    I'm not sure if it's user error or really difficult to get it to balance, we tried to use it a few times and never got it to work right.

    I retuned this item because it was just dysfunctional. I bought the Kaiser Bass camera as well which broke so there was no point in keeping this.

    It was heavy and turned very slow. It would then suddenly spin around. Had to return it.

    bought this for making outdoor action videos - works great and easy to use. the Kaiser Baas set up was very simple
