    The Keurig - K-Supreme Plus Smart Single Serve Coffee Maker is exceptional in every catagory. There are over 100 different K-cups that this machine reads and then adjusts the brewing process to provide the perfect cup of coffee. The user is also allowed to create personal brew options, which can be stored in the memory. A very unique coffee machine.

    So far this is a great machine it’s Quiet so you don’t hear it run and it turns itself off which it’s confident

    I bought this as a replacement for an older Keurig machine that just quit, so far I like it but the SMART aspect of this is not very intuitive. maybe I just need to use it more to get used to the interface, I have figured out how to set a favorite in the brew settings, now I just need to remember how I did it for the other flavor coffee I use

    Too Many Reports of WiFi Troubles

    Excellent across the board compared to previous Keurig brewers. The multi-stream brewing changes the entire favor profile of your k-cups for the better. I had to return mine due to WiFi connectivity issues using their iOS app. During configuration, their app shows my WiFi 2.4G network as full-strength, but when attempting to sync, the app would not find ANY WiFi networks at all. Calling Keurig customer support did not resolve anything - they even failed to inquire whether I was using an iOS or Android-version of their app. They wanted me to click on features of the app that were non-existent (i.e. OTHER - to manually configure the WiFi network.) In the end, cannot pay $200 for a brewer containing a terribly cheap WiFi interface, seemingly the same as that found on $8 WiFi AC plugs to switch a light ON or OFF using Alexa or Google.

    I really do like this product. I dont use the digital part of it so probably over paid. But its nice. Works well. Once in a while it gives errors and causes messes but thats only happend twice in the year and a half ive owned it.

    I purchased this Keurig to replace a Keurig 2.0, the 2.0 on highest heat setting, I had to microwave the coffee to heat it. I have had a number of their machines and never had that issue before, not even with the original basic Keurig I purchased around 2006. This machine is a huge improvement, 5 streams instead of 1, multiple memory settings, recognizes the pod. And take less time to warm up.

    I absolutely loved this Keurig, I would have given it 5 stars, but it stopped working in 2 month. It was under warranty and it was replace.
