    Works great in K425 Plus

I recently purchased a Keurig K425 Plus from Best Buy online. I also purchased the Keurig My K-cup at the same time with the idea that it would not be necessary to buy expensive K-cup pods. This is a version 2.0 coffee maker. After purchasing I read some reviews and had concern that the Keurig My K-cup would not be compatible with my new coffee maker. I looked up ever hack video on Youtube and was ready to try them. When i opened the package of the My K-Cup i noticed it had rectangular plastic piece in the front and a Circle in the area the hacks say to put the colored label to fool the optical sensor. When i opened up the K-425 plus i also noticed a spring-like device in the center front. When you move the spring in the front the rectangular part of the My K-Cup slides right in. After closing the top all of the advanced menus are available. It worked perfectly. PS. To be safe i also bought The Donut Shop regular K-pods and they work just fine. The normal menu shows up and coffee tasted great.

Only way to go. I've used about every off brand reusable filter out there and this just blows them all away. It's worth the price. Why is it worth it? Compared to all the others this one is a breeze to clean. There is a plastic and screen basket within the black housing that is the best I have used. I also have an older model Keurig, the piece on the left of the housing comes off easily for this purpose. Finish brewing, let it cool, dump grounds in trash and rinse the basket and housing. No muss no fuss and coffee grounds only where you wanted then to be. One word of warning because we are all used to the sound of the click when closing the lid. This fits kind of loose, you will feel like it's not seated when it actually is. Just make sure the arrow is pointing up and close the lid. Always a better brew when you can use your favorite coffee. I also recommend grinding your own beans.

Perfect for brewing your your favorite brand coffee. Fits perfectly for Keurig K-Cafe, need to remove bottom piece and fits perfect. Need to line up dots on top, twist to ensure top is locked and ready to go. Love that you can fill to top line to add more coffee for stronger brews. Tried non Keurig filters and they don't last as long, you get what you pay for. Highly recommend if you are in need for a filter to brew your favorite coffee.

Bought it on sale for $9 and it has worked great for daily use! K-cups can be pricey in the long run so this was definitely worth the price. It's easy to load with coffee grounds and easy to empty out. It has 2 lines inside indicating the amount of coffee you want (regular cup or stronger/for larger cups). A lot of people complain about the filter breaking and that could be with how they get rid of the grounds. They could be using a spoon to scoop out the grounds, thus puncturing it. With daily use and sometimes 2-3 cups daily, I usually empty out the filter straight over the trash by sort of tapping over it and letting gravity do its work (or doing like a baseball throw over it). So far so good for the last 2 months!

I always find coffee flavors that I want to try that do not come in a k-cup and now I finally can! This is easy to use and I find that the more coffee you add to the My K-Cup, the stronger the taste.

Wife is the coffee drinker and these are really easy to use, for her. They are compatible with our 2.0 Keurig. Gives us the option of getting ground coffee and making our own pods of the local coffee company's coffee. Also cheaper alternative to getting premade pods. Very cool product.

I like the many flavors of coffee offered for the Keurig. I often like just like a cup of my favorite brand. This makes that possible and is a cost saver.

I have about 6 of these and love them. I can buy whatever brand or flavor coffee I want and save a ton of money over the pods. Never had an issue with leaking. Rinse it out throw in dishwasher on top rack and ready to go again. I also think it holds a little more coffee then a pod so bolder flavor per cup.

K-Cups are wasteful. Reusable K-Cups are great. You chose your preferred coffee, load it, use it, clean it out, let it dry and reload your preferred coffee for your next cup. Not only is it environmentally friendly it also saves you money long term so win-win.

This universal K-cup is great. It is easy to use. There's 2 lines on the reusable filter itself. One for brewing cup/mug amounts and the other for brewing travel mug amounts up to 16oz with the settings on my Keurig K250 plus. Compared to brewing with a traditional coffee maker and my new Keurig, the Keurig makes a much better tasting brew compared to my old Coffee maker.

I use to have a large reusable coffee kcup but since it wasn’t Keurig brand it actually messed with my machine to the point I had to buy a new one. This one fits so well and I could make the same amount of coffee with less coffee grains. It seem like a useless accessory but it’s not in the long run it will save your machine.

They can't seem to nail this design. This one is pretty solid, though I prefer the 2.0-specific edition since the side vents aren't as high as on this one (which can allow water that hasn't extracted coffee to escape the capsule leading to a weak cup). Biggest problem with this and even the 2.0 is that I must use a bit more coffee per cup than a drip coffee maker to get the same strength (instead of two rounded tbsp per 6 oz, I must use 3 tbsp. But I've made peace with it: worth the little bit extra cost in coffee for the Keurig convenience and reduction of plastic waste. Sufficient until a better model comes along.

I like how much bigger this pod is than my last single serving pod maker. I can make a SUPER strong cup if I want or I can do up to 16oz and it's still pretty dang strong. Can't quite do a strong carafe, ends up being a little weak, but you can find carafe reusable pods online (not at best buy for some reason).
