It took me two or three minutes to set it up. I only needed to download the Kangaroo app, enter a few details and done. The sensor connects to my WiFi and sends me alerts whenever motion is detected. I placed one sensor inside my mailbox so I know when mail arrives. I like that it comes with a free plan and also offers a paid plan with monitoring (including contacting police). As I haven't experienced any bugs so far even though it's exposed to the Florida heat, I fully trust it that it gives me instant alerts and I can depend on it for my home's safety.

So the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I had to right away get on support and figure out why after 3 attempts to connect to my wifi it wouldn't and sat loading at 95%. Chat connected right away even though they say it can take up to 5 minutes. They asked what i removed the batteries and reset the button and go back into app and try for the 4th time. It finally worked. Once that was done I loaded the information in and armed the sensor. It takes 5 minutes to arm and i waved my hand and boom,,got an alert. I will have to figure out where to put that the cat doesn't accidently set it off since she likes to climb..this one is for the dog that sneaks down to the basement.

I really love this motion sensor! It is easy to install & very affordable. Great solution to give you peace of mind when you are away from home! You can add as many as you need. It sends text messages to your phone whenever there is movement and you can adjust settings for pets etc. Tech support helpful too.

I use this for my back door. Works well for what I needed it. Small, does not take up space. Very satisfied.

This device is very easy to use. It also sends alerts very quickly. The app has to be turned off while you are home, and then on when you leave, otherwise you get constant notices. (At least I know it works!) It will be great for when we go out of town. A good deal for the price.

I only played around with this a short while, but it seems to work very well. It was easy to connect and I quickly got alerts.

This motion sensor is great! I have it near my front door. The app works great.
