After using Kaspersky for 3 years, I can honestly say I'll stick with them. Their customer support is the best and they never have tried to sell me a fix for anything as Norton tried doing several times.

Great product. I have used Kaspersky for three years now, with no problems. I will continue to use Kaspersky in the future. Nice that it protects the three computers in our home for the price.

If your looking for real security and resl easy to use ,this is it!

I have used Kaspersky for the past 4 years. After purchasing and installing in January, there was an issue due to Best Buys check out not confirming with Kaspersky that it was purchased. It loaded, but didn't work because it considered my copy stolen. One computer was under warranty, and, after 1 hour and 20 mins, it had to be shipped back to HP (still there). We spent over 6 hours total time on the phone with Best Buy, Kaspersky, and Geek squad trying to figure out what was wrong on the Gateway laptop. We couldn't use the computer for over a week, and my son's will be gone for a total of 9 days at least. We've lost confidence in Kaspersky due to what caused the problem, plus the time and number of agents it took to figure out and fix what was wrong. Kenny (Geek Squad) was awesome, the others - not so helpful.

As advertised, Kaspersky provides peace of mind with its security software. I've purchased the software for three years. With the Pure 2.0, I found the installation to be more challenging than I had anticipated. Overall, I'm pleased with Kaspersky products.

This sw is very hard to install, my wife lab top was attacked by hacker after I installed this bad product on her lab top. Any company respect itself should return our money back, the lab top now is a piece of junck and all that happened only after less than one month from installing this bad product. I am nor recommend this sw to anybody.

I had a level 1 event. It never did have a way to remove the minor problem.

This program saved me THOUSANDS, and I definitely plan to use it from now on with EVERY device...I installed it on an old desktop, and guess what? It found and FIXED problems from months before I got it! WOW! There are a LOT of different setting options, and it can be complicated to find the right setting for every tool - but it is worth the time to play around and USE it!!!

I would recommend it to my friends in a heart beat

Its ok...I prefer last year's version but Kaspersky is a necessity

Had all sorts of customer service and technical problems (especially email) with Norton. So far - about 2 months - Kaspersky works great.

Great product fair price all you have to do is keep it updated and it will take care of keeping your information safe

I have used this product for several years now. It is highly compatible with Word, unlike some of it's competitors.

Once their tec support help me install it slowed down the computer so I uninstalled and bought Webroot.

For years I've used Kaspersky Lab Products. The Password Vault works great and I have never had any kind of security Breach while using the product. While my friends on Face Book are warning me about certain video's not to open Kaspersky warns me before I open it . My files and computer are protected. I always buy the 3 PC version because my Wife also needs protection on her computer. We are not computer whiz orientated but this product is easy to use and runs smoothly! We love it!

This product is great for who never used a antivirus before, but the reality is so expensive for que quality, and has some improvements to be done before be classified as a first line antivirus, it's slow down all the 3 computers i installed it, 2 newer ones, and sometimes just dont open other windows, I spent 62 dollares on it. When I bought I thought it's could be the same as a Norton, that cust $90 on that time, so It didn't work, I unisntall it, bought another ativirus ( Norton) after lost time and money. It didn't cleane up the cooks like Norton and other performances, i really didn't recomend it for none. Think twece before buy it. Hope they fix the problems or charge $10 dollares for it, that's the price I think it worth for the job it do. Sorry guys to be strong, but that's the reality, you going to see if you buy it!!!

I would recommend this product to a friend, fore it gives me a sense of security in knowing that I can navigate the web without fear of getting viruses. Makes me feel as though I am using a Mac. The only downside is, it takes way too long to run a Vunerability Scan. I wish someone would explain the different scan options to me, and which one provides me with full protection.

I update my 4 year old computer every year with some type of virus protection, and have this software already installed in my laptop. It's pretty good, but I have had a few problems of blue screen prompts to shut down my computer, since I installed this. Although my laptop has Kaspersky, there have been NO problems with the laptop. Maybe it's just because my desk computer is older. I was a former Norton user, but a friend said Norton wasn't as good as Kaspersky, so I switched. All in all It's doing the job even though I have glitches sometimes.
