I have had to up date because it said the subscription had expired when was less then one month old

Was supposed to be a year of anti-virus but only turned out to be a month. Kept asking for updates.

the people in the store all stated it was a 6 month disc. I downloaded it and it is only 30 days. And i keep getting best buy emails saying 6 months but when i email and call they have yet to answer me and fix this. this company just keeps going down hill. id rather buy from costco.

I had this on my laptop for personal use and bought it for our work computer, it has done us just fine!

I find this program very hard to use, (not user friendly) Had the store install, so really not sure if it was easy to install or setup. Tried to make some changes to allow items to be presented on the computer. Instead of helping, I made it worst, so I had to reconfigure back to the way it was. Now a days you can forget getting tech support.

Installation & registration took longer than anticipated, but results have been satisfactory

Received my computer for Christmas, and Kaspersky was already loaded. It is working fine.

Great easy to use. it protects me from harmful websites.

I haven't had a virus sneak through yet, so I am guessing this is working as expected.

Came preloaded on a PC I bought for my wife and completely hosed her internet access. Pages would timeout, internet connection would drop out and would not come back on until she rebooted... sometimes. Once I exorcised this piece of crapware from her system and replaced it with Avast (free antivirus), her system started running like a charm, no connection dropouts, no timeout pages... really, folks, I do not know why this monstrosity is even loaded on unsuspecting victim's PCs. Al the updates (both Kaspersky's and Windows) were applied to the system, so I do not believe it was due to having an outdated version. I did not mark anything under ease of installation as it came preloaded.

Have used Kaspersky,before, and liked the product very much. It does what it says.

Don't know much about these but this one works well &I haven't had any problems

I have had kyspersky for 2 yrs now and I love it. its the best virus protection I have ever used on my pc's. I am on Facebook alot and have always gotten virus ever since i had kyspersky I have NEVER had a virus.. Will continue to always use this.

I installed in my computer to replace Norton. It works fine with no problems

So far this is an efficient effective security software. I am still learning how to uise it so no frinal decision yet. I like its features compared to Cyberdefense. I especially like its "junk mail" category which removes e-mail yet allows me the opportunity to check out the content and decide for myself. So far no features I do not like but I am still learning about the software.

I feel that Kaspersky is protecting my notebook while I'm doing what needs to be done, I feel at ease with this program being that this is the second year that I purchased this anti-virus protection, due to my being familiar with how it works. I am completely satisfied with having Kaspersky on my notebook.

Happy to have this on my computer. It was a good investment for protection.

I bought a computer on November 25th to give as a Christmas gift. One year of the Kaspersky Anti-Virus was offered free with the computer. HOWEVER, the "one year" protection began on the date of purchase. I did not even have the product--- yet the clock was already ticking. I think the year of anti-virus should NOT begin until the product is downloaded.

I bought a laptop computer for my son to use and got the anti-virus protection free for 6 months. When we tried to install it, it would not install on the computer. Upon calling the geek squad at Best Buy they discovered we had been given the 2011 version instead of the 2012 version. He logged himself into the computer and installed it from the store which was very helpful and impressive. However, after one month of service, it popped up that it had expired. My son tried to enter his credit card information onto their site but it refused it. I called Best Buy and they suggested we bring it back to them which is about 30 miles from here. My son ended up just buying Sunbelt Viper and downloading it for a year. Not happy with how things turned out.
