Truly a great coffeemaker. I had a keurig before, had to replace it. Bought another brand, after 6 months it needed to be replaced under the warranty, the new replacement lasted a year. I will not stray again, I love the quality of the keurig and the brewing quality.

This is the second Keurig Duo I have purchased. We have one in a vacation/rental home and one in our primary home. I love this coffee maker. I brew a pot of coffee for my husband and me in the morning and use pods during the day when I just want a quick cup of coffee or tea. Both options are fast and easy. The unit is also compact, fitting well on our counter and looking sleek too! I picked up the pod drawer which fits perfectly under the unit and keeps everything in one place.

Every morning can’t wait to enjoy my coffee. Thanks to this coffee machine.

I used this thing every day i love it the only bad thing is the coffee kvup are kind of expensive but if we compare getting starbucks you save at least 80% of money

It's okay, I would not buy it if I had to do it all over again. I don't like returning things. The k cup side it difficult to close. If it's a deposible one it's fine but the reusable filter that is specifically for this one then it's a no go.

It is a great coffee maker. The water reservoir isn’t too small.

Bought coffee maker made a pot of coffee and it tasted wounderful. Next morning went to make a pot of coffee and it wouldn't turn on. No power. Sent it back to get another one. Received it February 27 then on March 21 went to make a pot of coffee and lo & behold NO POWER again. Sent some pics in to Keurig to send a replacement. Then they told me that there is no warranty on this coffee. I wish I never purchased this coffee maker

I'm very happy with the dual functionality and appearance of the coffee maker. However, when using the pod option very often I must repeat the process to get the unit to function-doesn't always produce coffee on the first try. Hoping this is something that resolves itself with time. Also, the price could be less, more in keeping with the all black machine.

This thing is super convenient. Wish there was more control over the carafe side when making traditional coffee because the minimum amount you have to make is quite a lot. So if you want a single cup of coffee you have to either do K-Cup or get pretty jacked up on multiple cups of coffee with the carafe side otherwise you are wasting coffee. Just having the Keurig in general has up to my coffee intake just because of the sheer convenience. I was able to cut back a lot on coffee prior to this machine because I didn't feel like making traditional coffee with grounds, filter, etc. Now if I want a cup of coffee I can have one within about 90 seconds!

Me and my family use it every day, had the black one and bought the silver version to match up with our stainless steel appliances. definitely blends in perfectly.

As anyone that has had a Keurig knows, these things only lasts about 2 years. This is my 3rd one. It works like a Keurig normally works. It is just a nicer looking version.

The keuring with the option for k cups or brewing a whole pot is very convenient

Love this coffee maker for the ability to use kcups when you want or the ability to use standard coffee is the best. It’s a no brainer for Airbnbs where you can give your guest either option and even for your house if you like to try different coffees instead of kcups.

This machine is very efficient. It’s very easy to operate and also low maintenance. Great value for sure.

I have now had this for about 3 weeks and it works great. The pods are done quickly. However, my wife thinks the strong mode is too strong but I like it. It is really a good all around coffee maker.

This machine accommodates individual and large servings of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. It is quick, easy to keep clean, and takes up minimal counter space, easily fitting under an upper cabinet. Would buy again.

We recently purchased this coffee maker after having a similar item from another manufacturer. So far we like this better. Easier to fill, good coffee flavor, and takes up less counter space

This is by far my favorite keurig. It’s so nice to have the option to make a full pot and it makes it so efficiently and well. There is a filter for the water tank too which is so nice.

I love the option of K-cup or full pot of coffee, Keurig is the best!
