just have it somehow added to the existing nozzle attachment. Also it an additional charge for $300 for Jara cold milk accessory and another $300 extra for the WiFi module so that you can do any of the custom options etc on the app. It would also be nice if you could raise the espresso dispenser higher as most of modern day people use on the go tumblers (think of the Starbucks cups they sell for the cars)

This is a fun machine, I am totally spoiled to espresso drinks now! My only regret is that I didn't find the J8 until after I had purchased this unit. I guess I have something to look forward to in a few years lol.
