    I had planned on ceiling mounting my projector but there is a fan with a light in the middle of the room. I got a low profile light but it still was just a tiny bit too low for this mount and I had to either change the projector location or change out fans. I ended up using a shelf mount but this definitely seemed like a great mount when I got it together to see if it would work,

    this mount was easy to attach to the ceiling and was made to be used with different models of projection TV's. we attached an Epson projector to the ceiling with no problems.

    As the review title says, this isn't necessarily a bad product but its definitely not the best mount on the market. I had mine installed by a professional and he did mention that it took a lot of tweaking to ensure the mount remains stable. He has tons of great feedback for his services so I do believe he was telling the truth, but thankfully I've had this for a few months now and its managed to stay secure.

    This item comes in a generic box and is not universal. It does not work with my projector and bestbuy will not return it.
